I wasn’t originally going to hire a coordinator, but I’m so glad I did! Taylor started working with us 3 months out. We met once a month and talked about timeline, vendors, what we wanted our day to look like, details, etc. She created the perfect timeline for us and had so many good questions about things I hadn’t thought of yet. Communication was fast and easy. She took charge of talking with my vendors and making sure everyone was on the same page. Our wedding could not have gone better! It was perfect! We were able to enjoy the day and be in moment because Taylor had everything handled.

Taylor was an absolutely incredible wedding coordinator! We had our wedding in Tennessee, but live out of state- so having Taylor was CRUCIAL. We actually had a wedding planner who was our matron of honor helping us research and book vendors from the beginning of our planning stages- but she realized that with her dual duties, it was going to be difficult to coordinate on the actual day. By God’s grace, Jaclyn found Taylor out in Tennessee (where she was at the time) and the pieces fell into place!

Taylor is kind, organized, communicative, professional, extremely competent, detailed and, most importantly, caring. She took care of our needs flawlessly- and even on the day when not everything goes *totally* perfectly according to plan (because what wedding ever does lol), she handled each moment with grace and aplomb.

She was only our “day-of” coordinator, technically, but she gave us attention weeks earlier with detailed questions and inquiries, fulfilling our every wedding desire with affection. Taylor organized an extensive timeline, communicated with vendors efficiently, and checked in on myself and my matron of honor with measured timeliness. She arrived early on the day to continue helping us put together table settings, cake stands, guest favor displays and signs, etc., etc.- and always listened intently to our needs and directions. Can we mention she also did ALL of this while being a new mother?!

So basically, Taylor is a hero and you should ABSOLUTELY hire her the moment you get a chance. Obviously for our wedding, we had a different situation considering our preceding matron-of-honor-wedding-planner-hybrid, but we are confident Taylor can be your soups to nuts, A to Zed, start to finish coordinator extraordinaire for your *entire* wedding process. She is the one you want *wink wink*! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
