Kayla was beyond incredible—truly the best decision we made for our wedding. From start to finish, she went so far above and beyond that it’s honestly hard to put into words. The entire planning process and our wedding day felt completely seamless, calm, and actually fun, and that is 100% because of her.

She is the perfect mix of effortlessly cool, incredibly kind, and insanely on top of every single detail. She knows exactly when to step in and hype you up, keep the energy high, and make you feel like the most special person in the world—but at the same time, she is constantly working behind the scenes making absolute magic happen.

Every vendor she recommended was phenomenal, and she helped us curate the most unreal dream team. Everything came together more perfectly than we ever could have imagined, and we truly got to be fully present and enjoy every second.

We are OBSESSED with Kayla. She is worth every penny and more. We cannot recommend her enough!

This Wedding was number 4 of 4 for us. As Mother of the Bride I have always been very protective of my daughters ideas and bringing them to life. This was the first time I hired a 'Day of Planner' and it was the smartest thing I ever did. I found Kayla in January and our wedding was in February and she was not afraid of that challenge in the least. Other vendors I talked to lectured me on how late in the game I was. Kayla had us organized and was on every detail, things i didn't even think of. She had so much knowledge and experience dealing with all aspects: wedding crashers, trespassers lol.
I handed all our decor over to her and when we walked in to line up for ceremony the Bride cried because her wedding was exactly to her expectations. I believe Kayla's professional , calm and honest advice added to the success of the day. She responded immediately to us when we had questions or concerns. I 100% was able to hand it all over to her, trusted her completely. From the rehearsal on Friday to the clean up on Saturday night she was on it. Highly recommend! Photos to come!

I was so grateful to have Kayla throughout the planning process especially as a bride planning a wedding 5 hours from where I lived. Every local vendor she recommended was top notch and everything came together so beautifully and better than I imagined. She even came up with the idea of fake snow for our winter wedding send off which turned out AMAZING. On the day of our wedding, Kayla was truly our calm in the storm! I felt like everyone around me was causing chaos but Kayla was so calm, organized and collected, her energy was so refreshing. We love Kayla!

Kayla played such a meaningful role in making our day everything we hoped for. We instantly clicked with her, and from the moment we hired her as our Day-Of Coordinator, I felt completely at ease. During the planning phase, she was incredibly thorough, asking thoughtful questions about details we hadn’t even considered, and her communication was amazing (always quick, clear, and reassuring). She was on top of every detail leading up to our wedding weekend. There were also so many moments when I would think about a certain detail for the wedding, and as soon as I would grab my phone, I would already have a text from her about that item — it honestly felt like she could read my mind!

Kayla truly went above and beyond during our wedding weekend. Our wedding weekend brought several unexpected events, including LOTS of rain, a last-minute switch from an outdoor to an indoor ceremony, a power outage the morning of our wedding, and a broken elevator. Kayla handled everything with calm, confidence, and professionalism, offering creative solutions that turned challenges into highlights. She coordinated seamlessly with our vendors, kept us informed, and made sure we were relaxed and enjoying every moment. We are beyond grateful for her dedication and heart, and we wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional Day-Of Coordinator or Wedding Planner!

ayla was one of the last vendors that I hired with no fault to her, but more of me. I would meet with potential coordinator, and something was missing! At this point, my prior vendors had told me that it was okay to vet the vendor; we are entrusting them with your most memorable day.

I was honest with Kayla, told her of my event background and while I understand that things go bump in the night, I want to ensure that I can trust the person who will be with me through the good, bad, and ugly of wedding planning. I must have spoken music to her ears because we hit it off.

Kayla was the little voice in my head that I didn’t know I needed, like a wedding therapist because we all know the stress that a wedding can bring on. She helped me establish what was tacky, reasonable, or flat out a waste of money; where my energy and efforts should be dedicated too, but truly most of all she had my back on my wedding day and the months leading up to. Whether it was going to tastings, staring at rentals, venue walkthrough, making poster images of my dog Kayla was always by side reinforcing that she got me.

Throughout all this Kayla got engaged and is planning a wedding! That never stopped her from answering any question I had or task that I requested.

Wedding day was peaceful for me, Kayla coordinated with my husband to get some items delivered, I had left everything organized so that Kayla and I would both have successful days. Which we did! When a had that sip of champagne right before I walked down the aisle, I knew we had made a great team, and I gained a forever friend.

Not everything is perfect in life, but I trusted Kayla with the best day of my life, and she made sure it was perfect.

Could not recommend Kayla enough! From our initial call I knew I could trust her and she was there to answer all my questions along the way. Day of, she did great making sure everything went smoothly and even joined in on the dance floor with us. She made me feel much more relaxed as we approached our wedding day and I’m so thankful to have had her! 

My husband and I are over the moon about Kayla and her services! I hired her to help manage a difficult venue problem and she was fantastic all the way through! She even got stung that night and she still kept her mojo and was top of the line all day! We highly recommend her, she is professional, very pleasant and just perfectly adorable. If given the opportunity to plan another big party project….. I will call Kayla again. Ya’ll call her, you WILL be so happy you did!
