Excellent Team

We highly recommend Helen and her team at Coastal Celebrations. Every detail was discussed and our day went on without a hitch. Helen did a great job answering ALL of our questions and was extremely responsive. There is no other team I would recommend more than Helen and Coastal. Lexie King is the BEST!!

Lexie King was the absolute best wedding planner ever! We hired Coastal based off of their great reviews, and Lexie helped us plan the wedding of our dreams.

We did not do our wedding by the book at all - we had a fully bespoke three day celebration, with many different moving parts, lots of different colors and floral arrangements, and massive amount of food and decorations. Lexie not only helped us smoothly navigate the complexities pf planning an out-of-the-box wedding in Saint Augustine, but she truly made it our dream celebration!

Lexie was incredibly communicative, easy to work with, always prompt and on top of deadlines, and was very helpful in making sure that the vendors we chose were in line with our vision. She’s a great wedding planner, yes, but she is also a great person, and that made all the difference.

Isabella is the best!!!

I can confidently say that the reason our wedding day was so amazing was because of Isabella and her incredible team at Coastal Celebrations! Going into the planning process, I thought organizing our wedding would be easy but I quickly realized just how much I needed Isabella’s expertise. From our very first meeting at the venue, we knew she would do everything possible to ensure our day was absolutely perfect.
We booked the Day-Of Coordination package, and Isabella stepped in fully about three months before the wedding. Having her coordinate with all of our vendors was invaluable as she made sure everyone was aligned and nothing was overlooked. Isabella joined our final vendor calls and truly held our hands as all the loose ends were tied up. During our 30-day walkthrough, we covered every single detail of the day, and I left feeling completely relieved and confident.
On the wedding day itself, Isabella went above and beyond. She came to the Airbnb where the bridal party was getting ready, collected our dresses, and headed to the venue to ensure everything was perfectly set up. Throughout the day, she kept us on schedule and was always right by my husband’s and my side, making sure we had everything we needed.
Everyone says something will go wrong on your wedding day but I can honestly say nothing did, and that is entirely because of Isabella. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about her and the entire team at Coastal Celebrations. I promise you will not regret booking them!

Helen and Coastal Celebrations

Our daughter was married in April 2025. Helen, with Coastal Celebrations, was our planner. We highly recommend her and Coastal Celebrations. Helen explained our contract so we understood the process and her role. She kept us on track and organized. She worked out the fine details with the vendors. On the day of the wedding, Helen was amazing. The wedding and reception were flawless. My husband and I were able to enjoy the wedding/reception because we knew Helen had everything handled. My dream wedding would not have been possible without Lucy!

If I could hire Lucy from Coastal Celebrations, time and time again, I absolutely would! From start to finish, she was an absolute joy to work with, and I genuinely miss getting to talk to her. I gave her the nickname Queen Lucy, which she truly earned—her expertise, efficiency, and attention to detail made the entire wedding planning process not only stress-free but actually enjoyable.

Our wedding was at Treasury on the Plaza, and Lucy made sure everything was flawless. Her vendor recommendations were spot on, and she was always incredibly responsive, organized, and on top of every little detail. On our wedding day, I wasn’t worried about a single thing. Everyone kept asking me how I was so calm, and my answer was simple: If Lucy can’t fix it, it can’t be fixed. She made everything so seamless that all we had to do was show up and enjoy our day.

Best in Business

Hiring coastal celebrations was the changing decision in our wedding planning that made our day as amazing as it was. Ashley was such an enormous help and sense of calm during the entire planning process, she took so much off of our plates and put us at ease with so many decisions about vendors, timeline, flow of day. Being an out of town bride planning felt extra daunting, and Ashley was always just an email away and handled so much of the vendor communication & confirmation that I never felt behind on anything.
On the actual day of the wedding, I never had to think once about anything logistical because I knew Ashley had it covered. Even as simple as we forgot our steamer for the location we were getting ready, Ashley came 20 minutes later with one in hand. I recommend Ashley & coastal celebrations 10000% . I’ve told friends and other future brides this will be the best money you spend on your entire wedding! Thank you for making our day the best day ever

Hiring Coastal Celebration was one of the best decisions made. As the mother of the bride, we sometimes need to help the bride and when it came to selecting the different vendors, the ones recommended by Coastal Celebration was top tier. We were extremely pleased with each one. Exceptional service and we loved working with St. John Illuminations, their sister company, for all the rentals. They truly were an advocate for the bride. Wedding planner has very different role from the event manager and a wedding planner is a must when calculating your budget. You won’t be disappointed and ask for Emma Gruber. She was calm, but very efficient in all aspect in planning a distinction wedding. We were very blessed in getting Emma and her team! The wedding was very smooth and elegant.

The one and only Lucy Yelton

My and my now husband are from Gainesville, FL but really love St. Augustine. With living a couples hours away and having busy schedules, we knew we needed a wedding planner from St. Augustine. Coastal Celebrations did not disappoint!! Lucy Yelton was AMAZING!!! She was there from the very start until the very end. With me being indecisive, she would always help me sort out my thoughts or give her thoughts (which I really appreciated). She was a key person as to why our wedding was more than what we imagined. She had everything covered and was amazing at communicating. I would highly recommend Coastal Celebrations, especially Lucy. It really takes a special person to do this job. I’m genuinely sad that I don’t get to have my weekly emails with Lucy.

It was a such pleasure to work with Emma . Emma saw this priceless beautiful moment through which has given my entire a family a moment to remember and happy to be a part of. Emma = MVP !

100% recommend! Our August wedding at Treasury on the Plaza turned out way better than expected, due to our wedding coordinator from Coastal Celebrations, Emma. Once we began working together months prior to the day, I could feel the stress and pressure removed. Emma was AMAZING and it was absolutely worth it. On top of how seamless she made this process and the wedding day itself, she was 100% genuine. Our families even loved her, some wanting to take pictures with her. Multiple family members raved about "Emma from the wedding". During the planning process she was very organized, kept me honest on her timeline and we both communicated with each other A LOT to get things done, which is what eased my nerves. Her Google-shared timeline made it easy for us to make any changes and stay on top of all vendors, day-of timing, decor, ceremony details, etc. She handled the communications with the vendors, and knew what to ask and what to request when I didn't think of it. She was funny and caring, however the day of the wedding........ she MEANT BUSINESS! And I LOVED IT!!! So much was going on for me but she was assertive with the timeline, vendors, and even the wedding party. She got things done efficiently when my thought process wasn't there since I don't have weddings daily. And each time I felt myself getting overwhelmed throughout the day, there she is with my wine and my husband's drink before she continues coordinating the rest of the night. Wish there was any other reason for us to work together again, that's the kind of impression she made on us and our family. Glad we asked our photographer to take a photo with her!!

So thankful for our coordinator

I don't know what we would have done without Coastal Celebrations and our coordinator. Our venue required us to have a coordinator, and we're so thankful they did! We worked with Emma and she was incredible, beyond words really. We chose to do the package that allowed us to start with with Coastal three months prior to the wedding, and she started to take over right at the 90 day mark. She was contacting our vendors for us and created the most helpful timeline. She was also fun to work with and made the whole wedding planning process so much less stressful. We could not have had the wedding of our dreams without Emma Betz and her INCREDIBLE team at Coastal Celebrations. From start to finish, Emma was professional, patient, creative, and so much fun to work with. The Best Wedding Coordinators/Planners

Coastal was absolutely amazing and made sure everything was perfect. They know what they're doing, and they know how to keep everyone organized. Lightner Wedding

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Coastal Celebrations and Emma Betz, specifically! They made our day go off without a hitch! Emma really helped me keep my head together during the entire planning process! Emma was amazing to work with. From streamlining the planning process for us and keeping us focused on the necessary tasks to literally being on her knees the day of our wedding cleaning mud off of my dress after our pictures were taken, she was our guardian angel!! She was extremely responsive to all calls, texts, and emails and had such a calming way about her. Truly all of the Coastal Celebrations women that worked with us exhibited extreme professionalism, efficiency, and attentiveness to us and the details! Do not walk, run to coastal celebrations!

Lucy + team absolutely knocked it out of the park!!!!!! From the beginning to execution day of, A VISION CAME TO LIFE 100% AND BEYOND!! Lucy freaking rocked! Very professional, well trained and organized! She put me back in line when I started going rogue on the timeline with wanting ALL THE THINGS months prior and also being somewhat of a planner myself kept me in my place while still making sure my vision would be realized, kept our entire wedding party on schedule day of and meticulously made sure my fairy tell wedding dreams came true. 10/10 Would Recommend; Best Wedding Planners!

We were required to get a day-of wedding planner at our venue, but honestly, even if we weren't required to, we would highly, highly recommend hiring Coastal Celebrations. We are both very Type A planner types, and truly appreciated having Michelle and her team for day-of wedding coordination. Everything went by so smoothly and they made sure everything kept on schedule without making me feel like we were on a schedule! In the leadup to the wedding Michelle was super helpful and organized, and thinking of all the little details. She was also incredibly responsive, especially with all of my very tiny, random logistical questions. We truly appreciated all their hard work and help not just the day of, but in the months before the wedding. Highly recommend!!

**My only tiiiiiny note is that they do this incredibly sweet thing in packing up all your stuff in the getting ready room and dropping it off at the hotel after the wedding. While I truly appreciated it, I think I would have preferred to have been given the option to just leave it all there and sort it out ourselves. I think some things got lost in the shuffle (as they naturally would in the chaos of a wedding). This of course, is just my own personal preference being extremely Type A, but I think being given the option/or letting know ahead of time would be helpful!

The best coordination team!

I cannot recommend enough hiring a wedding coordinator and if you’re getting married in St. Augustine, without a doubt, Coastal Celebrations. 90 day coordination came with our package when booking the Lightner as our venue, we were assigned Michelle as our coordinator and not sure how we got so lucky! From almost immediately following signing for our venue, Michelle made it a point to meet with us, get to know us, and all of the details that were going into making our wedding day perfect. I can’t count the number of times when speaking to Michelle I said, oh you’re handling that?! And was able to cross things off my list to not have to worry about. From ensuring our vendors arrived and set up on time to corralling our crazy families to making sure all of our things were in our hotel room before our wedding even ended, Michelle, Emma and Lucy made things look and feel effortless! We’re so thankful to have had their expert support, knowledge, resources and connections through wedding planning and can’t recommend them enough to anyone getting married in the STA area!

Everything was PERFECT

Michelle at Coastal Celebrations did an AMAZING job helping me coordinate my wedding from out of state. She was responsive at all times and even helped me plan my nail appointment (definitely needed recommendations!). She was truly the perfect fit for me... calm but confident in controlling the day. Her day-of assistants were always there for anything we needed from handing us a new drink to even wiping the sand off of my feet after pictures (seriously). They have great options for additional decorations at cheap prices which helped us add some final decor such as plate chargers and a beautiful cake stand.

I am so thankful that Coastal Celebrations was there to help my day run as smoothly as possible. I recommend them to anyone looking for full-service or day-of wedding planners. Thanks for everything!!!

Emma creates magic! (Welcome Party review)

When wedding planning begin, my husband :) and I initially thought our rehearsal dinner would be more of an intimate gathering for our bridal party and immediate family. As the planning continued, this quickly turned into a welcome party for all guests and let's just say I was in over my head. Coastal Celebrations is the best in the business

This review is a LONG time coming, but after a whirlwind of a year, I'm finally sitting down to write one of the most well-deserved rounds of applause from our day. From the moment first spoke with Lindsay Ohlin over the phone, I immediately understood why she came so highly recommended. She got right down to business, laid out her credentials, and immediately took us through do's and don'ts, her recommendations from experience and aligned her thoughts with our desires. Throughout the process Lindsay was excellent to work with. She kept us organized, realistic and still managed to make every dream a reality, all while dealing with two very strong-willed women from Miami (my mother and I) and a groom who was desperately trying to help us keep an eye on budget. Our wedding day really proved why we were so fortunate to have hired Lindsay and her team. The entire day went incredibly smoothly, and as a bride, I felt relaxed and taken care of while I floated from task to task, straight through to walking down the aisle. Brides to be, the best advice I can give is... don't skimp on a wedding coordinator. Whether going for a full-blown planner, hiring on a consulting basis, or booking a day-of coordinator, spring for the best. And, Coastal Celebrations -- Lindsay Ohlin and her fantastic team -- are THE BEST, and they're worth every penny. They are experts in helping to pair you with the right vendors and coordinating the logistics with your venue. They'll help you think of logistical considerations for your "run of show" that you would have otherwise never thought of. They will be there to calm you, keep crazy family members at bay, wrangle your girls when they need wrangling (trust me... Incredible Wedding Coordination

Lindsay and the Coastal Celebrations team were my day-of wedding coordinators for my wedding at the Treasury on the Plaza on November 22. The team did an incredible job and I cannot recommend them enough. Personally, we went with their day-of coordination package but Coastal Celebrations offers many different levels of coordinating to accommodate all needs. Even though we did day-of coordinating, Lindsay and her team start from 90 days out and provide so much guidance that helped us and our families during the planning process that lead to a stress-free wedding day! Lindsay is a wealth of knowledge and is the most helpful and efficient person. Her team is also very knowledgeable and on top of all details in order to make sure all is done with perfection! I cannot say but amazing things about the Coastal Celebrations team and all that they did in order to make our wedding day the most perfect day and better than we could have ever imagined!

Our best decision

My gratitude for Lindsay and her team and the work they put in as my Day of Event Coordinator for my wedding on 11/13/2020 is beyond any words that I have. To say they went above and beyond any expectations that I had is an understatement. Coastal Celebrations was hands down the best decision we made concerning our wedding and I absolutely could not have made it through being a Covid bride without Lindsay and her team. She knows literally every vendor in town and in Jacksonville and worked seamlessly with everyone else that we had contracted for the wedding. Her attentiveness and focus on myself and my groom throughout the process kept us calm and joyful – and she handled everything on our big day so that my groom and my family and myself could just relax and enjoy without having to worry about details. Fast forward to now, I can confirm that every single one of those 5 star reviews was well deserved. Lindsay runs a tight ship, and it shows. She is organized, thoughtful, kind, fun, and above all she demonstrates the highest level of professionalism. She has a really great relationship with other vendors in St. Augustine, which makes the entire process that much smoother, and she is able to help you pick the vendors who are right for you. I was a bride who didn’t really know what she wanted, and because of that I wasn’t able to give many details but she still somehow pulled off the most perfect wedding day I could ever even imagine. Her vision is unparalleled and frankly she’s just insanely good at what she does. She is always two steps ahead of every situation and I never had to worry about anything because I knew she was able to handle it. On top of that, as a Covid bride, I encountered some particularly difficult challenges and she was there every step of the way to facilitate rescheduling and she helped me adapt to constantly changing circumstances. If there is one person I truly would not have been able to do this without, it’s Lindsay, and I am forever grateful for her.

Nothing short of amazing

I can’t enough good things about Coastal Celebrations! Michelle was absolutely phenomenal!! My husband and I did the day of coordination package and from the time she started on our wedding Michelle took the reins and made sure everything was accounted for and set in place! She took the time to get to know myself and husbands style so everything was planned perfectly. If I couldn’t get a hold of a vendor, Michelle was on it and within hours I had an answer! It was so nice not having to worry about what was supposed to come next at the wedding and things that might be forgotten. Michelle was my right hand and made sure myself and husband were in the loop and we knew what was coming next. Even when we got stuck in a torrential downpour during sunset pictures she came to the rescue with umbrellas and a fan to dry my dress. Coastal Celebrations honestly thinks of it all! They were such a blessing and asset to have yo make out wedding day phenomenal!! I would highly recommend them!!

Best Interest for the Bride & Groom

Lindsay and her team at Coastal Celebrations were nothing short of amazing. During the whole process they made me feel like I was their only bride. I started looking for a coordinator a little more than a year prior to our wedding date. After contacting several coordinating services, in less than 8 hours, Lindsay with Coastal Celebrations was the first one to contact us. We ended up having a phone call that day talking about her services and what to expect from Coastal Celebrations. At that point I knew she was the one for us. After hiring them, in our first initial meeting we told Lindsay about our vision, flowers, food, cake etc and she really got to know us, our personalities and what we loved. Lindsay took this information and arranged all of our meeting with prospective vendors - knowing which vendors would best fit our needs. This made the process incredibly easy. After hiring our vendors, we had several follow up meetings focusing on other details, such as floor layout, table layout, lightings, linens etc. At this point Lindsay had learned to read my expressions/emotions and knew my indecisiveness. When I struggled with previous decisions made Lindsay arranged second and even third meetings with the florist, caterer and venue to address any concerns I had as well as providing her own, honest opinion. Lindsay is incredibly professional, attentive, responsive and organized. If I sent her an email, I never went a day without hearing from her. Lindsay made me feel like I was her only bride throughout this whole process.

Come rehearsal and day of - she couldn’t have made the process easier. Prior to she helped draft emails to the wedding party and helped me coordinate transportation. On the day of, the Coastal Celebrations team brought lunch to my bridesmaids and I, as well as to my husband and the groomsmen. Day of I was also a little more high strung than expected (although you wouldn’t know), Lindsay could tell and kept me calm. After the ceremony her and her team were constantly ask if I need anything to drink, bustling my dress and paying attention to every little detail which made it so easy to enjoy the night! Also day of, Lindsay and her team brought our wedding bags to the hotel as well as leftovers from the wedding for the next day.

Do not hesitate to hire Coastal Celebrations as your team. They truly have the best interest of the bride and groom in mind. I will never be able to full put into words the gratitude and amazingness of this company and we could not have done it with you!

The absolute best!

Hiring Lindsay Ohlin from Coastal Celebrations as our day of coordinator was the best decision we made during the wedding planning process. Lindsay helped create a detailed plan for the day so it was setup to be successful and fun. Thanks to Lindsay’s planning, it was easy for me to trust that she had everything under control and the day was going to be perfect. Professional, Organized, and Amazing!

We're so thankful to have had Michelle from Coastal Celebrations as our wedding coordinator. We were planning the wedding from out of town, which has the potential to be a stressful process, but she made sure every detail and every second of our timeline was perfect. Thanks to her careful planning and thoughtful suggestions, everything on our day was flawless. As a bride, I had not one worry during the day that everything was going according to plan, and that everyone was where they needed to be - it really allowed me to be in the moment. I don't know how she did it, but Michelle seemed to be everywhere at once and was always cool, calm, and collected. Her lovely assistant Anna was also so helpful in taking care of all of our gifts (and drink needs!) throughout the night. I cannot recommend Coastal Celebrations enough. Thank you ladies!

Hands down amazing!

Lindsay & her team at Coastal Celebrations were literally the best thing that happened to my wedding day and the entire planning process! Not only is she extremely organized and on top of every detail, she is so kind and truly makes you feel like your day is the most important thing. We did the ‘day of’ package and worked together for the last 90 days of the planning process. From the moment we started working together she handled everything and took so much stress out of my life. Anytime I thought of something that had to be done, she had already done it! In addition to her being just an amazing and organized person leading up to the wedding, when the weekend finally came, she exceeded all of my expectations. She has such a wonderful way of keeping everything and everyone in order, on time and where they need to be, but without being bossy! I have been a part of weddings where the coordinator can be a bit overbearing and still not get the job done…. Lindsay is the complete opposite! Soft spoken, kind, funny and so unbelievably on the ball! I had a HUGE bridal party and every single person said, “WHO IS THIS LADY? SHE IS AMAZING!!!” The entire day went so smooth because of her! As we drove home from St Augustine our entire car said how they were sad it was over because we wouldn’t get to see Lindsay anymore… I think that is the sign of a 5 Star (really a 100 Star) planner! THE Coordinator for St. Augustine!

I am so thankful that decided to hire Lindsay and her team for my wedding at the Lightner Museum. Lindsay is extremely knowledgeable of the local area, other vendors to work with, and how to make our wedding vision become reality. I cannot even imagine our wedding and reception going off without a hitch if I did not have Coastal Celebrations by our side step by step. I was in awe at the amount of attention to detail the team had with almost minute to minute planning to make our wedding day seamless and unforgettable. Awesome coordinator and team

Lindsay is very organized and professional. Easy to work with. She helped me plan the wedding in St. Augustine, Florida while I live across the country. My wedding was amazing! Thanks to Lindsay, her team and her work ethic to make my vision a reality. Everyone had a blast on my wedding day. She went above and beyond when I asked her to move our ceremony from indoors to outdoors in less than an hour and she made it happen! Incredibly professional and helpful

When we first got engaged, we didn’t think that we needed a wedding coordinator. However, our venue required it and in hindsight we are so glad that we did have Michelle from Coastal Celebrations to guide us through the process. Not only did she take a lot of the stress out of planning our wedding, but she was also extremely helpful on the day of our wedding. She took care of all the little details, and the big items too! Michelle also helped us find all of the other vendors that we worked with, and they were absolutely perfect too! I don’t think we could have enjoyed our wedding day as much as we did if it wasn’t for Michelle taking care of everything so that we could be in the moment. Our wedding day was amazing! Thank you!!!

Coastal made our day!!

I can’t say enough good things about Michelle and her team. We were married at Hammock Dunes Club, Michelle was very familiar with the venue and staff there which made everything that much easier. Michelle helped me with so many of the details including printing and assembling favors which was so helpful as we came in from out of state. She also helped coordinate transportation for us and assisted with rentals from their sister company St. John’s Illuminations. I did not have to worry about a thing on our big day. I also received so many compliments from guests about how helpful Michelle was. I can’t imagine not using Coastal to coordinate a wedding. They are truly wonderful ❤️

Lindsey Ohlin was our day of planner for our daughters recent wedding at Treasury on The Plaza. Not only did she begin working with us months prior but is a true detail orientated professional and a perfectionist. She insured everything went smoothly from beginning to end. Phenomenal!!!

My experience with Coastal Celebrations MADE my entire wedding day. I worked with Lindsay Ohlin and her team and they were nothing short of phenomenal. As a bride there are so many things constantly going on during your wedding day and Lindsay ensured that I did not have to think or stress about any of it. For example, it started raining as we began taking photos and Lindsay was there with loads of clear umbrellas, fans, water bottles, etc. She thought of and anticipated anything and everything I could've needed and was always 2 steps ahead of me. After the ceremony was over every time Jake and I turned around she was there with drinks for us, (one of his favorite parts of the wedding haha). Looking back on my wedding day, I did not stress once because I had full faith in Lindsay and her team- and boy did they deliver. I truly don't think money or words can do justice the service that Coastal Celebrations provides. Bride to bride- Coastal Celebrations is an absolute MUST have! I loved this team!!!

Lindsay and her team are absolutely OUTSTANDING at what they do! Lindsay is extremely organized, professional, and did not let one detail during my time wedding planning or more importantly my wedding day slip. She has fantastic relationships with the top vendors in town and will negotiate and fight for any small detail you may dream for. She stayed on top of our budget and offers many ideas and advice on everything. She listened to me and focused on keeping me happy and calm throughout the entire experience. From my first phone call with Lindsay, I knew she would be a great match to be our day of planner! 1. She was professional- she knew of and had worked with my vendors 2. She was succinct- no unnecessary conversation and 3. She was incredibly organized. She was thorough in reaching out to my vendors- and was an excellent mediator through a little dispute. From the rehearsal through the wedding day, she covered every base and often read our minds ahead of time. My guests even commented on how calm and smooth she made everything ! Amazing experience

Michelle was FANTASTIC! Not just anyone can coordinate an offsite wedding ceremony, seamlessly transition to cocktail hour / reception, hurd a crowd of 250 crazed New Yorkers and Chicagoans, and rapidly adapt to a surprise guest appearance from an Elvis Presley impersonator, but she did so flawlessly! Her local knowledge of the St. Augustine area greatly assisted in coordinating rides / drop off locations for the wedding party. She has great working relationships with all the local venders (DJs, wedding venues, photographers, florists, etc), easing any burden on you for trying to integrate all the services. STRONGLY, HUGELY RECOMMEND for your next event!

Amazing team!!

Lindsey and her team are incredible! From the beginning they answered all questions and were extremely helpful throughout our entire wedding planning process. Lindsey is very thorough and makes sure that everything is organized and runs smoothly. My husband and I did not have to worry about a single thing on our wedding day and were able to enjoy our special day in its entirety! Lindsay was recommended to me by both another bride as well as my wedding venue and I could not be happier with choosing her as my wedding planner! Planning a destination wedding and being in a very demanding, full-time graduate program was not ideal and she flawlessly made everything 1000x easier for me! I cannot imagine having planned my wedding without her - even without the extra stressors that I had. Every recommendation she made was on par and I loved that she gave me a small variety to choose from so that I could see all options available within my budget. Every question or worry that I had, she already had a plan x, y, and z for. The day of the wedding she made sure everything went according to plan and was executed perfectly. If anything did go wrong or not as planned I still don't know about it - lol. She constantly checked on me to make sure I was doing ok and that there wasn't anything I needed. Michele from her team always helped with the endless, millions of questions that come up when you plan a wedding and everyone was always so responsive and positive to work with. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this amazing team at Coastal Celebrations! Michelle handled our wedding, and she was perfect. Coming from a bridal party of 3 former event planners, Michelle was always on top of things, never disorganized, knew every "wedding" trick and tip we needed and made everything so easy and smooth. Would recommend to a friend without hesitation - there's no reason to try to handle it all yourself!!! Let them manage the details and enjoy the day.

Wow, I don't think we could ever fully express how happy we were that we had Coastal Celebrations every step of the way for our wedding. Lindsay and everyone at Coastal were phenomenal! We were planning our wedding in St. Augustine from Gainesville, where I am a graduate student and my now husband owns his own business, so we knew we would need some help. We got all the help we needed and more! Lindsay is extremely attentive, professional, personable and completely on top of everything. I am an extremely anxious person, so my family was stunned by how (relatively) calm I was on the days leading up to the wedding, and Lindsay and Coastal was a huge reason for that! They thought of all the details that we would never have thought of and had excellent communication. I felt comfortable bringing any thoughts or concerns to them because I knew they would be completely addressed. I was most thankful to have them the weekend of the wedding, we could not believe how smoothly the entire weekend and big day ran because of Lindsay and her team! She was extremely attentive to any and all of my needs all weekend and especially the day of. I had been raving about Lindsay and Coastal Celebrations the entire weekend to my family and friends, and I am still raving about them to anyone who will listen. I truly do not think our wedding would have been as perfect as it was without Lindsay and Coastal. If there is one piece of advice I would give, it is to hire them!

The absolute BEST! J.Lo step down because Lindsay Ohlin has taken the reign as the best wedding planner. There is not enough great things I can say about Lindsay and her team at Coastal Celebrations. Lindsay went above and beyond to make my dream wedding a reality. She is organized and does not miss a detail. Every bride sees their wedding as their baby project, Lindsay knows that and will treat your wedding like she's planning her own. Lindsay listened to everything I wanted and executed it perfectly. She was always responsive and accommodating to any changes.

When I say Lindsay comes prepared, she comes prepared. My veil detached from the clip while putting it on. Everyone in the room was in a panic looking for bobby pins. Lindsay walks in and without any hesitation nonchalantly said "I'll go grab my hot glue gun." *Drops mic* Everyone in the room looked around and was like "Okay then."

A great day of wedding planner is absolutely necessary because you can plan a pretty picnic, but you can't predict the weather. I had arranged for a horse and carriage exit, but the weather did not allow for that to happen. During the reception, Lindsay came to me with other exit options, ten minutes later she came back, told me everything was set for the other exit...and I without missing a beat continued to sip my champagne.

I did not have to worry about anything on the day of my wedding and that is because I had Lindsay as my wedding planner. On the day of my wedding, I celebrated with my husband, family and friends. I highly recommend Coastal Celebrations to all soon to be brides. It's a day that will be remembered forever, so let the professionals like Lindsay take the stress out of it!

I can not say enough good words about Lindsay and Michelle, the masterminds of Coastal Celebrations. I have never seen someone (Lindsay) so organized and relaxed about every single little detail. If I could have a wedding again I would not think for a second about choosing another team. We hired them for "Day-Of" which basically was more like intense "Week-Of" planning. They also provided help and suggestions at every turn right from the minute we signed a contract with them; and within the 60 day mark were on top of everything. Their responsiveness is almost instant (within 12 hours usually) and they are so extremely flexible. They will make basically almost anything work for you. The entire time I thought.. I'm glad I decided to skimp here and there on certain things (i.e. decorations) so we could have Lindsay. They were worth every penny and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Booking with Lindsay was one of the very best decisions that we made during our planning process! She made what could have been a very overwhelming process, seamless, easy and fun. Lindsay was always incredibly professional, calm, helpful and shared in our excitement. The first time that my mom met her, my mom was blown away by how much she was able to remember about the details of our planning as she likely has many weddings that she's planning at any given time. Lindsay never tried to sway our opinions and seemed only interested in making our day exactly what WE wanted. She asked a lot of questions about our vision for our wedding and then would give us options for vendors that she felt would fit well for us and she was always spot on! If that wasn't enough of a reason to hire her- having her there on our wedding day exponentially made our overall experience better- she was so organized, attentive and patient with all of our guests. She helped with everything from kindly reigning in groomsmen who had a little bit too much to drink, helping me fix my dress when the bustle came apart, making sure that my husband and I had food and drinks all night long and making sure that all of the vendors were sticking to the timeline that she created. I honestly can't give enough praise about how wonderful our experience was with her!

Hands down, hiring Lindsay was the best decision we made. My venue required that we hire a coordinator for the day of. They gave me a list of 7. After speaking to Lindsay over the phone, and then meeting her in person I knew she was it. Not only that, but my photographer highly recommended her. She was professional, and in the know of everything wedding related. My entire wedding day went off without a single issue. Lindsay and her staff sent us checklists, emails, handled all of our vendors, and all of the tiny issues that arose. It ended up being freezing the day I got married and Lindsay worked to make sure we could get some heaters at the last minute. I highly recommend her!

Lindsay did such an amazing job with the day of coordination for my reception. It was a fusion Indian wedding, which characteristically is full of chaos; however Lindsay handled it with such ease and professionalism. She ensures that the bride is able to enjoy her wedding day. If you are looking for a wedding planner in St. Augustine, you have found the best! I can't even put into words how amazing LIndsay is. We did the day of coordination package which was awesome because I was able to plan all the details but 60 days out Lindsay takes over. I don't know how anyone could throw a wedding without her! She knows the wedding business and gave us such great advice on so many things. The week of the wedding I was able to sit back and relax, knowing she was in charge. Everything the day of went as planned and even better than I ever imagined. Every little detail was perfect. We ate, drank, and had so much fun because we had nothing to worry about! I kept telling my husband I don't know why people get so stressed when they plan a wedding, am I forgetting something because this is fun! and his response- "well not everyone has Lindsay". Choosing coastal celebrations was one of our best decisions for our wedding, Lindsay and her team were an enormous help leading up to the big day and the wedding-day management was nothing short of perfection. We received numerous comments from guests that our wedding ran smoother than anyone else's they'd been to (which is crazy because we actually had a couple of surprises to contend with and Lindsay just made it all work out perfectly and nobody even noticed something changed). Having Lindsay there for our big day gave us so much peace of mind, I don't know how we could have pulled off our wedding any other way; she kept us informed and on pace the whole day, and handled all of our vendors with no issues. Leading up to the wedding Lindsay was good with organizing our big day, considering themes/designs, and keeping track of deadlines; Lindsay had fantastic recommendations for vendors and we ended up using her contacts for our Venue, Food, Decor, and Floral... all were incredible for price, service, quality, and professionalism. We can't say enough about this team; if you're getting married they should definitely be your first call.

If you are one of those brides, like I was, who thinks that they can do everything the day of themselves, think again! I had planned my entire wedding, however, the hotel we were getting married at, insisted that I hire a day-of coordinator. And I am so glad we did. The entire day went off without a flaw, and I know that was all because of the excellent work Marisa with Coastal Celebrations did. Book them! And book them quickly! We were so lucky to have been able to book them so close to our wedding date. We also rented a few pieces from their specialty decor that added that special touch in the end. They are such a pleasure to work with and would recommend them to any couple getting married in/around St. Augustine!

I cannot possibly say enough about Lindsay and her team at Coastal Celebrations. They honestly made my wedding dreams come true! They not only planned the most beautiful wedding of all time at the RiverHouse but my grooms dinner at the Casa Monica was also flawless. I live in MN so having the full planning package was a must. I was engaged for a year and half and they organized everything down to the tiniest detail (I.e. Making sure I remembered presents for my parents, transportation, cake toppers etc). Lindsay and her team responded to all my questions and panic emails almost immediately even though I knew some weekends she had 3 weddings. They made me feel like I was their only bride which is a great feeling during the stressful process. They handled all my vendors and gave the best recommendations that made my wedding perfect. Coastal celebrations even handled all the payments which my mom loved. My rsvps were also sent to them where they organized everyone's meals in a color coded excel spread sheet. This made making my seating chart and name cards much less stressful. Basically, Lindsay is like Olivia Pope, she can make anything happen or fix anything !! You'd be crazy not to use her as your wedding planner !!

I also rented decor from Coastal Celebrations and they made my wedding look like a Pinterest board! It was perfect!

We chose Coastal Celebrations after reading great reviews and receiving some recommendations from friends in the area. Lindsey was our coordinator (we chose a full-planning service) and they were amazing. We live about 2 hours away from St. Augustine, so it was great having someone in the area, with the connections to handle all of the details from the rehearsal dinner, to the actual wedding.

I always felt like we were a priority, even when I know they were making magic for other brides each weekend before our wedding! All of the pre-planning was a breeze with Lindsey... then on they day of the wedding, we REALLY got to see her in action!! Lindsey ran our wedding like a tight ship-- she made it fun, but didn't let anything get off schedule or out of line! Everything was on time. Vendors were very impressed. Guests loved her confident direction and she even kept the groomsmen out of trouble! She made sure my husband and I enjoyed every MINUTE. Even when our other trolley broke down with the 1st caravan of guests on it, she kept us from knowing anything was going "wrong"! (We didn't hear this story until the next day...the guests were just fine, of course!) Oh... and she always kept a fresh drink in my hand at the reception ;)

We also hired them to handle rentals and decor. I gave them my inspirations and pins and they brought it to life. They worked with me to include some special family heirlooms into the decor and took excellent care of it all.

I can't thank Lindsey & Coastal Celebrations enough for making our wedding day so incredible!! You will NOT be disappointed by making a decision to hire them. <3

EXCEPTIONAL! Lindsay Ohlin with Coastal Celebrations was the perfect wedding planner and exceeded all expectations. Every detail was meticulously planned and executed without any bride/ groom stress. I would highly recommend using a wedding planner to any bride going through the wedding planning process. Lindsay offered high quality vendors within our price range for caterers, photographers, videographers, stationary, entertainment, transportation, linens, décor, among a million other details. Lindsay was always clear and communicative; she responded to all of our inquiries in a timely manner and always offered insight and suggestions. Let me tell you, she knows her stuff!! She was also responsible for organizing all of our payments and making sure all deadlines were honored, this was a huge relief because with so many vendors to coordinate it’s easy to overlook the multiple deadlines. Leading up to the wedding Lindsay was always preparing updated preparing ‘to do lists,’ reminders and timelines for all parties involved. In the final weeks leading up to our wedding, everyone taking part in our Big Day had a fully detailed itinerary to reconcile. She was always patient with us and guided us in making the best decisions. When the big day finally arrived she kept the entire program moving. There were a few unforeseeable hiccups, each handled quickly, professionally and with a SMILE. Lindsay was always prepared for anything! Lindsay at Coastal was our day-of coordinator, and the entire experience was absolutely perfect. First, her energy can’t be matched—which is a perfect trait in a wedding coordinator. We got married at 9:30am, and she was at the hotel room checking on the bride early, at the venue making sure the chairs were set, and getting all the little details in order (delivering letters, making sure our wedding rings got to the right person, all things we just handed her to ‘take care of.’)

We had several meetings and phone calls in the months leading up to the wedding, and she did a great job organizing all the little details that add up to big stresses on the wedding day. We ended up taking many of her suggestions, and were surprised with her foresight. We enjoyed the day so much more, and were so relaxed, knowing Lindsay and her team had our back, and guiding us through all the little details to make sure our guests were as well taken care of as we were.

Looking back, I honestly don’t know how we would have pulled off our wedding with Lindsay and her awesome team. Thank you, Coastal Celebrations!

Lindsay and her team are amazing. They are wonderful to work with, reliable and extremely organized. They thoroughly know the St. Augustine wedding scene. I am very thankful they were a part of my wedding (from initial planning to the day of) and grateful for everything they did to make our wedding a huge success.

I was an out-of-state bride so I researched and interviewed several wedding planners in the area. After my first call with Lindsay, I booked her immediately for the Advisory Package.

During the planning process, Lindsay was extremely helpful in touring venues and suggesting reliable local vendors that best fit our style. Throughout the entire process, she was proactive in checking in periodically, keeping me on schedule with wedding tasks. She responded to every e-mail and phone call the same day. She coordinated with vendors on my behalf to be sure everyone was on the same page.

Day of, Lindsay ensured everything ran smoothly. She was on top of every single aspect from picking up lunch for me and my bridesmaids to ensuring our family knew where to be and when. During the reception, she made sure my groom and I had drinks in our hands, stepped behind the bar to assist when the line was long, and even helped in the kitchen to make sure food was coming out on time. When the strap of my dress broke, Lindsay was there within seconds to fix it. She is a true professional!

Hiring Coastal Celebrations was by far the best decision I made during the wedding planning process. Lindsay eased my stress and I was confident I could depend on her entirely. I’m going to miss working with her!

Lindsay at Coastal Celebrations did a fantastic job arranging different vendor - setting up everything before and after the event - and most of all made everything run smoothly so we could really enjoy the wedding without any interference/problems. We can't thank her and coastal celebrations enough for all their help. I will highly recommend her for any type of event you may be considering. Thank you Coastal Celebrations!!

We had a dream come true wedding!! We are thrilled with how perfect our wedding went!! We hired Lindsey and her exemplary team for our detailed black tie wedding, and they made everything absolutely immaculate and perfect!!! She was there every single step of the way helping with every minute detail! I couldn't imagine not having her and her team to help guide throughout the entire process, from picking vendors, flowers, insurance policies, rentals, quotes, contractors, contracts, setting up, and even having cake, cards and drinks set up in our hotel room before we arrived back. They are absolutely incredible and I am forever grateful to them for all their hardwork and commitment to make our wedding a perfect dream!!

Lindsay of Coastal Celebration was irreplaceable the day of the wedding and prior planning of the wedding. She was very personable, professional and very responsive to all calls and request. On the wedding day she made sure everything ran smoothly. We didn't have to do a thing, except, enjoy the day. I hightly recommend her and Coastal Celebrations for any event you may be considering in the present and future.

Where do I begin...I met Andrea and Lindsay when I was booking the Pena Peck House for our ceremony. I knew that I wanted a Day of Coordinator to take care of the details so we didn't have to worry about them. Lindsay was my Day of Coordinator and she was amazing. She had so many great suggestions and brought up things that I didn't even think about. When my mom and I had our through a couple weeks before the big day we had a list of questions - Lindsay ended up answering all of them before we even asked her! The wedding day ended up being perfect and my entire vision was pulled together thanks to her and her team - if anything went wrong I had no idea!! She made sure we were taken care of all night from always having fresh drinks to helping me switch into sandals and having extra food and cake in our hotel room after the reception. They also have a great collection of rental decor which we used for our ceremony. I would highly recommend Coastal Celebrations if you're looking for a day of coordinator, you won't be disappointed and as my mom said "they are worth every penny." Thank you Lindsay & Andrea!! :-)

Coastal Celebrations is amazing. We had decided on a destination wedding in Palm Coast, Florida and our venue recommended Coastal. After meeting with Drea, I knew she was perfect for helping us plan this dream wedding. From that day forward the planning began. We choose the full planning package because we lived so far away. Also with my busy work schedule, we needed as much help as possible. Drea made the planning seamless. From incredible vendor selections to prompt email and phone responses to looking out for us whatever the situation was, she kept all of our contracts and Payments organized! We were also very fortunate to work with her partner Lindsay several weeks prior to the wedding! Lindsay was amazing also! She kept me on track the last few weeks with payments and timelines. She had everyone where they needed to be and on time. Because of the weather we had a last minute change to the cocktail hour and she arranged that seamlessly. We also used several rentals from coastal and they were beautiful and perfect for our wedding. I highly recommend Lindsay and Andrea from coastal celebrations; they are fun and professional and I really enjoyed having them help plan my wedding!
