Florida Wedding Supplies was hands down one of our best wedding decisions! Jamie and Anne provided both day-of coordination and florals, and their dual expertise made everything seamless.
Initially, we didn't think we needed a coordinator due to cost concerns, but FWS's rates were incredibly reasonable compared to other coordinators who likely wouldn't have delivered the same amazing quality. Jamie was exceptionally responsive and had scheduled calls well before the 30-day mark, keeping us organized and stress-free.
On the floral side, they truly went above and beyond. When we needed centerpieces for the sweetheart and bridal party tables with less than two weeks' notice, they made it happen without hesitation. Most impressively, I sent them some potentially far-fetched inspiration photos for my bridal bouquet and floral arch, and they BEYOND delivered -creating something l'd never seen them do before. The best thing they created was a floral collar for our goldendoodle which matched the arch-that honestly made my entire wedding day.
Their day-of execution was flawless. Jamie handled a fallen floral arch before the ceremony like a pro, kept everything on schedule, picked up our cake, managed cleanup, and made item pickup the next day effortless.
The value is unmatched - their prices felt like a steal when others were charging double or triple for lesser quality. Anne and Jamie were completely transparent about what they could deliver and exceeded every expectation. Highly recommend!!

My husband and I had our wedding on 10/14/2024 in Jacksonville Beach and we happened to find Florida Wedding Supplies through wedding wire. From the first conversation that I had with Anne, I knew these were going to be our people. I was looking for a company that could do coordination, decoration, and flowers all in one and they were a perfect match! Jamie is who I worked with the most throughout the months leading up to the wedding and she was just amazing. It felt as though I was working with a close friend to plan my wedding. She was so personable, she responded to all of my messages promptly, and she was very accommodating. She came with us to a few of our venue walk-throughs as well as our rehearsal to ensure that she really captured our vision for the wedding. Anne was able to connect us to more vendors for our wedding which made the planning process a breeze. From the beginning, we told them that we were working with a specific budget and they made sure that we were able to get everything we needed while staying within the limit. Everything turned out perfectly on our wedding day, exactly how I envisioned. And these ladies SAVED THE DAY because I forgot to assign someone to pick up our wedding cake but before I had even heard the news, Jamie had already called Anne to ask her to pick it up!! They really made sure that our day was stress-free. I cannot sing these ladies praises enough, they are so wonderful. If you’re debating on who you should hire for your wedding coordination, decoration, and/ or florals, stop wasting your time and hire Florida Wedding Supplies!

This team really knows what they are doing. They put together a beautiful wedding and we couldn’t have asked for a better team.
