Excellent Event Coordinator

We hired Built to Rock Events to manage our 9th Annual Curls and Convo. Ale'ta is very professional and detailed oriented. She was a blessing to have on hand and it helped free up my time to host and engage with attendees.

Amazing vendor management, passion for the work, fantastic responsiveness

Built to Rock events helped get my 250-person event off the ground in a matter of weeks, including vendor identification and management, ideating to make the event meaningful, and tons of last-minute support to manage changes and needs. Throughout Ale'ta was kind, encouraging, and super-responsive. My only regret is that I didn't hire BTR sooner! Thank you for everything!

Ale'ta and Allan did an excellent job in researching vendors for our Orlando wedding and following up with vendors concerning their prices. At each meeting, we were provided an agenda with information on every vendor with a price breakdown. Our monthly meetings were very organized. After each meeting a follow-up e-mail of everything discussed and agreed to in our meetings made it easy for us a couple to make decisions and meet our deadlines. We worked with Ale'ta and Allan for 1 year and 3 months (we were early birds in planning our wedding). Ale'ta and Allan were punctual and made great recommendations!! We look forward to working with Ale'ta and Allan again.
