Laura was exactly the wedding planner we needed. She helped us think through every detail so we always felt prepared and confident throughout the planning process. Her availability and willingness to meet with us made everything feel manageable, even when a lot was happening at once. On the wedding day, Laura and her team kept everything running smoothly. They knew TPC Sawgrass well, worked well with our vendors, and handled the details so we could focus on the day itself. Florida Wedding Supplies was hands down one of our best wedding decisions! Jamie and Anne provided both day-of coordination and florals, and their dual expertise made everything seamless. Initially, we didn't think we needed a coordinator due to cost concerns, but FWS's rates were incredibly reasonable compared to other coordinators who likely wouldn't have delivered the same amazing quality. Jamie was exceptionally responsive and had scheduled calls well before the 30-day mark, keeping us organized and stress-free. On the floral side, they truly went above and beyond. When we needed centerpieces for the sweetheart and bridal party tables with less than two weeks' notice, they made it happen without hesitation. Most impressively, I sent them some potentially far-fetched inspiration photos for my bridal bouquet and floral arch, and they BEYOND delivered -creating something l'd never seen them do before. The best thing they created was a floral collar for our goldendoodle which matched the arch-that honestly made my entire wedding day. Their day-of execution was flawless. Jamie handled a fallen floral arch before the ceremony like a pro, kept everything on schedule, picked up our cake, managed cleanup, and made item pickup the next day effortless. The value is unmatched - their prices felt like a steal when others were charging double or triple for lesser quality. Anne and Jamie were completely transparent about what they could deliver and exceeded every expectation. Highly recommend!!

Brooke was our day of coordinator and she was absolutely made for this role! She took the time to understand our vision on our venue walk through making the bride feel heard and supported. She poured her heart into bringing every detail of that vision to life at both the church and the reception. Calm, sweet, and a natural problem solver, she made our wedding day stress free. You don't know what you'll need on your wedding day until your wedding day! Expect the unexpected! Handing everything over to Brooke with complete confidence was the best feeling on such an emotional day! I could be present all day, without stress! Flaire Wedding's software, especially the timeline, was incredibly helpful. Things got really busy the week before the wedding, and she kept this timeline up-to-date with every detail of the day. I texted the link to family and friends and they loved it because they had addresses and timelines at their fingertips, including any last minute changes! Brooke is such a sweet memory of mine on such a fabulous day! They really are the best in the business!

We cannot say enough good things about Ashlyn! She's so sweet and has such a calm demeanor, especially on the day of the wedding- which to me is super important when hiring a planner! Anytime I became frazzled or nervous, she was able to calm me down and assure me everything would be perfect! And the day went by so seamlessly! She was especially helpful with picking things up the day of and cleaning up after the wedding, not to mention every single little detail looking perfect and running smoothly! I wasn't exactly sure how I wanted all of the decor styled and I'm a bit of a control freak, so I was very nervous leaving this in someone else's hands lol Well, Ashlyn went above and beyond my expectations and when I arrived at the venue everything was styled PERFECTLY! If you're looking for a wedding planner- look no further! We highly recommend Ashlyn!

From the get-go, I knew Kaylyn was good. From our first conversation on the phone, she was friendly, professional, accommodating, and passionate about making our wedding the greatest day of our lives! She helped us throughout the entire planning process and made everything a breeze! All of Kaylyn's vendor suggestions are top-notch and highly professional, we were very satisfied with every single one we picked. Additionally, she was so helpful with outlining the differences between vendors so that we picked the best fit, which took a lot of stress off our shoulders! Even on the day of the wedding, she made sure everything went smoothly and that I (the bride) was as mellow as possible. She orchestrated the sequence of events at our wedding so wonderfully and made sure all of the vendors were organized and aware of what was happening next. We absolutely loved working with Kaylyn and can't recommend her enough! She was fabulous and made our special day one for the books! Thank you Kaylyn!!!

Tatum was an invaluable part of my daughter's wedding! She was always quick to respond and get answers to all our questions. She is professional, positive and kind. Tatum was on top of everything and made adjustments seamlessly. She managed our two ceremonies and receptions on consecutive days and everything went so smoothly for both. Tatum makes you feel like you have known her forever and I trusted her judgement completely!

I hired Ashley as a month of coordinator and she went above and beyond to help plan and execute my wedding! Id recommend her to any family or friends that are in need of a planner she made the already stressful process so much more enjoyable and I could relax leading up to the wedding knowing everything was handled!!! I could say so much more about her I consider her a friend and am so happy I chose her to help plan my wedding!!!

Amanda did a wonderful job setting up our outside ceremony area, making our honeymoon room at the hotel look beautiful for our photographer. She was on top of planning with our photographer, our DJ, and helping the day run smoothly. She even cleaned up the reception and made sure all of centerpieces and priceless items were not lost.

I wasn’t originally going to hire a coordinator, but I’m so glad I did! Taylor started working with us 3 months out. We met once a month and talked about timeline, vendors, what we wanted our day to look like, details, etc. She created the perfect timeline for us and had so many good questions about things I hadn’t thought of yet. Communication was fast and easy. She took charge of talking with my vendors and making sure everyone was on the same page. Our wedding could not have gone better! It was perfect! We were able to enjoy the day and be in moment because Taylor had everything handled.
