Held our Wedding on the Beautiful Patio just before dusk, the patio overlooking the lake provided us that water view we were wanting, after guests enjoyed our reception in the beautiful ballroom that has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lake, natural lighting as it started to get dark, created a great ambiance. Our guests flowed from the outside into the foyer and into the ballroom and many right upstairs to their rooms. We received amazing comments from our guests on the food, i was concerned as we had initially thought we would do our own, but hotel provides all the catering and the food had such flavor, such variety, and plenty of it. Everyone we came in contact with from Carrie and Kelly in Sales and Rudy our Banquet Manager were always professional, always willing to take time to talk things out and provide suggestions and kept us at ease. Our guests enjoyed the surrounding area, with so much to do, and ease of doing it, perfect location! Highly recommend for any bride and groom looking to host wedding and or reception. I recently had some relatives come into town and they stayed at this hotel and I met with them for breakfast this place is so amazing.

My husband and I had our wedding here and it wasn’t great service. We did have fun later on because we didn’t want our night completely ruined, however, we were pretty disappointed in the venue itself. Everyone was friendly, however, it was my husband who had to run around and find workers and ask them to do their jobs. As the Groom, He shouldn't have been doing that. He had to track someone down to restock the buffet since nobody was working it, I had to track someone down to cut the cake, which after I found someone...the cake still never got served, the bar was not set up inside the reception room as we were told it would be, it was out where hotel guests can get a drink for free and nobody was available to dim the lights either during the reception, so the money we spent on up lighting was a waste. They didn’t have enough napkins ordered so we had two different colored napkins, also when it was time to walk down the aisle the runner wasn’t set up as well. One of our groomsman’s had to do it. Then there wasn’t anyone to fix the runner as it scrunched up and I almost tripped over it, Thank God my mom and the groomsman mom who fix it. Do
to the stress my mom had a anxiety attack and was up in her hotel room for for the last two 2 hours of our wedding. All in all, the personnel provided poor service during the reception. I don’t recommend doing your wedding here because when it comes to the service you will not get none. This place shouldn’t do weddings at all! It’s only good for 6 year old party’s if that.

P.S i just want you to know I’m not one to write a bad review but, Unfortunately we can’t do a redo on our wedding. A wedding is a one time event you remember forever. Our Memory is us running around finding ppl to do there job and being stress out!
