I can't thank Vicki and her team enough for working with us on our dream wedding day. We were planning remotely for our wedding at the Cummer Museum in Jacksonville Florida. As a bride balancing work, college and planning remotely I could have not survived without Vickis help and patience along the way! We ran into an unexpected challenge the day before the wedding with rain making it impossible to have the ceremony outside, but Vicki kept us calm and pivoted into an indoor setup. The ceremony she planned indoors ended up being gorgeous beyond belief- it was so intimate, romantic, and beautiful that I forgot about the original outdoor plan. I could not imagine my wedding any other way. Having Vicki and Alexa with us all day assisting made my day relaxing beautiful and enjoyable. I highly recommend working with Vicki and her team!!

Vicki and her team were the best and most necessary vendors we booked! Our day went perfect and I do NOT want to know how it would have gone without them! Vicki was honestly the only coordinator who we reached out to in our search. After we got off the phone with her we just knew there was no point in inquiring with others!
We booked her as our day of coordinator but she treated us as if we booked her most expensive package! Vicki and her team would email us checking in throughout the planning process. She was always a quick email or text away! She probably resolved problems that we know nothing about!
OH, she also worked as a security guard on our wedding day!! Running off loiters at our venue!
We added in the content creator package and it is a NO BRAINER! Faryn followed us around all day and got the most genuine, fun, and funny behind the scenes moments on her iphone. She sent all the videos to us 3 days later!! I think the videography days are out, and content creators are in!!

It's hard to put into words how much Vicki and her team mean to us. We didn't think it was possible to be so relaxed on our wedding day, but Vicki and Caroline had it handled from start to finish. They brought our vision to life and made us feel like we were actually the guests of honor and not like we were trying to manage all of the little details of a big party. They seamlessly managed all of the unexpected things that came up during the day. We did not have a worry in the world and that made the day even more special than it already was. Better yet, they were fun to work with. We laughed and cried together with a little bit of dancing here and there. We also hired their content creator, Faryn, and she was brilliant. She followed us around throughout the day and captured moments that we will never forget. She worked with our photographers without any issues and we could not be more grateful for her.

When we needed something, they were there. If something seemed off, they fixed it. They truly focused on ensuring we were taken care of and had the night of our lives. Our guests have continued to discuss how good the flow of the wedding was and that is a testament to Vicki and Caroline.

We could not recommend the team from Lulu Events more. 10/10 and you will NOT be disappointed if you hire them for your big day.

Absolutely loved working with Vicki. She made the day run smoothly and worked with us throughout the entire process. She even helped me out with catering when my caterer fell through at the last minute. Cannot recommend her enough!

Vicki was the best wedding planner I could've asked for. She was so kind and fun, while also being incredibly efficient and knowledgeable about the industry/vendors. She went above and beyond to make our day absolutely perfect and I could not be more grateful. She was so prepared and organized but she was also so incredibly patient with me as I was making decisions, so I never felt pressured. I went into my wedding feeling SO relaxed simply because I knew she was there to help handle everything. I truly cannot recommend Vicki enough, she truly made such a difference and made it so that the wedding day was just perfect.

Vicki was our day of coordinator for our wedding on December 3rd and I seriously cannot praise her enough!! Throughout the planning process she was always quick to respond to my emails if I had any questions and was great at recommending different vendors and such when we needed help. One of the things I loved most about her was how easy she was to talk to. Planning a wedding is stressful, but she always made me feel comfortable and calm when discussing things like the timeline and ceremony details. She was great with all the vendors and always made sure that my husband and I were taken care of. We had our venue for the whole weekend and she came up the day before to help decorate and run the rehearsal. She was amazing with decorating and helped add small details that really tied everything together! We did have a hiccup with the catering, but Vicki handled it all and made sure that we were not worried about anything (even though it was definitely worrying lol). Her assistant was also incredible on the day of! He was super sweet and was always asking if we needed anything - they are definitely a great team! Overall, I seriously recommend Vicki! I am the type of person that has to be in control, and I had no issue letting her handle everything day of! I trusted her whole heartedly and she did amazing! She had no issue directing people around when needed and all of our family and friends had nothing but high praises for her! We seriously could not have done it without her!!

Vicki was everything we could have asked for in a wedding coordinator, and more!!!!!! From the get go she was sweet, personable, and always willing to answer any questions we had in regards to our wedding. When it came down to the actual big day, I found myself and all my loved ones taking on the event completely stress free, as not only did Vicki have everything handled- she had it handled PERFECTLY. Not a single thing was out of place! Every time I would have a minor freak out of “omg did anyone think to do this/set this up/etc” and I was always met with a response from someone saying “yup, Vicki already did that!”. & I’m a bride who didn’t always have a clear vision of what I wanted, but somehow Vicki managed to take my few descriptions and present everything exactly how I had pictured in my head! Outside of setting everything up perfectly, she was so personable with the vendors (they all let me know how great she was to work with and how on the ball she was) throughout the event, and was consistently supporting us throughout the day by carrying my long train as I walked between pictures, fanning us in the hot FL heat, and overall just making us feel so celebrated and taken care of!
I truly could go on and on about how blessed we were to have had Vicki be a part of our day. I genuinely only have good things to say about her and recommend her to anyone and everyone who needs a wedding planner or coordinator!!!!
