Lexie King was the absolute best wedding planner ever! We hired Coastal based off of their great reviews, and Lexie helped us plan the wedding of our dreams. 

We did not do our wedding by the book at all - we had a fully bespoke three day celebration, with many different moving parts, lots of different colors and floral arrangements, and massive amount of food and decorations. Lexie not only helped us smoothly navigate the complexities pf planning an out-of-the-box wedding in Saint Augustine, but she truly made it our dream celebration! 

Lexie was incredibly communicative, easy to work with, always prompt and on top of deadlines, and was very helpful in making sure that the vendors we chose were in line with our vision. She’s a great wedding planner, yes, but she is also a great person, and that made all the difference. 

I can confidently say that the reason our wedding day was so amazing was because of Isabella and her incredible team at Coastal Celebrations! Going into the planning process, I thought organizing our wedding would be easy but I quickly realized just how much I needed Isabella’s expertise. From our very first meeting at the venue, we knew she would do everything possible to ensure our day was absolutely perfect.
We booked the Day-Of Coordination package, and Isabella stepped in fully about three months before the wedding. Having her coordinate with all of our vendors was invaluable as she made sure everyone was aligned and nothing was overlooked. Isabella joined our final vendor calls and truly held our hands as all the loose ends were tied up. During our 30-day walkthrough, we covered every single detail of the day, and I left feeling completely relieved and confident.
On the wedding day itself, Isabella went above and beyond. She came to the Airbnb where the bridal party was getting ready, collected our dresses, and headed to the venue to ensure everything was perfectly set up. Throughout the day, she kept us on schedule and was always right by my husband’s and my side, making sure we had everything we needed.
Everyone says something will go wrong on your wedding day but I can honestly say nothing did, and that is entirely because of Isabella. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about her and the entire team at Coastal Celebrations. I promise you will not regret booking them!

Our daughter was married in April 2025. Helen, with Coastal Celebrations, was our planner. We highly recommend her and Coastal Celebrations. Helen explained our contract so we understood the process and her role. She kept us on track and organized. She worked out the fine details with the vendors. On the day of the wedding, Helen was amazing. The wedding and reception were flawless. My husband and I were able to enjoy the wedding/reception because we knew Helen had everything handled. If I could hire Lucy from Coastal Celebrations, time and time again, I absolutely would! From start to finish, she was an absolute joy to work with, and I genuinely miss getting to talk to her. I gave her the nickname Queen Lucy, which she truly earned—her expertise, efficiency, and attention to detail made the entire wedding planning process not only stress-free but actually enjoyable.

Our wedding was at Treasury on the Plaza, and Lucy made sure everything was flawless. Her vendor recommendations were spot on, and she was always incredibly responsive, organized, and on top of every little detail. On our wedding day, I wasn’t worried about a single thing. Hiring coastal celebrations was the changing decision in our wedding planning that made our day as amazing as it was. Ashley was such an enormous help and sense of calm during the entire planning process, she took so much off of our plates and put us at ease with so many decisions about vendors, timeline, flow of day. Being an out of town bride planning felt extra daunting, and Ashley was always just an email away and handled so much of the vendor communication & confirmation that I never felt behind on anything.
On the actual day of the wedding, I never had to think once about anything logistical because I knew Ashley had it covered. Hiring Coastal Celebration was one of the best decisions made. As the mother of the bride, we sometimes need to help the bride and when it came to selecting the different vendors, the ones recommended by Coastal Celebration was top tier. We were extremely pleased with each one. Exceptional service and we loved working with St. John Illuminations, their sister company, for all the rentals. They truly were an advocate for the bride. Wedding planner has very different role from the event manager and a wedding planner is a must when calculating your budget. You won’t be disappointed and ask for Emma Gruber. She was calm, but very efficient in all aspect in planning a distinction wedding. We were very blessed in getting Emma and her team! The wedding was very smooth and elegant.

My and my now husband are from Gainesville, FL but really love St. Augustine. With living a couples hours away and having busy schedules, we knew we needed a wedding planner from St. Augustine. Coastal Celebrations did not disappoint!! Lucy Yelton was AMAZING!!! She was there from the very start until the very end. With me being indecisive, she would always help me sort out my thoughts or give her thoughts (which I really appreciated). She was a key person as to why our wedding was more than what we imagined. She had everything covered and was amazing at communicating. I would highly recommend Coastal Celebrations, especially Lucy. It really takes a special person to do this job.
