Great team!

Our whole experience with them was great we had our ceremony at the courtyard Bill did a great job officiating the ceremony and Carla was awesome getting everyone in place for the ceremony. We also decided to get a coordinator something we weren't planning because of our budget , however I'm glad we did. Ashley is great coordinator she kept on contact about once a month to make sure all the planning was going good. She recommended many vendors some that I actually ended up booking and even set up meetings for me with the florist and baker. The wedding day she had everything set up the venue they way I wanted and make sure everything ran smoothly. I even had some of the guest comment on how well organized the wedding was.

Simply The Best!

I can not say enough great things about Megan at The Wedding Authority. We were lucky enough to get her as the day of coordinator for my mom's later in life wedding. Megan is a ROCKSTAR! She was so on top of things and listened to all of my mom's ideas. Her knowledge and assistance with vendors that were in my moms budget...truly incredible, and we found our vendors because of Megan! She created an amazing timeline, She was so communicative, and kept things moving along. Did I mention how sweet she is? The nicest, kindest, and so caring. She did everything she could to make sure my mom's day was perfect. I was sad to say goodbye to her after months of communication! Worry-free Planning!

We had the pleasure of working with Megan from The Wedding Authority as our day-of coordinator and I cannot sing her praises enough! Her attention to detail, forethought, and level of organization blew us all away, including my other vendors! They all were impressed with the detailed schedule she prepared and the level of communication she had with them. I truly appreciated this because this allowed us to relax and focus on other things, while she kept things flowing. She really helped us out by also allowing us to drop off decor items to her ahead of the big day, so we could travel to the venue lighter. She was so friendly, personable, helpful, everything one could ask for in a planner! Absolutely no complaints! Very grateful to have had her! Megan is amazing! The wedding of our dreams!

Megan was an absolute joy to work with throughout the wedding planning process. Great communication and handled any and every road- bump like an absolute pro. She decorated the venue beautifully, exceeding all my expectations and bringing all my visions to life.
It was such a relief to have her there to minimize the stress of the big day. She truly gave us the wedding of our dreams and I couldn’t be more thankful. I would highly recommend Megan to any couple looking to have the perfect day.

Streamlined the planning and had a very nice chapel

We really enjoyed our experience with the wedding authority. They made some excellent recommendations as far as photographers went (Futrells) and made the whole wedding planning process much easier. their package is a huge convenience because it comes with everything that you need to have a wedding ceremony. Their chapel is also very nice. When I was standing in there before my wife walked down the aisle, I could feel the Holy Spirit’s presence in the chapel, and my best man said he felt it too. I felt like I was at the right place at the right time and all was as it should be. Saint Augustine is a perfect venue to hold a wedding, and I can’t recommend this venue enough.

We cannot thank our incredible planner, Megan, and the entire TWA team enough. Throughout our wedding planning journey, Megan ensured we stayed on track, remained organized, and always felt supported. She was always available to answer questions, brainstorm ideas, and even offer a sanity check when needed.

As a couple planning from New York and not being local to St. Augustine, we felt completely confident thanks to Megan’s extensive knowledge of the area, local vendors, and the wedding industry in general. Her expertise made it feel like we were right there in the heart of the planning process, despite the distance. After hearing countless wedding planner horror stories from friends and family, we are beyond grateful that Megan was by our side on our big day.

Amazing experience!

We were looking for a venue on short notice so we could have our ceremony before a planned vacation turned honeymoon. The staff was incredibly responsive and helpful to us to make that possible. Everyone was so friendly and helped make it a special day for us and our family.

Megan J - Best Coordinator Ever!

We had Megan J as our Day of Coordinator; though that title is deceiving because she helped us with so much more than just the one day. Megan was the best coordinator we could have asked for. She sent us checklists and was available for questions and assistance for months leading up to our wedding. She made sure our wedding day and rehearsal went smoothly and handled all coordination with vendors, timeline creation, etc. Her professionalism, organization, and attention to detail was second to none. She always maintained such a kind positive attitude and a calm demeanor - which was so appreciated given that wedding planning and execution is stressful. We are so thankful for Megan. She brought an assistant on our wedding day named Bri who was also wonderful.

4-21-24 wedding

Thanks to Megan we had a stress free wedding day. Megan did everything for us that day - she made sure we had our marriage license and had it filled out properly, she setup everything for us including yard games and video games on the mezzanine. She greeted all of our vendors and made sure they received their gratuity envelopes. She made sure everyone was ready for photos at the appropriate time. She setup a beautiful first reveal for my husband and me on the staircase which provided amazing photos for us. She helped all of our guests with anything they needed - she even helped with wardrobe malfunctions by taping together shoes and safety pinning dresses. She made sure to get appetizers and drinks for my husband and me to eat between cocktail hour and dinner so that way we had a moment to ourselves. She made sure to box up food for us when we left and had all of our items we brought consolidated in one place so we could just load up the car at the end of the night. Throughout the whole wedding process she provided checklists and checked in on us to help with anything she could. We highly recommend wedding authority for a completely stress free wedding day so you can just enjoy time with your partner, family and friends.

Karli was an absolute gem to work with. Super professional, kind, and on top of everything we needed. From the first day working with her, Karli's attention to detail, timeliness, and enthusiasm/wide range of knowledge for what she does shone through to us. She totally put my mind at ease as a bride, because she literally handled every situation you can think of. She was an amazing coordinator for our wedding, and even thought of things we forgot to! Karli was the absolute BEST wedding coordinator we could have ever asked for! She was so on top of every detail, big and small, and answered all our crazy questions! She communicated between all my vendors and made sure our wedding went off without a hitch! Amazing staff and Chaplain Bill

What would we do without Karli???

We loved Karli! Save yourself the headache now and work with The Wedding Authority

We got to work with Karli at the Wedding Authority for our wedding at the Lightner Museum in St. Augustine. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I honestly wish I got to work with her a little longer because she was such a joy to be around. My situation was a little odd because I was in Japan during the first 6 months of the planning process, yet Karli was extremely flexible and helpful despite being in completely opposite time zones. In regards to working with the Lightner staff, she and Genevieve were an unstoppable pair, and they both kept my wedding running smoothly. I cannot praise or recommend Karli and The Wedding Authority enough.

July 22, 2023 Buck Wedding

We decided on the Amore Chapel at the Wedding Authority back in January of this year. The chapel is beautiful with it's stained glass window. It is a simple chapel which creates the most intimate and cozy atmosphere for a wedding. It is unique and full of history. Very quaint and charming. Reverend Bill Young and his wife Carla are very sweet and dear people. But, Barbara, who put up with my endless emails and exhuberant excitement for six months....is a Saint! Responsive is not even the word. Quick and on target and flexible and patient and creative and helpful....are just some words to describe her. She would not let me lift a finger. It was a second wedding but I felt like a first time bride! This was a wonderful experience! Such lovely people! I definitely recommend! I want to do it ALL over again! Maybe for our anniversary, every year! Just so pleased.

Amazing Wedding Coordinator

We used Megan as our day-of coordinator for our wedding at The Treasury on 06/2323. She seriously went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us and made our day run as smoothly as possible!! I did not hire a wedding planner and Megan would send me "monthly checklists" so that I stayed on track and helped answer any questions I had in the planning process/vendor recommendations. She met with us about a month before to go through the final walk through at the venue and ensured everything ran smoothly on the day of! She made sure all vendors were there and were providing the services listed in our contracts, ensured all decor was properly placed and overall just made the day amazing! MEGAN IS A ROCKSTAR!!!

Patient, kind, organized, sweet wedding planner

We cannot say enough nice things about Karli and the Wedding Authority. She really went over the top to listen to our wants/needs and helped us every step of the way. She was tactful with the way she would make suggestions and always made sure we were happy. Our rehearsal and wedding day were so smooth with her by our side. I would recommend Karli to everyone, with my eyes closed! She was sweet and patient with our family at rehearsal, she was ultra organized with the timeline on wedding day, and she let us enjoy our day completely. Not once did she bother us on wedding day. Cannot recommend them enough!!

I cannot recommend The Wedding Authority enough! I got married the weekend that Hurricane Ian hit Florida (October 1st). To say that it was stressful was an understatement as most of our guests were traveling in for the wedding. Karli kept in constant contact with me and make me feel so calm and at ease. She kept in contact with all our vendors and made the day incredibly smooth! Even in the wedding prep stages, she would reach out to vendors for me and offered to meet with the vendors in person since I live about 3 hours away from St. Augustine. Did I mention that we just hired her to be our day of coordinator? She went above and beyond to make our day special and we will never forget it.

Megan was Amazing!

We worked with Megan as our day-of coordinator, and she was absolutely fantastic! Communicative, professional, organized, fun, and positive. My partner and I planned our Florida wedding from Arizona so there's a three hour time difference, which made communication kind of tricky. Megan was very understanding when we didn't follow up on things or made changes - she checked in with us regularly enough to keep us on track but didn't stress us out. Everything went smoothly on the day of - and afterwards, our guests said it was super well-organized and they loved the flow.

Price was very reasonable for the Ultimate Day Of package, and on the day of, I wasn't stressed AT ALL. You will not be sorry if you work with Wedding Authority, and specifically, Megan!

Wedding Authority Came Through - Reverend Bill Rocked!

Reverend Bill officiated our wedding. He is a kind, considerate man, who genuinely cared about us and our wedding. Reverend Bill arrived early so there was absolutely no stress about that. He customized the nuptials to include the elements important to us including having Communion as our first act as a married couple. He helped us navigate through the legalities, including how to have certified copies of our license the same day. Just in all ways he shown brightly as he did a simply excellent job of ministering our wedding.

Likollari Wedding Review

I cannot say thank you enough to the wedding authority team for my dream wedding. Karli was the most amazing coordinator to work with. She made every decision stress-free for me when I had a million things to think about. She even made the most beautiful table assignment board for our guests. On our wedding day it had decided to rain and so we kept having to go back and forth on how we would have the ceremony. Luckily the rain let up just in time but Karli made sure everything ran smoothly and made the adjustments to work around the rain. This continued to our reception where she made sure the entire night went smoothly. If you need a coordinator, she is the best! I also want to say thank you to Coogan who worked with us not only on the guys suits but also stepped in for our rehearsal. He made the setup for the guys to get ready so much fun! Finally, our ceremony would not have been the same without Rev. Bill. He was sent straight from God to us for the wedding and made our ceremony so intimate and emotional. We will forever have those memories. He even went so far as to give us a ride to our reception because of the rain! Hire Karli for your wedding coordinator!

We got married in the Lightner Museum courtyard and celebrated our reception at the Casa Monica. (highly recommend using both venues)
We hired Karli Ecker as our coordinator in August for a January 1st wedding. It was flawless because of her relationships with local vendors and we were able to enjoy our wedding. She was so helpful with to-do checklists to ensure there was time to plan every detail. She is absolutely worth her weight in gold!

Karli was the absolute best!! She was initially just our Day of Coordinator, as we were not planning on hiring a Wedding Planner. Shortly into the process, we realized we needed an extra hand and we upgraded Karli's services. She was so organized - sending us emails several times a week as well as monthly checklists so we knew what we needed to focus on. She brought up questions and topics that we would have never even considered without having a planner, that helped our day come together beautifully. The day of the wedding, she executed every detail we discussed to perfection and the event could not have gone smoother. Highly recommend using Karli and The Wedding Authority for all your wedding planning needs!

A Dream Come True (it’s like working with your best friend)

Weddings are known to be stressful. However, with Karli working with us, it was a dream leading up to, during, and even after (it’s like working with your best friend)! Both myself and my groom could not have asked for a more wonderful person, company, and experience. Thank you for making our dream day a reality, going WAY above and beyond, and most of all for just being such an incredible pleasure to work with. Made My Dreams Come True

Barbra was so great in not only planning the whole ceremony but also calming my overwhelmed mom down. She was so helpful and her confidence helped put everyone at ease. The Wedding Authority definitely made the whole wedding planning process stress free and I just got to enjoy it!

Nothing short of Amazing

I can not say enough good things about the Wedding Authority. Karli was our wedding coordinator and absolutely INCREDIBLE!

She is everything you would ever want in a coordinator. From our first meeting over the phone, she was knowledgeable, friendly, organized, and provided much assurance. She was always on top of every part of the planning including monthly reminders, check ins, and vendor follow ups. She was always available to help work through all the fine details regardless of the day of the week or time of day. She made us feel like we were her number one priority and only couple (despite that being far from the truth)

We planned the wedding from across the country and could not have done it without her. She offered her candid advice on every vendor and was very flexible to work well within our budget and limited travels to the venue. Her flexibility was even more apparent on the day of the wedding: she kept things running smooth, on time, all while accommodating lat minute requests.

Would 1000x choose the Wedding Authority again and again.

WA is the Best!

I would hire the Wedding Authority all over again! (I'm almost sad that wedding planning is over and we do not communicate anymore.) Without Carla and Barbara, I don't believe there would have been a wedding. They told us exactly what we needed to do and who we needed to talk to. After we finished meeting with the vendors, Wedding Authority took over and made everything come together perfectly. I cannot say enough good things about them! It was like working with friends!

My Daughter's Day was Perfect! Carla and Barbara were great to work with and took care of EVERY detail. 100% satisfied.

This venue was beautiful inside and out. The staff members were professional yet so personable. The flexibility was so appreciated as our wedding originally planned for the courtyard had to be moved into the chapel. This transition happened with such ease. Ms. Carla was a dream to work with. She went above and beyond to assure this OCD bride that everything would be perfect and it was. She was so kind to my children and so patient with them. She pampered me as I was losing my cool right before the ceremony lol. My husband and I would recommend this venue through the wedding authority 100 times over. Words cant even express or satisfaction and appreciation. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would

In the wedding industry it’s hard to find a coordinator who is on top of every detail when it comes to planning a dream wedding and also one who sincerely cares. I knew from the first introductory call with Ashley that she had both amazing qualities, so without reservation I hired her as my coordinator. She has gone above and beyond in every imaginable way. Amazing Day of Coordinator!!

We had the best experience working with Karli! We planned our destination wedding during the pandemic. We didn't have the opportunity to visit Florida during the wedding planning process. Karli helped us out by doing our final walk-through via FaceTime! Our venue required a Day of Coordinator, but we would honestly recommend hiring Karli even if your venue doesn't require a coordinator! She was always accessible and answered all of our questions. She was a tremendous help throughout the planning process and during the wedding!

Karli and Bill are amazing!

We got married at the Treasury on the Plaza and we hired one of their preferred vendors for day of coordinating. Hiring the Wedding Authority was the best decision I could of made. I do not live in St. Augustine so I really relied on her for vendor recommendations. She gave me plenty of recommendations, checklists, and was able to answer any questions I had along the way. I really do not know what I would have done without Karli. Not only was she helping me along the way, I had to postpone by wedding from May 8, 2020 to January 29, 2021 due to covid and she was so kind and understanding. The Wedding Authority did not give me any problems about rescheduling and really were just overall professional. Karli even had her husband help out and pick up and drop off my dog so she could be in the ceremony and for pictures when my original plan fell through. I did not have to lift a finger on my wedding day. It was so beautiful and everything ran so smoothly. We also had Rev. Bill Young officiate our wedding ceremony and he did such a great job as well. He is so warm hearted and kind. Every experience I had with the Wedding Authority was a positive one. With all the stress of wedding planning during a pandemic, it was really wonderful to have someone confirm and go over timelines with vendors so I could focus on little details and arrangements. I would highly recommend them!

Excellent team! Made planning process and wedding a joy!

The Wedding Authority was one of the best investments of our wedding. If you select the team to assist in the planning process you will not be disappointed. We had the pleasure of working with Karli and she was EXCEPTIONAL!! She made the planning process seamless. I loved that she gave honest and heartfelt opinions even on very small details. She took a lot of care in following up with every single detail and question that we had and some of them I forgot along the way, but she always remembered to follow-up. She sent checklists and follow-ups at appropriate and helpful times and never ONCE made us feel rushed or uncomfortable during the process. I know she juggles a lot of tasks and we never could tell since she always had 100% focus on us when we were with her during the planning process and wedding day. She was always pleasant and patient, but over all an absolute joy to work with. If you are looking for someone who will make you wedding planning process a joy, you will not be disappointed with the Wedding Authority. This is especially important during the uncertain times that we are in. They are down to earth and genuinely love what they do! You will have selected the best!!

Best Decision!!

Choosing the Wedding Authority was one of the first and best decisions we made! Karli was such a major part of our day, and everything leading up to it. From the very beginning she was on top of all of our to do's, and was so organized, we knew we could trust her. She was quick to respond when we needed something or had a question, always had good references for vendors, and was so professional and sweet. I was never stressed the day of, Karli had it completely under control, I was able to just relax and enjoy our dream wedding. Bill was the perfect officiant! The first time we meet with him we felt like we knew him for years, he worked with us to tailor the ceremony just for us and it was wonderful, and Carla was just the cherry on top. Fall Wedding

I couldnt have asked for a better team! Dawn and Ashley were definitely on top of their game. Fantastic Service

The Wedding Authority were fantastic at assisting the Bride and Groom with the Wedding Ceremony. They were extremely helpful and attentive to their wishes. They walked us through the options and provided helpful recommendations so that we could make the best choices for our day. The Wedding Day went perfectly. All of the details from seating to ensuring the microphone was working for the attendant to making sure the Bride & Groom each had their special moments. They even had a sweet surprise for the Bride & Groom at the end of the Ceremony. We didn't have to worry about anything because the Wedding Authority staff took care of everything. Wonderful Expierence

Carla and Bill are wonderful to work with! Carla responds to emails and is super helpful. She walked us through the whole process from start to finish. She even did the rehearsal with us so we knew what to expect :) My husband rented his suit from the tux shop and Coogan was great! He did all his measurements, asked us a bunch of questions on what we wanted, and gave us plenty of information. He did the fitting and made sure it was correct. Carla took care of my dress before I walked through the doors to the chapel. Everything was exactly the way we wanted it and looked amazing! Everyone was so caring and I enjoyed working with all of them! I would definitely recommend this location for your wedding and working with The Wedding Authority!

Amazing Company

We were lucky enough to have Karli as our planner. She was very attentive and responsive. We planned our wedding from California. Being that far away could’ve been very stressful but Karli allowed us to enjoy the process because we were able to put our trust in her. Karli and Ashley were amazing on the day of the wedding and allowed my Husband and I to truly relax and enjoy everything. Bill was an amazing officiant!

I can't say enough nice things about Bill! We used him as our wedding officiant and he was outstanding. He made my fiance and I so comfortable at our meetings and on the wedding day he was a calming presence when I was very nervous. Many of our guests asked how we knew him because he was so wonderful! Working with Dawn was wonderful. She was so accommodating and easy to talk to and talking about exactly what we wanted. She helped us choose vendors from a long distance as well as helped us book cake tastings. caterer tastings, looking at the reception venue and choosing a videographer, makeup/hair artist and all the other choices needed for our day. It made all of our choices so easy and when we traveled up to St Augustine our whole day was planned by vendor meetings. It made each trip to St Augustine a great weekend get away as well as getting our checklist completed. Dawn was also so helpful on our wedding day and rehearsal. I could really enjoy the day and not stress about the little problems.

Finally, after 4 months of wedded bliss, I have to accept that my picture-perfect day has come to the end! Where to even begin? Bill came highly recommended from a family friend, whom he officiated their wedding. Bill was so warm and friendly and we couldn't wait to have him marry us. When everywhere was falling short of what I was looking for to outfit our groomsmen, Carla fell from heaven. She was exactly what I needed! While all of our groomsmen were out of town, Carla fit my groom, and both of our fathers. She gave great directions on how to get everyone else measured. She even drove to my house to deliver a custom alteration for my husband. Coogan was so helpful in making sure everything was order with all of the groomsmen. Carla pulled suit after suit, and every fabric sample and swatch under the sun to make sure we got it perfect. From pick up two days early due to having our wedding the day after Thanksgiving, to dropping them off after the wedding, The Wedding Authority was perfect. Bill and Carla are a wonderful couple to work with, and reminded me why this town is so perfect.

The wedding authority team made my wedding effortless for day of planning and they provided only the best vendors to work with that were in our budget and the friendliest people to hire for our wedding day. The Wedding Authority got us through a difficult "hurricane wedding" without missing a beat. Carla Young kept us well- informed, sometimes hourly, We were able to have the wedding and it all went as planned, which truly represents their ability to handle anything.
Bill Young was the officiant and performed a beautiful ceremony. We could not have asked for more.
I highly recommend them.

This is truly a top notch establishment. Bill and Carla are just amazing to work with. Bill Young officiated our ceremony in Miami and made us feel so very comfortable and I was nervous! Bill's ability to put you at ease is second to none. The ceremony was perfect and I couldn't have imagined it without him as our officiant. You will not regret going through the Wedding Authority for any of your wedding needs, they are just amazing and their service is on point!

I worked with Dawn for over a year planning our wedding. She was always responsive via email or text. She is so busy with other weddings but still makes you feel special. Our wedding day was literally the best day ever, and a large part of that is due to the hard work of Dawn and her team. She was always willing to meet with me, and was understanding of the fact that we were planning the wedding from California! Hire her and her team, you won't be sorry!

Dawn was amazing! She is really sweet and will sit down and talk with you about every detail to become one with your vision. They are on point when it comes to communicating with ALL of your vendors to make sure they are on top of their responsibilities as well. She definitely made my day less stressful and created the look I wanted for the ceremony/reception venue without bothering me for the details. The day of is all about you, and Dawn truly made my day and decor unforgettable!!

It was great working with Bill Young, our Officiant for our wedding January 14, 2017. I did not use any of the other services The Wedding Authority had to offer as our venue, The White Room had wedding planning packages. The entire staff was great although most of our communication was through email as our wedding was out of town. Their responses were quick and timely.
We will definitely use Bill again when we decide to renew our vow!! Now all Jason and I need to do is ring the bell next time we visit St. Augustine, which is usually several times a year.

Owners were amazing to work with. She is so on point. Kept everyone together and things rolling. It was everything I ever dreamed of. Got married in the chapel and it was beautiful. Simple and Elegant. Very happy with the venue and exceptionally affordable especially in St Augustine.

I gave the Wedding Authority as a wedding present to a special couple. I can't say enough wonderful things about Carla and Dawn. Their knowledge, professionalism, and organization skills are amazing. They made this day amazing for everyone. I highly recommend calling them to plan your wedding your day will be extra special!

I can't say enough wonderful things about the Wedding Authority. We met Carla first who guided us into making our decision on a venue. We immediately connected and chose the wedding authority for day of coordinator. We worked with Dawn, who is AMAZING! When it came to choosing tuxes and an officiant we went right to the wedding authority and worked with coogin and Bill! I cannot express how amazing everyone was and truly made my day special. Everyone felt like family and made the day truly relaxing!

Dawn with the Wedding Authority was absolutely amazing and worth every dime! I would have been SO unprepared and out of my mind without her! If you're thinking about skipping having a day-of coordinator - DON'T. This was the BEST thing I could have had for my wedding. Thank you Dawn!!!

My husband and I decided last minute to get married on our spring break trip. The Wedding Authority had everything set up for us and ready as soon as we got there. They completely set us at ease and helped us get everything squared away via email and phone conversations. They were very professional and friendly. We felt right at home. Dawn took A TON of pictures for us because we had no photographer. She captured evry moment of the ceremony and also took us outside to get more pictures. Being away from home and getting married was a slightly stressful experience for a bride, but they made us both feel right at home. They took the time to get to know about us first, and even made a hometown connection with us. We would recommend them to anyone.

When I found Dawn at the Wedding Authority, I knew I found someone who would be as enthusiastic as I was. She was always willing to help me find the perfect spot for our ceremony. She even did not flinch when I freaked out about the courtyard being too small to fit all my guests and easily reorganized the ceremony to fit in the foyer. Dawn put up with so many scatter-brained and panicky phone calls. She put my mind at ease every time and made sure that my husband and I had the wedding we dreamed of. It was a perfect day and I could not have done it without her help. Thank you, Dawn! :)

Dawn was the wedding planner for our daughters wedding on 5/21/16. We did not have to lift a finger on the day of the wedding!! Dawn made sure everything was in place and just the way we wanted it. I highly recommend Dawn, she is warm and friendly and bent over backwards to make our day just perfect!!

If you are planning to make St. Augustine your wedding destination, then look no further for your wedding planner! My mother and I had the opportunity to work with Dawn Walker, who is absolutely AMAZING! Our wedding would not have ran as smoothly as
it did if it wasn't for her expertise. My husband and I were able to actually stop a few times and cherish all the special moments throughout the night because it flowed so well. All night long our guests were telling us how beautiful the ceremony was and how much fun they were having during the reception. Dawn was such a pleasure to work with and collaborates so well with the other vendors in St. Augustine. Also, she did a fantastic job putting up with our crazy bridal party! That was a job in itself! I feel so thankful and blessed to have had Dawn be a part of our special day. :)

Dawn Walker from The Wedding Authority was our Day of Coordinator and I, as well as my mother, sisters, and husband, could not be more pleased!! The entire process with Dawn from the planning, to the rehearsal, to the day of was just more than I could have ever hoped for. Dawn was sure to capture every detail leading up to the big day and made every, minor detail perfect on the day of. I am positive Dawn did way more behind the scenes than I could have ever imagined. For instance, the lighting I had bought for the table settings as the reception did not end up working and she had a back up plan and was able to get it all together without me even knowing until after the wedding (and it looked absolutely phenomenal). She was a very valuable asset to our wedding day as she helped decorate, get everyone where they needed to be (on time), and made sure that my family and I were completely stress free on wedding day. If she can coordinate a wedding in St. Augustine while the 450th Anniversary of St. Augustine was going on in the background, I am positive she could coordinate anyone's wedding. Dawn is worth any value! She even had an emergency tide-to-go pen when I spilled on my dress AND an emergency sewing kit when my bustle broke. She is incredible and we highly recommend her to any bride and groom!!

I live in Atlanta, but had my wedding in St. Augustine. As a bride, this a HUGE recipe for stress. But with Dawn Walker I could not have been in better hands. She was kind, organized and always responsive. Her vendor recommendations were 100% spot on. During my wedding weekend, no one could believe how calm I was--but that was all thanks to Dawn! She had a back up plan for rain, kept my groomsmen in line, and even made sure my flowers showed up at the right place (after I told them to go somewhere else). At my reception, my eyelash came unglued and EVEN then she quickly remedied the situation. Dawn is nothing short of amazing! You will not be disappointed having her as your wedding planner!!

OK, I do not know where to even start but I have to say ...AMAZING!!!! Dawn is the best. She has not only become my coordinator but my BESTIE of all BESTIES...We were looking at venues when I met her and even though we did not book our venue at the lightener Museum we gained the Best coordinator anyone could possibly find. Our wedding is in September 2015.. I have no worries as she is handling it all for me. I need anything, SHE has been THERE!!! She knows what I want and understands my quirks ... She works really hard to make sure your day will be exactly the way you want it. I can not wait to brag further after the date.... Feeling sooo relaxed and at peace... Thanks Wedding Authority...

Bill and Carla are fantastic. They put us from first meeting to walking down the aisle, great photographer, wonderful DJ, good food, gorgeous flowers, awesome cake, perfect reception in 35 days. That has a WOW factor ladies and gentlemen. She even took care of the tuxedos. Love them

Carla and Rev. Young helped us make our daughter's wedding day a small, intimate, and elegant event. They were patient, friendly, and genuine. I would not have made it through all the planning and day of the wedding without Dawn. She was so professional and helpful and fun. I cannot say enough good things about her. She suffered through many emails and questions and always seemed happy to hear from me. She kept the wedding day running so smoothly without even seeming to be moving things along. Hiring The Wedding Authority was the smartest move I made when I originally thought I could do it all myself. My only problem is now I miss Dawn and wish she could organize the rest of my life for me. Thank you Dawn.....

The wedding authority is the dream team in St. Augustine!! Reverend Bill did a fantastic job on the ceremony. He had most of our guests in tears, and was talked about all night at the reception. Carla and Dawn are angels. Dawn took all my ideas and visions and turned them into reality.

I would not have survived this wedding planning process without Dawn Walker! She made me feel so comfortable and secure that everything would be taken care of- she took so much stress off of me so that I could actually enjoy being with friends and family! I did most of the planning myself, along with my mom, but when it came down to the month of the wedding- Dawn took over and took charge making sure all of the details fell into place. On our wedding day, she and Carla Young were so lovely to work with and made all of our guests feel so welcome! If I could do it all over again, I would definitely hire The Wedding Authority again! Best money we ever spent! It is crucial to hire a wedding planner so that the burden doesn't fall on your friends and family- they should be able to enjoy the day without worrying about the details. The Wedding Authority is amazing! My sister and her husband used them for their wedding and when it came time to start planning my wedding, I just had to use them as well! Carla is the sweetest person I think I have ever met! She is super helpful in giving lists of preferred vendors and really knows St. Augustine. While before the wedding day The Wedding Authority is helpful, it doesn't even compare to what they do for you on the actual wedding day! It was practically monsooning on our wedding day and Bill and Carla did not miss a beat. We changed the ceremony to the backup rainy day chapel that I never really wanted, but would rather be dry than anything! When five minutes before the ceremony time it stopped raining, they moved everything back outside to the Lightner Museum courtyard where we always wanted to do it (even with emergency umbrellas hidden on the bridge)! Everything went so smoothly after that and we had the best day of our lives! I can't thank them enough!!

I can't say enough great things about The Wedding Authority and Dawn in particular. As we were planning our wedding in Saint Augustine from San Francisco, Dawn was there every step of the way. She was able to point us to the right vendors for our needs and was always there to bounce ideas off of. She truly puts her heart into planning your wedding to make sure your day is perfect. She is extremely well organized and detail oriented. If you want your wedding day to go smoothly and to not have to worry about the details on your special day, don't hesitate to contact Dawn. We had a perfect day and truly enjoyed our wedding because of her.

Carla at The Wedding Authority was very professional, easy-going, and a delight to work with. She took the time to explain the ceremony process to the bridal party, and accommodated our guests very well on our special day. She stuck to our schedule and made several helpful suggestions in the planning process. She had solid back-up plans in case it rained. The Lightner Museum courtyard is absolutely gorgeous. We would definitely recommend her and The Wedding Authority!

Carla and Rev Bill Young are wonderful. They made our daughters wedding experience so much fun. The chapel and Lightner Museum are beautiful. Rev Bill ceremony was perfect and Carla is a true professional. As the mother of the bride I had more fun in planning the wedding and meeting such nice and lovely people like Carla and Rev Bill.
