Where do I even begin? Britt is undoubtedly our favorite person and the best hire we made for our wedding. She has been with us every step of the way. When we got engaged in February 2022, I relentlessly researched photographers in Savannah whose style aligned with ours. When I discovered Britt's website, I was obsessed. Her warm yet coastal, wholesome, natural style stole my heart. I immediately booked a quick 30-minute beach shoot for our engagement photos.
Fast forward to the day of our shoot - a magical morning on Tybee Island. It was 6am, and as the fog glided across the sandbars, the sun began its ascend into the cloudy sky. Britt arrived with a cheery smile and her camera, instantly making us feel happy and comfortable. I couldn't help but gush about her after the experience. And when we received the photos, I was so excited! I just love the natural, candid, wind in the hair shots she nails every time. She doesn’t take pictures, she captures moments and feelings. You’d be amazed at the number of beautiful shots Britt can get within such a short timeframe..and don’t even get me started on her editing. I love that my freckles and scars and the creases my husband’s eyes makes when he laughs were kept and not edited out.
At the time, I was living in KC, and we hadn't decided whether to have our wedding in Savannah or Kansas. However, as soon as we chose Savannah, I knew that Britt was my first and really only choice. As I didn’t even look at other photographers after our first shoot. Her rates were extremely reasonable, and she personalized everything to suit our needs. She went above and beyond, assisting us with other vendors, helping with scheduling and overall wedding day vibes.
On our wedding day, Britt arrived early, surprising me with a huge matcha. She stayed far longer than necessary, and everyone couldn't stop raving about her.Britt handled everything perfectly, even taking it upon herself to help resolve some logistical issues that were going on in the morning. She truly outdid herself, and we are forever forever grateful. I eagerly await the opportunity to work with her again in the future!
