Carmen's Wedding Consulting is a business based in Saint Augustine, Florida that provides wedding planning services from Tallahassee to Daytona. Owner and planner Carmen Fleischmann was born and raised in Florida and served in the Florida National Guard for 20 years. Combining her experience as a Public Affairs Officer and her Florida State University education in English and advertising, Carmen offers experience and dedication to help make a wedding day stress-free and magical.

Carmen's Wedding Consulting specializes in day-of coordination. This service includes coordinating with vendors selected by the bride or family, conducting full rehearsal, and keeping everything flowing on schedule from start to finish on wedding day.
Our first step is to meet with the bride, either in-person of virtual and develop the vision for the wedding day, and together we create the ideal timelines for the wedding party. As the day-of coordinator, it's my mission to keep everything running smoothly and keep everyone on schedule so the happy couple can enjoy their big day.

Fantastic day of coordinator
The biggest thing I’m grateful for her help with was making sure we stuck to our timeline. I lost all concept of time the day of the wedding and she kept the wedding party, vendors, and guests on track so the wedding was able to begin and end exactly on time.
She ran around like crazy being the contact person the day of the wedding so that I didn’t have to, which allowed me to actually enjoy myself. I don’t think anyone should get married without a day of coordinator and Carmen is definitely an amazing choice.

I'm a born and raised Floridian, mother of three and 20-year Army Veteran. During my time in the service, I specialized in event planning, photography and videography serivces and audio/visual productions. My goal when I founded Carmen's Wedding Consulting was to use these skills to bring a sense of calm and confidence to weddings and other special events. When I first meet with a bride or event host, I like to get a sense of their vision and help them see it to fruition. Every member of my amazing team bring's their own creativity and personality to their role. I try to mach brides and event hosts with the best coorindator to make them feel comfortable and confident.
Originally born in Germany, my family is from Bosnia, but I spent most of my life growing up in sunny Jacksonville, Florida. My experience covers various types of customer service, with a lot of time spent working in the makeup industry. Helping brides out for their big day was always so special to me, whether it was helping them pick out their makeup looks at the store or physically going to their venue to do everyone's hair and makeup. It's a special time of life for you, and I'm here to help make your big day as stress-free and effortless as I can!
About Me!
I am born and raised in Florida, and have called Tallahassee home since 2018! I graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. in marketing in 2021 and have continued working in the state's capitol city ever since!
I work full-time as a Marketing Coordinator for a non-profit, I play bass in a rock band, and I go to lots of concerts and events. I am so excited to use my skills in communication and organization to make a bride's day extra special.
