Misty and The Palencia Club created the literal wedding of my dreams! I am a very OCD about events and creating the image in my head. Her and the staff made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it providing me a completely stress free day. We got married this past November and we are still having friends and family telling us what a great venue it was and how amazing the food was (we used the onsite chef - highly recommend the sweet potato fries). Palencia club had everything we needed and that made everything easy. This mostly hidden gem is everything a couple could ever want.

The White Room is the best venue in northeast Florida! We toured several other venues and nothing quite compares. Location, price, and experience is unmatched. Destiny was the absolute best coordinator! We had the pleasure of working with her from booking all the way until the end of our wedding night. She was there every step of the way and answered every question promptly and with professionalism. She assisted us with each choice and made sure everything was perfect. As the bride I did not worry about a single detail on our wedding day. She truly has a gift. I can not imagine a better venue or experience. Our guests have not stopped boasting about the night. hope I can attend an event at the White Room in the future!

My husband and I visited a few venues and looked at so many online. We fell in love with the St John’s Golf & Country Club when we first toured it! It really stood out to us compared to other venues we saw. The outside ceremony space is beautiful and the inside reception space is unlike anything else we’ve seen! I also particularly loved the Bridal Suite which you have full access to the day of your wedding! It is a beautiful space to get ready in with all your girls! It helped make the wedding day so carefree and relaxing to just be at the venue and get ready there. It is truly such a stunning venue and they have an amazing team to help make the planning process and the wedding day both super easy and smooth! The food is absolutely incredible as well. The chef is so nice and accommodating with any food allergies. We had so many compliments on the food at our wedding - People loved it! They also have a team to help organize the sparkler exit, so that made it super easy to do one and it wasn’t complicated at all! One note is that if you want to get the elegant gold chairs, not the conference style chairs, you do have to pay quite a bit extra depending on the size of your wedding, and that wasn’t super clear to us until after we had signed the contract! We did end up spending an extra $575 for the gold chairs vs conference style chairs. Overall this venue is the perfect place for a dreamy wedding! We absolutely loved it!!! We absolutely fell in love when we saw this place and knew that it was the ONE for our special day! I live in Europe so my mom had to facetime me when she went to look at the venue, and even only seeing it through video did I know that it would be perfect. Chianna was soo lovely through the whole process and really helpful. The landscaping was absolutely gorgeous! I especially love the backdrop behind our arch where we had our ceremony with all the lush plants. And of course the bougainvillea!! Everyone raved about how lovely it was to have cocktail hour under it. We really couldn't believe how smooth and stress-free everything was and if I could I would do it over and over again at the Peña-Peck House! I highly recommend this venue if you want something classic, elegant, easy, and special!

I worked with Stephanie at the Hilton to coordinate our 100+ person rehearsal dinner as well as our 100+ person post-wedding breakfast. Stephanie was phenomenal to work with from beginning to end--without exception! The food was excellent, the staff's attitudes were wonderful, and no detail was missed. Thank you for your exceptionalism, Stephanie and the Hilton!

ok I'll start with the most important thing - there is an approved vendors list. There might be a little flexibility with the photographers, DJs, and transportation, BUT I would run those by Angie to make sure you can hire them. However, this info is provided to you before you sign the contract. If you are willing to be limited to your vendor choices (which I should mention makes your job easier, because you have a list of vendors, contact them, pick your fave ones and you're done.... and all the vendors on the list are amazing so you won't miss out) you'll be ok. I feel like people that complain are the ones who just ignore the list and start hiring their vendors.... but that's on them... One more thing to mention (which is pretty obvious) is that the venue is outdoors, so you have to reserve a tent just in case it rains. Now back to my review and my experience with Angie (wedding coordinator) and the venue (both ceremony and reception were held at the Lllambias house). Angie is absolutely amazing. I have no idea what I would do without her. She was very prompt with emails, extremely friendly, professional, and willing to help out with anything you ask her for. She guided us through the process during the rehearsal, helped with the set up before the wedding, coordinated everything during, set up our cake on the well, and helped with the clean up. What else can you ask for? Also, our tent rental company set up the wrong tent (old and dirty) the day before the wedding. She called me and made sure I was aware and didn't freak out once got to the rehearsal. Then, I didn't have to do anything - she called the rental co for me and arranged everything to be changed. Tent was replaced the next morning without me having to call anyone. I can't thank her enough for everything she's done. as for the llambias house - I wouldn't have my wedding anywhere else - it's gorgeous!

We couldn't have asked for a better venue for our intimate beach wedding and reception. The Reef is a rare gem for its gorgeous location, reasonable pricing, and great food. We fit 57 people comfortable although the banquet space can hold up to around 70. Danielle, the venue coordinator, was very helpful throughout the whole process.

What a beautiful venue! The renovations came out amazing and the grounds looked so beautiful for my May 4th wedding! Could not be happier with how everything worked out.

We hosted our wedding at the River House and it was absolutely perfect! The setting was stunning—every detail of the space added to the beauty and elegance of our special day. From the ceremony to the reception, the atmosphere was magical and created unforgettable memories for us and our guests. The staff was incredible. They were professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Their organization and care allowed us to truly relax and enjoy every moment without stress. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to help bring our vision to life. If you’re looking for a venue that combines breathtaking beauty with exceptional service, River House is the place. We highly recommend it for any couple planning their big day!
