I worked with Stephanie at the Hilton to coordinate our 100+ person rehearsal dinner as well as our 100+ person post-wedding breakfast. Stephanie was phenomenal to work with from beginning to end--without exception! The food was excellent, the staff's attitudes were wonderful, and no detail was missed. Thank you for your exceptionalism, Stephanie and the Hilton!

We had the most amazing wedding reception at One Ocean! The entire staff was so easy to work with and everything was absolutely beautiful. All of my guests loved the food and the entire atmosphere. We had a beautiful cocktail hour on the patio and danced the night away in the ballroom! Absolutely recommend to all couples!

We've been planning our wedding at The Omni for over a year now, and just had the most amazing wedding weekend in the world thanks to the incredible team. The events sales team, the catering sales team, and the banquet captain at The Omni in Amelia Island made our night-before party and our wedding day a joy for all. We have been receiving texts raving about the food and the cake. We have been told that the staff at Seaglass Bar and Lounge were beyond accommodating throughout the weekend. The staff at Oceanside, Bobs Steakhouse, and Florabelle all made our guests feel welcome and amazing memories were made. We have to shout out Juliana Hidalgo - our wedding hero! She went above and beyond to greet us at the hotel for five days with goodies that made us feel celebrated. She checked in on us constantly. And she worked tirelessly to ensure our weekend was nothing short of perfect. We had over 75 guests from all over the country, many who had not visited this Omni property, who have told us how excited and thrilled they are to plan their next trip and come back. We can't wait to visit again for anniversaries and special weekend getaways. Thank you to everyone who made our five day stay at The Omni in Amelia Island nothing short of perfect!

Casa Marina was fantastic! I truly had the night I had been dreaming of. We got married in November of 2025 and had about 120 people present. Event coordinator, Virginia, was so helpful and was always willing to answer any questions. Everyone we interacted with was so easy. Bar tenders were very efficient and the rest of the staff were so helpful, professional and nice. While staff was amazing, I highly recommend a day of coordinator. Casa provides a tight window of time for set-up. They will set up tables, chairs, tablecloths, napkins, etc. but all décor and other details are your responsibility. They did help with clean up a bit which was very nice. We loved the space and everything flowed so perfectly. Our guests had nothing but great things to say about the food and the charm of the building. They also loved the area! A majority of our guests were from out of town so another plus was lots of hotels, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. Overall, we had an incredibly positive experience, start to finish. We wish we could do it all again!

The Westin in Jekyll Island, GA hosted our wedding reception in May of 2023. After a rainy and windy ceremony on the beach we were welcomed into our beautiful reception hall by Jin Butler, the Westin's Catering and Event Coordinator. She had the whole place set up without any help from myself or my family so we didn't have to worry about a thing but enjoying the evening. It turned out better than I could have imagined and I can't thank her enough for all she did to make our day so perfect. She kept our evening on the schedule we decided on and helped everything run smoothly. She went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of and happy. I wish I could take her home with me and have her run my whole life, ha! 10/10 would recommend staying at or hosting an event at this hotel. The building and the grounds were so beautifully maintained, clean, and modern. Can't forget the beautiful view of the beach out back! I only wish I could have stayed longer.

We had our wedding at the King & Prince and it was easily the best decision we made. Sarah and her team made the entire process as enjoyable and stress free as possible. Every detail was thought out and handled. The food and drinks were amazing, everything looked just like we planned, and we felt so cared for and special. I cannot recommend having your wedding here more!
