The architectural landmark was built in 1888 by railroad tycoon Henry Flagler as a hotel and casino and once held the world's largest indoor swimming pool. Services & Packages Offered
Do you want to customize every element of your wedding day, or do you prefer an all-inclusive package? The Lightner Museum has two different package options to meet your needs. The Custom Package is available for weddings with 40-225 guests on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. This package includes venue rental and all of your venue necessities, allows you to choose a caterer and coordinator from a preferred list, and then choose the other vendors that best suit your needs and budget. The all-inclusive Intimate Wedding Package is available for 40-100 guests on Fridays and Sundays. This package includes venue rental, open bar, catering, day-of coordination, a wedding cake, DJ, upgraded rentals and amenities, and staffing. The venue team can help you determine which package is best suited for your wedding.

Book it ASAP!
This was our DREAM VENUE!!! We are so blessed we got to make it a reality and get married at the Lightner Museum. Everything was perfect - the team is professional and east to work with, and all our guests said it was the most fun they’ve had at a wedding! It’s so cool to get married amongst so much history, but even if you aren’t into history, this is the coolest venue around!!! We can’t recommend enough!

The group that helps run the Lightner truly make it as easy as can be to plan a wedding here. We loved our experience and had the most beautiful wedding ever purely cause the venue is just so stunning.

The venue itself is absolutely stunning. The team did a wonderful job making sure my sites were set up to perfection. I worked with Ryleigh and from the beginning it was such a smooth sailing process. She is so amazing. We will be visiting soon !

Our Dream Wedding!
If you are considering The Lightner for your wedding, this is your sign to lock them in immediately! My husband and I fell in love with this special venue from the minute we laid eyes on it on wedding wire. It is so uniquely beautiful we had to see it in person.
We had very high hopes for this venue and team at the Lightner exceeded our wildest dreams. Not only is the museum stunning, but Katie and Brandy were true lifesavers. Our original wedding date was 10/11/24, the same weekend Hurricane Milton was due to hit Florida. We made the impossible decision to reschedule only days before and it would not have happened without the Lightner Team. Before I even got into town (driving from Tampa in a car filled with wedding goodies and my dog), Brandy and my planners had 90% of my vendors rescheduled for the new date.
They were so incredibly hands on working with our incredible coordinators at Coastal Celebrations (shout out to Lucy and her team) that everything went off without a hitch. They truly had everything outlined from start to finish and made sure it came together seamlessly. Katie was our main coordinator at the Lightner and was pleasure to work with from day one. We had so much fun a tour bar tasting!
I could gush on and on about this incredible place, but this really is your sign to get married at the Lightner. All of our friends and family who made it could not stop talking about the wedding of the year! 1000000/10 once in a lifetime wedding.

Dream Wedding Venue
If anyone is considering having their wedding at the Lightner Museum, go for it! You won’t regret it. The venue is absolutely beautiful, right in the center of Downtown St. Augustine. The Lightner team is super helpful, as are the vendors they choose. Everyone worked on creating our dream wedding day, and it turned out perfect. Thank you, Gianina and the rest of the Lightner team!

Unbelievably magical wedding!
Our wedding was beyond what I could have imagined thanks to the Lightner Museum and the Treasury events team. From the very beginning, the team was friendly and helpful with the tour of the venue, and we loved it immediately. The venue is gorgeous, and the museum aesthetic added so much unique decor and history to our wedding. Throughout the planning process, they provided so many incredibly helpful resources, including vendor recommendations (very useful as we are not local to the area), schedule check lists, and reminders for deadlines. They also have a very active instagram page, posting frequently to their stories, which was wonderful for finding inspiration and vendors. I loved watching wedding recaps every weekend! They were also very professional, making sure plans were in place and working with our scedule to meet/ speak with us. One special detail we were thankful for: one of our friends owns a brewery, and the events team worked with us to help include their beer in our bar package. We went into our wedding day feeling very confident with our planning, and our events team rep Ashley was amazing with keeping all our details covered, so much so that the actual day exceeded our expectations. It was absolutely perfect, thank you so much Ashley and Treasury team!
