I toured a lot of venues in St. Simons, Savannah and NONE of them compared to Sea Palms. Beautiful venue, the service is amazing and oh my gosh the FOOD is so good! I had so many people reach out to me about how great the food was and how it was the best wedding ever! The bar even stayed open after our wedding that night with no complaints. Brittany is amazing as well. She works with your planner and you don’t have to worry about a thing! Brides, book this venue you will not regret it!!

My husband and I could not say better things about Sea Palms Resort. We had a great experience and LOVED the venue. Everyone was so nice and very helpful when it came to setting up the wedding and the take down of the decorations. We have already talked about coming back to show our kids one day. When we decided to book this venue, we heard that it was a hidden gem, and it definitely is!

As the bride, I worked with Ashley Stone, Catering Manager, on almost a weekly basis regarding wedding planning (large and small details) during our 14-month engagement up to our wedding (and now even 2 weeks after our wedding). Our families did not feel the need to hire a long term or day-of coordinator for this process secondary to the quality care, assistance, time and effort that Ashley and the wonderful staff at Sea Palms Resort and Conference Center provided for us for over a year's worth of wedding planning. They took the stress out of wedding planning and my (now) husband and I were able to enjoy our wedding day without any concerns other than showing up in style and ready to party!

Sea Palms was very patient and understanding, even when we changed our minds multiple times on decisions throughout the wedding planning process. I was not concerned about the outcome of the wedding day secondary to the maximum quality efforts that the team working with us provided for our wedding experience. Ashley and the staff are all very professional and accommodating. I liked that Ashley gave me her honest opinion in a respectful manner when I asked her to be 100% honest while still catering to our style. Our wedding guests have given us tremendous positive feedback on their wedding experience and that was what we were looking for: our guests to have a great time!

They provided a food tasting for us at our convenience months before the wedding where we were able to taste the appetizers, main courses, sides, salads, and dessert (wedding cake) & decide what was right for us. The staff were all very open to our suggestions and were great at helping us make the appropriate decisions where necessary.

Ashley Stone, Nolan Hyde (Director of Food and Beverage), the Executive Chef, Pastry Chef and all other team members blew us away with the quality wedding we received at such a great price. Thank you all for making this such a great experience for us and our friends!!!!!

Ashley was fantastic to work with. The reason I chose the venue was because of her and how personable she was when we first met. She makes sure she is available when her clients need her and is very detailed with every possible thing you would need. She is willing to go above and beyond to make sure your day is special. Loved getting to know and work with her.

You will not find a better place that will accommodate you, your guests and your budget. Every detail is organized with your input and feedback. Ashley Stone does an excellent job and then some on making your event memorable. The planning of my wedding was in another state and Ashley coordinated ongoing communication with me and in a flexible manner that put my mind at ease on how things were going to work. Things that I never thought about she presented to me and asked if she could offer additional suggestions. The catering of the buffet, the creation of my wedding cake and the setup of the ballroom were all a success. We thought having a reception at Sea Palms was going to be very costly but it didn't cost no more than renting a hotel conference room and having to rent table linens, centerpieces, chair covers, sashes and a cater. The cost increases when you have feed a large number of guests. The chef prepared perfect temperature, flavorful food that soothed everyone's appetite. If you have an idea of what you want your wedding cake to look like and taste like, the pastry chef can make it come to fruition. During the planning and on your special day Sea Palms will make you feel like you're royalty, to the fullest extent they cater to you and your guests. Make every dollar count and invest your wedding memories at Sea Palms, you will not have ANY regrets.

I was EXTREMELY pleased with Sea Palms. I went around to several venues in the area and asked for a full quote for their services. Sea Palms was one of the few that gave me ALL the details up front, so I could make an educated decision. Not only that, but what they quoted was what they charged. They were honest, prompt with responses, easy to deal with, and did an excellent job. My florist gave me the advice to relax and trust the vendors I choose on the day of the event - because I chose Sea Palms, I was able to do just that! Every request I had was fulfilled, the guests were treated very well, and everything went off without a hitch. I would HIGHLY recommend the use of Sea Palms' facility. I dealt with Ashley Stone directly but the other staff we met along the way was great. If you're looking at having a wedding or reception on St Simons Island, talk to Ashley first before you book anywhere.

Sea Palms made our day absolutely perfect! They were so progressional and on top of everything. I would suggest Sea Palms for anyone who is looking to have an event catered, or just looking for a place to have an event at. Ashley Stone is the best wedding coordinator, and I would not have been able to do it without her! Sea Palms is simply the best!

We did our wedding here at Sea Palms and it was a destination for both of our families. Sea Palms/really Dale Jacoby did the most amazing job making this a very special weekend for us and our guests. She was the best planner i could have ever asked for and we are so lucky to have been able to work with her. From the first time we met, we clicked and it was easy, and fun and i never had to worry once. I literally put it all in her hands and she made everything so magical....so perfect. We had the best evening and didn't have anything to worry about but being with each other. It was all because of her and we thank her everyday for that.
I recommend Sea Palms, as it is a beautiful, peaceful and such an intimate place to have a wedding. I wouldn't change anything about our wedding day.
