I can not say enough great things about Megan at The Wedding Authority. We were lucky enough to get her as the day of coordinator for my mom's later in life wedding. Megan is a ROCKSTAR! She was so on top of things and listened to all of my mom's ideas. Her knowledge and assistance with vendors that were in my moms budget...truly incredible, and we found our vendors because of Megan! She created an amazing timeline, She was so communicative, and kept things moving along. Did I mention how sweet she is? The nicest, kindest, and so caring. She did everything she could to make sure my mom's day was perfect. I was sad to say goodbye to her after months of communication! If you need an amazing coordinator, look no further than The Wedding Authority!

Our wedding was wonderful, in no small way, thanks to Karen. She guided us through each step of the process, from start to finish. She kept us on a straight path to our goal, always in a bright happy way. All our friends said how perfect the wedding was. Karen’s skillful hands was what made that happen. I truly recommend Karen. She is a pleasure to work with.

Lexie King was the absolute best wedding planner ever! We hired Coastal based off of their great reviews, and Lexie helped us plan the wedding of our dreams.  We did not do our wedding by the book at all - we had a fully bespoke three day celebration, with many different moving parts, lots of different colors and floral arrangements, and massive amount of food and decorations. Lexie not only helped us smoothly navigate the complexities pf planning an out-of-the-box wedding in Saint Augustine, but she truly made it our dream celebration!  Lexie was incredibly communicative, easy to work with, always prompt and on top of deadlines, and was very helpful in making sure that the vendors we chose were in line with our vision. She’s a great wedding planner, yes, but she is also a great person, and that made all the difference.

From the very start, she was amazing, always quick to respond to my messages, super organized, and genuinely cared about every little detail. Her pricing was by far the best I found, but the quality of her work was exceptional. She went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, and my dream wedding truly came to life. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing the entire day and she made sure I had everything I needed. I’m beyond grateful for her and would recommend her a thousand times over! Thank you Brittany!

We love her! We were looking for someone to perform our small, informal, civil ceremony, and she was our woman! Very classy, and gorgeous lady, and very professional. Worked with us in writing our own vows. I want to get married again just to have her officiate!

Meaghan Mulligan was such a breath of fresh air on my wedding day. She beautifulluy coordianted my wedding ceremony and made sure every detail was to my liking and well-timed. She is extremely organized and has an excellent work ethic. My only regret towards her was that we did not hire her to coordinate my reception as well-had we had her, I would've enjoyed my reception much more than I did. She is an asset to any bride on her wedding day!!!!! I look forward to using her in the future for any event we host. Thanks so much, Meaghan!!!!!!

First and foremost, Francesca "Frankie" is the BEST in the business. I would 100% recommend TEG over and over again. Hiring Francesca was the best vendor decision I made while planning my wedding! I started following her on Instagram when I got engaged and knew I had to hire her as my wedding planner immediately! I had a vison and it was executed. She made not only the day of my wedding perfect, but she also made the planning process stress free. I never felt a bit overwhelmed once. She is not only a wedding planner, but your advocate, a shoulder to vent to and someone i can call a friend forever. She knows the absolute best vendors in the business. We had a vendor team of over 30 and she executed everything and everyone seamlessly. Her eye for details is unmatched. She gave me the weddinging of my dreams and it would have not been possible without her. She truly is so special and amazing at what she does. Truly grateful.

I am so thankful that I found Heidi during my wedding planning process. I stumbled upon her completely by accident. She was on a list of recommended planners that was provided by the venue. I had skimmed over it and looked at a few different people. I came across Heidi's information and decided to look at her website. I immediately noticed that she offered specials for those in the military, police department, paramedics field, teachers, and firefighters. I decided to reach out and schedule a call. As soon as we talked over the phone for the first time, I knew that I had found someone truly incredible. I took just about 2 years to plan my husband and I's wedding. Over that time, I had the absolute privilege of working with many different people. Heidi is one of the people that I will always remember. She was always calm, kind, and listened to all of my ideas no matter how silly. She communicated clearly and quickly. She made so many tedious and complex parts of the wedding planning process feel stress free and easy. I would recommend Heidi to anyone. She is truly one of the kindest people I have met along the way in not only the wedding journey, but life. On the day of the wedding, things ran so smoothly. We hired Amanda for our March 2026 wedding as early as November 2024. I knew from her photos that she could bring my vision to reality, and after our first phone conversation I knew she was THE ONE! I cannot recommend her enough, she’s an expert in the business, she knows all the right vendors, and will always give the best advice! Wedding planning is such a stressful endeavor, I don’t know what I would have done without Amanda. She helped us plan our 3 events for our wedding weekend. She had everything under control so that we could let go and enjoy every moment. Even our guests noticed the phenomenal quality of her work and couldn’t stop raving about how smart we were in hiring her! Not only will she be your fabulous wedding planner, but throughout the process you’ll have found a great friend.

I highly recommend Jessica for her services! Not only did she drive an hour away to make sure my day was nothing but perfect, she never let me down with anything I ever needed! She is very professional, nice, goes out of her way, on time with everything and makes sure she captures every detail on your special day!
