Absolutely Amazing!
From the start Kaylyn helped put me at ease with wedding planning! She had great ideas and her communication was always on point. She helped me stay relaxed on our wedding day and kept everything on schedule and made sure every detail was right. I dont think my wedding would’ve been as good without her help!! Highly recommend her!!!! You won’t be sorry!

Wonderful in every way
When I first contacted Kaylyn it was about 2 months before my wedding so I am very lucky she was still available to be my wedding day of coordinator. She was so much more than that!
Being in the military I go to sea a lot and was gone the whole last month before my wedding. Kaylyn stayed in contact with me the entire time and was always there when I needed her to run and do something or call someone for last minute things that I couldn't do while at sea. If it wasn't for her I would have been so stressed in the upcoming weeks before the wedding!
The day of my wedding it rained all the way up until ceremony time she was able to keep me calm and assure me it would pass so we could have our ceremony and sure enough it did! She did everything for me day of and I didn't have to worry about a single thing and could enjoy my big day.
Kaylyn is the absolute best and I will always recommend her to anyone looking for a coordinator for your whole wedding or even just day of. I promise you won't be disappointed with her!

Best Wedding Ever!!
I was super stressed out while planning my wedding because I had no idea where to start. Kaylyn made everything so easy as she helped me every step of the way. She always made me feel as though she had everything 100% under control and that was so important to me as I was so stressed out! I received several amazing comments from friends and family on how beautiful and perfect the entire day was and I have Kaylyn to thank for that! We couldn't have done it without her!

Covid-19 October Wedding
Due to covid-19 and having many family members who have expressed they did not feel comfortable traveling for the remainder of the year or being somewhere with a large amount of people, we decided to plan ahead and scale our wedding down. Unfortunately we did not need Kaylyns services anymore, which we were super bummed out because just meeting her 1x you could tell that she would make your special day even better. When we reached out to her regarding our situation she was nothing but kind and understanding making this so much easier. Although we did not end up needing day of coordination, I will recommend her to anyone who is looking!

Literally amazing!
Kaylyn did such an amazing job! She starts working with clients about 6 weeks out, but if we had any questions about anything, she had the answer right away! She is so talented and gifted! She is extremely professional and keeps the fun going! If you are looking for a coordinator she is the one!! She took the stress away and helped in any way she could! Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone!

Absolutely wonderful!
Even when things were not going as we planned she was calm and always maintained a great attitude! Extremely organized and took a huge load off of my shoulders while planning and getting in touch with vendors! Love love love!!!
