Our whole experience with them was great we had our ceremony at the courtyard Bill did a great job officiating the ceremony and Carla was awesome getting everyone in place for the ceremony. We also decided to get a coordinator something we weren't planning because of our budget , however I'm glad we did. Ashley is great coordinator she kept on contact about once a month to make sure all the planning was going good. She recommended many vendors some that I actually ended up booking and even set up meetings for me with the florist and baker. The wedding day she had everything set up the venue they way I wanted and make sure everything ran smoothly. I even had some of the guest comment on how well organized the wedding was.

I can not say enough great things about Megan at The Wedding Authority. We were lucky enough to get her as the day of coordinator for my mom's later in life wedding. Megan is a ROCKSTAR! She was so on top of things and listened to all of my mom's ideas. Her knowledge and assistance with vendors that were in my moms budget...truly incredible, and we found our vendors because of Megan! She created an amazing timeline, She was so communicative, and kept things moving along. Did I mention how sweet she is? The nicest, kindest, and so caring. She did everything she could to make sure my mom's day was perfect. I was sad to say goodbye to her after months of communication! We really enjoyed our experience with the wedding authority. They made some excellent recommendations as far as photographers went (Futrells) and made the whole wedding planning process much easier. their package is a huge convenience because it comes with everything that you need to have a wedding ceremony. Their chapel is also very nice. When I was standing in there before my wife walked down the aisle, I could feel the Holy Spirit’s presence in the chapel, and my best man said he felt it too. I felt like I was at the right place at the right time and all was as it should be. Saint Augustine is a perfect venue to hold a wedding, and I can’t recommend this venue enough.

We had Megan J as our Day of Coordinator; though that title is deceiving because she helped us with so much more than just the one day. Megan was the best coordinator we could have asked for. She sent us checklists and was available for questions and assistance for months leading up to our wedding. She made sure our wedding day and rehearsal went smoothly and handled all coordination with vendors, timeline creation, etc. Her professionalism, organization, and attention to detail was second to none. She always maintained such a kind positive attitude and a calm demeanor - which was so appreciated given that wedding planning and execution is stressful. We are so thankful for Megan. She brought an assistant on our wedding day named Bri who was also wonderful.
