My best wedding decision
Florida Wedding Supplies was hands down one of our best wedding decisions! Jamie and Anne provided both day-of coordination and florals, and their dual expertise made everything seamless.
Initially, we didn't think we needed a coordinator due to cost concerns, but FWS's rates were incredibly reasonable compared to other coordinators who likely wouldn't have delivered the same amazing quality. Jamie was exceptionally responsive and had scheduled calls well before the 30-day mark, keeping us organized and stress-free.
On the floral side, they truly went above and beyond. When we needed centerpieces for the sweetheart and bridal party tables with less than two weeks' notice, they made it happen without hesitation. Most impressively, I sent them some potentially far-fetched inspiration photos for my bridal bouquet and floral arch, and they BEYOND delivered -creating something l'd never seen them do before. The best thing they created was a floral collar for our goldendoodle which matched the arch-that honestly made my entire wedding day.
Their day-of execution was flawless. Jamie handled a fallen floral arch before the ceremony like a pro, kept everything on schedule, picked up our cake, managed cleanup, and made item pickup the next day effortless.
The value is unmatched - their prices felt like a steal when others were charging double or triple for lesser quality. Anne and Jamie were completely transparent about what they could deliver and exceeded every expectation. Highly recommend!! -

My husband and I had our wedding on 10/14/2024 in Jacksonville Beach and we happened to find Florida Wedding Supplies through wedding wire. From the first conversation that I had with Anne, I knew these were going to be our people. I was looking for a company that could do coordination, decoration, and flowers all in one and they were a perfect match! Jamie is who I worked with the most throughout the months leading up to the wedding and she was just amazing. It felt as though I was working with a close friend to plan my wedding. She was so personable, she responded to all of my messages promptly, and she was very accommodating. She came with us to a few of our venue walk-throughs as well as our rehearsal to ensure that she really captured our vision for the wedding. Anne was able to connect us to more vendors for our wedding which made the planning process a breeze. From the beginning, we told them that we were working with a specific budget and they made sure that we were able to get everything we needed while staying within the limit. Everything turned out perfectly on our wedding day, exactly how I envisioned. And these ladies SAVED THE DAY because I forgot to assign someone to pick up our wedding cake but before I had even heard the news, Jamie had already called Anne to ask her to pick it up!! They really made sure that our day was stress-free. I cannot sing these ladies praises enough, they are so wonderful. If you’re debating on who you should hire for your wedding coordination, decoration, and/ or florals, stop wasting your time and hire Florida Wedding Supplies! -

The BEST Wedding Planners!
Working with the FL Wedding Supplies team was a dream come true. They were able to bring our wedding day vision to life and helped us every step of the way. Anne went above and beyond to make sure our day was nothing but magical and she nailed it. From the jaw dropping floral arrangements, to coordinating fireworks and a last minute coffee-cart idea, they made everything happen! We were so grateful for the dedicated team that was able to make our wedding the best day of our lives! -

Hiring Anne to be our wedding planner was the best decision we made! Wedding planning is extremely stressful and so very time consuming. Anne and Jamie made every step of the planning process so easy. I gave her all of my inspiration pictures and blabbed on and on about my dream wedding and she made it a reality for us! It was a true fairy tale that came together so perfectly and went so smoothly. She helped organize all of the vendors and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted down to the smallest, unthinkable detail. I can go on and on about how wonderful it was to work with them. They are a team that we will forever be grateful for. -

Tango with the tide
We had a beach wedding on a holiday weekend- Anne and her staff worked very hard to keep my daughter’s wedding within her small budget - they not only kept bikini wearing beach goers and fishermen away from the entrance, but also coordinated the families to move the chairs so they didn’t float away…twice- the arch and flowers, signage were beautiful and the tables were gorgeous! Sparklers added a festive and fun send off! I will definitely use them again! -

Anne and Jamie were AMAZING to work with. I have nothing but great things to say about working with The Florida Wedding Supplies Team. Anne and Jamie were responsive, communicative, professional, and very transparent from the initial phone call to my wedding day (and even beyond my wedding day).
If you are planning a wedding, or any event, I highly suggest working with their team. My wedding went seamlessly, thanks to these wonderful women.
I hired Anne and her team for wedding coordination and decor and utilized her vast knowledge of the wedding industry to find a few of my other vendors. Anne and Jamie handled every task with grace. From the start of the day to the end, they made sure that everything went according to plan and handled any hiccups so I didn't have to stress.

I had my wedding at Kelly Farms and Florida wedding supplies is their main coordinator/supplier so we went ahead and went with them/Anne. Anne was actually the one who gave us the tour of the venue and she was so nice. Later in the year, I went to the warehouse to see all of their options they had for decor. It’s a lot bigger than I expected. I ended up DIYing a lot of my wedding to save some money, but I did end up using their silver chargers (they had a sparkle in them and they were beautiful), their table linens, and a set of their 3 tiered vases for my centerpieces. I had communication throughout the planning process with both Anne and Jamie. Jamie put together our layout of the room so I could start figuring out seating arrangements, I actually was able to meet Jamie at the farm multiple times to show my grandma to see if she would be able to walk as well as to practice our surprise first dance. On the wedding day, Jamie was our main go to person. She did amazing so I did not have to worry about anything. She set up my whole ceremony and reception space with everything I had brought and what they had brought. She worked well with the vendors too, so the day went smoothly (even though it rained that day and we were afraid it would ruin our day, but it did not). She even put all of the decor back in boxes at the end of the night and I did not have to do a thing. I would definitely recommend Florida wedding supplies as a coordinator/planner and/or rentals for your wedding. -

The team at Florida Wedding supplies ensured that my wedding went perfectly. I used them for wedding coordination as well as some rentals. I had so many questions and concerns leading up to the big day and they were there to answer them all. When the wedding day arrived, I didn't have to worry about a THING. 5 Star experience for a magical day!
Anne Urban with Florida Wedding Supplies orchestrated the perfect wedding at Kelly Farms Events venue. It was storybook amazing. The staff was so Attentive, Caring and made sure every detail was done to perfection. Anne made sure to create the perfect all inclusive package.It was phenomenal and all vendors really cared to make sure this day was perfect for my daughter and new son in law. Kelly Farms is such a beautiful, immaculate venue. The flowers were breathtaking and compliments were numerous. I can’t recommend it more. 5 star on all levels!
