The Magnolia Room is situated at the Oldest City's most historic property, Ponce de Leon's Fountain of Youth Archaeological Park. The Park features 15 acres, making it a great space for weddings, rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, farewell brunches, & other special occasions. There is complimentary onsite parking. The Magnolia Room is a 2,500-square-foot enclosed event space with retractable bay doors opening to two open-air patios, adding an additional 2,800 square feet for extra guest seating or a dance floor. A private sitting room/dressing area & a caterers' prep kitchen are inside. The Celebration Cottage can accommodate wedding parties on their special day and serve as a main event space for smaller functions. They are equipped with mirrors, a private restroom and shower, a refrigerator, a large-screen TV, lounge seating, & more.

With no shortage of stunning photo backdrops, choose your ideal setting for your ceremony and cocktail hour. Options include The Peacock Garden, waterfront, Founder's Pier, the Spanish Mission, & more. Enjoy the many peacocks while strolling. Afterward, move the party inside to The Magnolia Room or the outdoor patios. The Magnolia Room accommodates up to 170 seated tables or 300 standing guests.
