Ms. Emma was a pleasure to work with and very responsive. During the memorial event for my mother, Ms. Emma went above and beyond. Working with her was like working with a family member. We appreciate the care and concern that she took with the memorial service planning. Thank you again for all that you did during the planning process and during the event!

OK, 2nd best decision if you count proposing to my wife as the first best decision. At first we did most of the planning ourselves but realized that there were going to be details such as 'who will hold the door open for her entrance', 'who will make sure things are ready before we arrive', and lots of others that we didn't want to put onto family and friends. A'vie already came recommended from some people I really trust and I couldn't have been happier with our decision to bring them on. From our first meeting my wife and I felt a huge sense of relief and weight lifted off our shoulders. We hadn't even decided to hire them yet and they were already making calls to vendors for us to make sure arrangements were on track. They were only supposed to be 'day of' services but they were so much more. We had problems with our cake lady and A'vie found us an amazing replacement (we have since used that vendor for other events). Then the biggest was when our photographer dropped us 3 days before the wedding and didn't have a back up person. We called A'vie immediately and by the next day they had a replacement for us. We wish we had gone with that photographer in the beginning because they were amazing! We have also since used that photographer for several photo shoots since the wedding. Angela has put together a wonderful team at A'vie Events and we loved working with everyone. Things were fixed before we even knew there was a concern. Our parents and several guests came up to us after the wedding to compliment how nice and helpful the A'vie team was. I could keep going on and on about how great they were but if you should already be calling them to set up a meeting. I am 100% confident that if you just talk to them you will feel that sense of relief that they will be there for you every step of the way no matter what unexpected thing happens. I would (and have) recommended them to anyone who planning a wedding or any event big or small! Thanks A'vie Events!!!

When you go into wedding planning, you don't expect to become best friends with your caterer. But that's exactly what happened. Valerie and I hit it off, and she worked tirelessly - while pregnant! - to make Max and I's special day flawless for us. Nothing deterred her. Her mother passed away early on, and Valerie kept at it. Our contact at the Harn Museum changed and some new policies were enacted, and Valerie was unfazed. From setting up a last-minute tailgate to arranging tables by tea bags, priming a memorial table and decking out Scottish plaids and favors all over the place, taking excellent care of my friend's homemade centerpieces and giving us the perfect numbers for a booze list, even staging a buffet in a tiny space and making the best damn potatoes I've ever encountered, our guests could not stop raving about the delicious food, generous portions (our cake was at least 2 inch thick blocks!), tasty sangria, and beautiful presentation. I'm thankful that Celebrations always had their doors open so my MIL and I could drop off items. I'm grateful for the tastings so I could perfect the vegan jackfruit option. I'm ecstatic that Valerie is my bud, so I can see what life brings her way. If it's anything like what Celebrations put on for my wedding, it'll be nothing short of spectacular. Classy business, even picking up slack for other vendors and comping items like extra tables when the write-up from a vendor was incorrect. This company treats you like family. I'll remember them like family, too.

Aidan was my wedding photographer and he brought so much peace and perfection to my wedding day. He surpassed all expectations. I still look at my wedding photos and am so grateful for how flexible he was, he remembered all the shots I wanted. All the pressure was off of me in that area and it was so nice to relax on the wedding day and trust he had that covered. He is so amazing at what he does, and has a personality that just works so well with others. I would recommend both Carmen and Aidan to anyone. I’ve known them for a couple years and they’re just the best people, so gifted, talented, capable, and kind.

Like so many of the other reviews, Rachel and her team are absolutely incredible to work with, and I didn’t have a worry at all day-of for our reception. I knew that things would be handled well and professionally. We had a situation where one of my support vendors miscalculated linens and Rachel communicated with me quickly about the situation and already had several solutions in action in order to fix the problem (she did). Because of conflicting schedules, my husband and I were not able to do the set up ourselves, so Rachel and her team coordinated with all of our vendors for the set up of our event, exactly to our specifications, descriptions, and example photos. Truly, hiring Rachel for planning help and day of coordination with some of the best money we spent. You think you’re going to have the time, but ultimately you’re going to be pulled in so many different directions in the weeks leading up to your event and day of, so execution of all of our hard work and planning was taken care of, and it did not stress me out. Thank you to Rachel and her team!

My daughter's wedding was in the planning stages for 18 months. We started off discussing the general framework of the wedding, timing and location. Through the course of time leading up to the wedding we had regular meetings. Savannah and her team work with my daughter and her husband to work out the details of what they wanted. Savannah kept up in the loop in decisions made, how we are doing against the budget and guiding my daughter and her husband on what decisions aligned best with their style and need (e.g., florists, photographer, music, etc.). The event was spectacular over a holiday weekend. Both families had quests from out of town. Savannah and team helped us set-up transportation and accommodations so everyone was well taken care of and felt welcome.

Belinda was the best ! She asked me what my over all desire was for how I wanted my birthday party to turn out . I gave her the date , time , venue to work with and guest names , and a decorating budget and she exceeded my expectations and made my dream birthday a reality. Belinda not only listens but she suggests what would make the dream better and bigger all while staying in the budget but keeping it lavish . I highly recommend Belinda.

I am very grateful to have been in the hands of the best wedding planner in town! From the first meeting, my now husband and I were very impressed with Miss Herman because of her professionalism, knowledge, confidence, calm and genuine sincerity in wanting to help us with our wedding planning. Indeed, she is very organized - knew which were the priorities, kept us on track, gave us awesome vendors and followed-up with us and for us. Miss Herman is accommodating- we would text her late in the evening, call her randomly or send her emails during the weekends/holidays and she always got back to us. Our wedding went smoothly and we had peace of mind. She also touched-base with us during and after the wedding to make sure all our stuff were accounted for. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner.

Kate was our planner for month of coordination. She was very responsive to all of my needs during the final stages of planning. She was very willing to assist me with anything I needed and really helped me make final decisions. The day of she was amazing. She helped with our 3.5 yr old twin boys (no easy task) so that we could enjoy our ceremony and reception. She truly went above and beyond any of my expectations. She's absolutely lovely to work with and I would highly recommend her if you're planning a wedding. It's so worth it to have Kate there on your big day!!!

In total, I've been a bridesmaid 7 times and a bride once. Of all the weddings I've been a part of, White Magnolia Weddings is by far the BEST event coordinator I have ever seen or worked with. I was a bridesmaid in the wedding where I witnessed the unbelievable professionalism, attention to detail, and coordination of Rayven and Gianna, and I was truly blown away by their work. I've never witnessed any coordinating group of such high caliber in my entire life, and I wish I had them at my own wedding. They exceeded any event planning efforts I have seen ten-fold. I can't recommend White Magnolia Weddings enough, and if you can get them for your own event, you should know that you'll be in the best of hands on your special day!
