We hired Sarah from Grace & Gold Events for our October 2024 wedding in Palm Springs. She was an absolute lifesaver from helping with last minute dumpster orders, recruiting the DJ to help move tables during cocktail hour, to the monstrous task of helping us secure a new, last minute caterer when we had a less than ideal tasting with the first. Her expertise in planning a wedding at our venue was key -- we had to bring in everything and would have been lost and overwhelmed without her guidance. She let us copy her on every email to our many vendors which was incredibly helpful. She even found us less expensive vendors when we were worried about cost. Her knowledge of weddings in the desert helped immensely. When the rental company set things up incorrectly, she fixed it herself! When her assistant got sick and could not make it to the wedding day, she didn't bat an eye and instead enlisted help from the DJ! Our parents were raving about how great she was the next day and we know that our wedding day was amazing and stress free because of her. We love you, Sarah!!

Wow. Marsha was absolutely phenomenal as our day-of coordinator. She anticipated every detail — even the things my husband, parents, and I never would have thought of — and kept everything running seamlessly. Because of her foresight and organization, the entire day flowed flawlessly. Beyond her professionalism, Marsha was simply a joy to work with. She radiates genuine kindness, and it’s rare to find someone who brings both incredible skill and such a beautiful, grounding energy. We are endlessly grateful for her role in making our day truly perfect. Thank you, Marsha, for ensuring our wedding went off without a hitch.

We absolutely love and highly recommend Melanie. She truly made our wedding magical by always providing the right solutions and support. The process was extremely simple with her by our side to guide us along the way. Planning a wedding can be a difficult task when you live more than 1,000 miles away. You have to trust your Coordinator. Marcella and her team at "A Beautiful Wedding" helped give my daughter the most beautiful wedding. Thank you so much. The event was one to remember forever.

My fiancé and I hired Kerrigan to do our day of coordination. Being from Ohio and getting married in Florida, I had lots of questions and things I was unsure of such as how I was going to steam my dress, get all of our decor down to Florida, etc. Hiring Kerrigan was certainly one of our best wedding decisions! She was so kind and helpful, we cannot thank her enough!!! She had multiple calls with me whenever I had questions and ensured everything ran smoothly for us on our wedding day! She allowed me to ship all of my decor to her, even organizing everything and making sure nothing arrived broken as well as took my dress to get steamed for me so we didn’t have to worry about it on our trip! She nailed every detail and gave us great suggestions! Her and her assistant arrived on time and made sure everything was beautiful. Thank you so much Kerrigan, for being a godsent to us on our special day! I would hire her again and again if I were to ever have another event!

We cannot say enough great things about Melissa! From the very first meeting, she was organized, professional, and truly cared about bringing our vision to life. Planning a wedding in Marco Island from afar could have been stressful, but Melissa made the entire process easy, seamless and enjoyable. She handled every detail, from coordinating with vendors to managing timelines with such calm and confidence that we were able to relax and actually enjoy our day. Her communication was always clear and timely, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything ran perfectly. On our wedding day, everything flowed seamlessly thanks to her hard work and amazing experience. The decor, the timing, and the overall atmosphere were even better than we could’ve ever imagined. We received so many compliments from guests about how smooth and beautiful everything was, and that’s all thanks to Melissa! If you’re planning a wedding in Marco Island or anywhere in South Florida, we can’t recommend Melissa enough. She’s the best in the business, thoughtful, detail-oriented, and an absolute joy to work with.

I don't know how we would have pulled off our amazing wedding without Lilli. It was such a relief knowing she had everything under control and we could truly enjoy the moment. She had every detail covered, even ones we had never thought about and made the planning process so much easier than expected. If you are looking for a planner you found her. Such an amazing person, truly fantastic!
