Overlooking the King & Bear golf course, AJ's Kitchen & Cocktails offers romantic views with its large floor-to-ceiling windows. Hello! My name is Staci and I am proud to be the Director of Events at King and Bear & Slammer and Squire. I have 30 years both in hospitality and the Food & Beverage industry. I grew up in Paducah, Kentucky, and attended the University of Kentucky and The University of South Florida. I moved to Jacksonville in 2002 and have embraced the amazing community. From Catering Sales Manager at the famous Chart House , to Director of Events with BB’s Culinary Creations to Personal Assistant and Events Director for a former Jacksonville Jaguar NFL player I have a wealth of knowledge hosting special events. I currently reside in Green Cove Springs, where I enjoy spending time with my four children.
Rick employs his wealth of expertise to lead our food and beverage operation with impeccable service and detail. Upon finishing school at Florida State, he began his hospitality career in food and beverage, working for ClubCorp in Tallahassee at The University Club at Florida State. He continued his career with ClubCorp at The University Club in Jacksonville before then at The Lodge & Club in Ponte Vedra Beach.
Prior to coming to World Golf Village, Rick was at Epping Forest Yacht & Country Club in the San Jose area of Jacksonville on the St. Johns River. He first served as the Director of Food and Beverage at the club, before moving to the leadership position of Assistant General Manager.
Tiago owned and operated a French Bistro at the Lightner Museum in Historical St. Augustine. He then went on to open his own Italian restaurant named Fratelli’s before becoming the Chef Tournant at TPC Sawgrass. Tiago also opened The Hangar One Bistro as the Executive Chef bringing his fusion cuisine to the menu. Recently, Tiago operated the 900 Degrees Pizza & Pasta in St. Augustine.
