This Wedding was number 4 of 4 for us. As Mother of the Bride I have always been very protective of my daughters ideas and bringing them to life. This was the first time I hired a 'Day of Planner' and it was the smartest thing I ever did. I found Kayla in January and our wedding was in February and she was not afraid of that challenge in the least. Other vendors I talked to lectured me on how late in the game I was. Kayla had us organized and was on every detail, things i didn't even think of. She had so much knowledge and experience dealing with all aspects: wedding crashers, trespassers lol.
I handed all our decor over to her and when we walked in to line up for ceremony the Bride cried because her wedding was exactly to her expectations. I believe Kayla's professional , calm and honest advice added to the success of the day. She responded immediately to us when we had questions or concerns. I 100% was able to hand it all over to her, trusted her completely. From the rehearsal on Friday to the clean up on Saturday night she was on it. Highly recommend! Photos to come!

Kayla played such a meaningful role in making our day everything we hoped for. We instantly clicked with her, and from the moment we hired her as our Day-Of Coordinator, I felt completely at ease. During the planning phase, she was incredibly thorough, asking thoughtful questions about details we hadn’t even considered, and her communication was amazing (always quick, clear, and reassuring). She was on top of every detail leading up to our wedding weekend. There were also so many moments when I would think about a certain detail for the wedding, and as soon as I would grab my phone, I would already have a text from her about that item — it honestly felt like she could read my mind!
Kayla truly went above and beyond during our wedding weekend. Our wedding weekend brought several unexpected events, including LOTS of rain, a last-minute switch from an outdoor to an indoor ceremony, a power outage the morning of our wedding, and a broken elevator. Kayla handled everything with calm, confidence, and professionalism, offering creative solutions that turned challenges into highlights. She coordinated seamlessly with our vendors, kept us informed, and made sure we were relaxed and enjoying every moment. We are beyond grateful for her dedication and heart, and we wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional Day-Of Coordinator or Wedding Planner! -

Could not recommend Kayla enough! From our initial call I knew I could trust her and she was there to answer all my questions along the way. Day of, she did great making sure everything went smoothly and even joined in on the dance floor with us. My husband and I are over the moon about Kayla and her services! I hired her to help manage a difficult venue problem and she was fantastic all the way through! She even got stung that night and she still kept her mojo and was top of the line all day! We highly recommend her, she is professional, very pleasant and just perfectly adorable. If given the opportunity to plan another big party project….. I will call Kayla again. Ya’ll call her, you WILL be so happy you did! -

We are so glad we hired Kayla for our day-of wedding coordination!
Not only did she handle all of the rehearsal and wedding details with a calm demeanor (which took a lot of stress away), but she really cared about me personally on my wedding day. She attended to details that I didn’t even think of, and rolled with some unexpected last-minute changes with a smile on her face!
I cannot say enough good things about Kayla. When we reflected back on our wedding day, we realized how integral she was to making the day so special and amazing, in ways that surpassed our expectations! -

Kayla is everything and more that you could dream of in a wedding planner! From the beginning, she was very responsive and easy to talk to. I had a million questions for her the first time we spoke (and basically every time we spoke), and she really walked me through every decision I needed to make for our wedding. She went above and beyond for us and coordinated the day expertly. Kayla even came up with unplanned party moves to spice up our reception, like creating a reveal moment for my reception dress, and getting a limbo started! She even helped me capture the night on our personal camcorder we brought, so I have priceless memories I couldn't have gotten without her help. She set up our venue so beautifully and made sure everything was perfect, it all looked even better than I could have imagined! Organization and logistics are not my strong suits so I really needed someone who could help me find the right structure and order for the day, and Kayla nailed it. She advocated for us like an absolute pro when a little bit of drama tried to happen. She's also just a super fun and kind human, who was a pleasure to have with us all day! Having Kayla as my planner was the best decision I made for our wedding.
I can't recommend Kayla enough, she will make the wedding planning process so much more fun! -
