Carmen was our day of coordinator at the Fountain of Youth for our wedding in January of 2026. Carmen went above and beyond with helping us, we hit a some roadblocks and Carmen went ahead and took control had everything handeled, which is amazing as a bride. You always hear of horror stories of brides being pulled in a 1000 directions on your wedding day, but Carmen made sure that I could focus on myself and be relaxed. My husband and I are so thankful that we hired Carmen for our wedding day. Carmen was simply amazing and coordinated a beautiful day for us!

Carmen was AMAZING! From start to finish she was professional and so amazing to work with. She took the vision I had and made it happen for us. She was always available to answer any questions I had, with a quick and amazing response which calmed so many nerves of mine. The day of she made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be and helped me stay calm as well when things started getting hectic. At the end of the night she helped picked things up and has been there through all of my questions of things we couldn’t find. I would 110% recommend her to anyone who is in need of a wedding planner/ coordinator!!  I can not thank Carmen enough for everything leading up to the wedding and especially everything she did the day of!

Carmen did a fantastic job with our wedding! Her entire service was above and beyond what I was expecting, given she has the best rate I found in Jax. During planning, she offered many helpful printouts and templates. She even offered to lend misc. decor for the table centerpieces.
Day of, Carmen was totally on top of the schedule and communicating to the other vendors. She helped with guests, all while restaging decor throughout the night. She was a tremendous help with setting up and breaking down everything.

Carmen was phenomenal! Very organized and professional. With Carmen we actually ran ahead of schedule and got to have more time enjoying ourselves at our wedding. She went above and beyond to save my wedding cake topper for us. She went back to our venue the morning after the wedding and packed up all of our decor and delivered it to us. She was amazing during the planning process and had many helpful recommendations and potential vendor replacements if needed. She worked great on our contingency plans for weather related issues. Carmen made it so I didn’t have to stress or worry at all on our wedding day. We couldn’t have done any of this without her! She worked closely with my cousin/ wedding planner and took everything with great stride! Carmen is worth every penny and more!! My husband was absolutely wowed with how everything turned out! We had such an amazing wedding day thanks to Carmen! I would recommend her to anyone! I’ve been telling all my friends and engaged coworkers about her. Thank you Carmen for everything!!!

My wedding day was completely stress free because we had Carmen as our day of coordinator. I have a large extended family and she did an amazing job of herding them for photos and being the “bad guy” with people so I didn’t have to.

The biggest thing I’m grateful for her help with was making sure we stuck to our timeline. I lost all concept of time the day of the wedding and she kept the wedding party, vendors, and guests on track so the wedding was able to begin and end exactly on time.

She ran around like crazy being the contact person the day of the wedding so that I didn’t have to, which allowed me to actually enjoy myself. I don’t think anyone should get married without a day of coordinator and Carmen is definitely an amazing choice.

Carmen created the perfect ceremony programs for our big day! She was quick to respond, the programs were done in a day, and she was so kind about all of the changes I wanted to make when proofing! The programs are beautiful and she was able to create exactly what we wanted! 10 out of 10!
