Planned to Perfection Events and Rentals

Janet and her whole team were absolutely incredible!! This is coming from someone who thought I did not initially need an event coordinator/ is it even worth the money? because our venue had one- yet so incredibly grateful for all Janet and her team did for us that we know of/ behind the scenes.

Thoughtout the planning process, Janet was so much more than just a day of coordinator. She was kind, knowledgeable with her suggestions, and so easy to communicate with while also giving such a calming we’re going to get things done/ ensure it’s how you’d want/ like it presence. Come wedding day, there was something so comforting about just knowing, “Janet and her team have got us. They’ve got it.” I was actually able to let go and be present. I was able to relax, enjoy myself, soak in the moments, and experience our wedding instead of worrying about it (which for any fellow Type A brides reading this you know what a gift!) Janet, Janine, and Joel saved the day in countless above and beyond ways.

The decor they created/ set up… stunning. It was somehow even more beautiful than I had envisioned in my head, which I honestly didn’t think was possible. The cross her husband Joel made was especially meaningful after the church double booked us and we had to pivot on ceremony plans. So many people commented on how beautiful it was — both spiritually and aesthetically. What could have been such a stressful situation when the church double-booked us became something incredibly beautiful because of them.

When it comes to value? Unmatched! Janet and her team were one of the lower prices I had researched. I initially thought it was maybe too good to be true. I couldn’t have been more wrong- they deserve so much more than 5 stars! I would highly recommend Planned2Perfection! I seriously can’t imagine wedding planning without them and am so grateful.

Honestly, I was not even certain a wedding planner would be in our budget but I also knew I wanted the day to be perfect for my daughter and planning isn't exactly my forte. Janet and her team listened to our needs and provided services at our budget. I am absolutely pleased beyond belief with the services that Planned to Perfection offers AND delivers. That is the key word. Delivers. The wedding flowed beautifully from the time the first guests arrived until the last ones left. The wedding decor was breathtaking and the suggested venue was just amazing. The team took care of everything we knew they would and plenty that we never expected. They give so much more than just a plan! Their team envisioned and prepped the decor, provided the officiant (as well as helped us to understand what to do about documents needed due to special circumstances), seamlessly coordinated and served the reception food services, hosted the after hours party, saw off the newlyweds exactly as had been requested, and then cleaned up the venue and even helped me load extras into my car! On top of all this, they are prepared for anything--last minute additions to vendors, last moment requests, calming nerves, and even bustling a bride when the bustle failed! I will be forever thankful that they were a part of our day.

I cannot express how happy I am with the service provided. They cared about our wants and needs with professionalism and kindness. The in person meetings and walk throughs made me feel confident and showed the level of care they had. It was not just a job to Janet or Janine. They made it feel like we were family. The decorations were more beautiful than I ever expected. I have and will recommend them to anyone in search of a wedding coordinator, decorator and all other services they provide. I will also be using them for future parties!!

Somehow, she took every little inspiration and turned it into something even better than I imagined. On the wedding day, Janet and her team handled everything seamlessly. From setup to teardown and cleanup, they took care of it all so we could actually enjoy every moment without stress. Every detail was executed perfectly, and the day flowed so smoothly because of them. If you are looking for someone who is organized, creative, calm under pressure, and truly cares about making your day special, Janet is it. I cannot recommend her and her team enough. They were a huge part of making our wedding absolutely perfect.

Janet was excellent at communicating and answering any questions I had. Her and her husband showed up on time and everything went so smooth on our wedding day. The price was affordable for our budget and they were professional and such a pleasure to have at our wedding. Thank you soo much!!!

Joel and Janet were amazing and made my wedding so much fun. Such a fun couple to work with and made the planning and music was fun and everything I asked for. Definitely chose them as they are AMAZING and prices are on point!!!

From our first consultation meeting, we knew they were the right team to bring our vision to life. They took the time to hear all of the background as to how and why we selected the date, color scheme and theme. The team took our theme and ran with it, which became evident with their centerpiece ideas created prior to our decor meeting. The custom decor they created for our special day took all of the items we had envisioned and their imagination to create something unforgettable. The value really comes with all of the services they provide, from planners to DJ to officiant and custom decor. We would highly recommend Planned to Perfection Events and Rentals and would use them again for any of our future events.

Janet was absolutely amazing in helping our wedding run smoothly. We met a couple times prior to the wedding to plan/finalize, then on wedding day her and her partner were absolutely amazing. I didn’t worry about a thing. They covered other vendors, guests, and even family members that got a little too rowdy. They kept our full day on schedule, and as planned. I feel their pricing was appropriate, fit into our budget and was 100% worth it. I can’t thank them enough for making our wedding perfect!
