We truly could not have pulled off our perfect wedding day without Riley. From the moment we started working together, communication was effortless—she was responsive, organized, and always one step ahead, which immediately put us at ease. As the day got closer, her calming presence became everything. She has this incredibly comforting, positive energy that just makes you feel like you’re in the best hands. I was out of state and she even came to my venue walk through 10 months before the wedding day even though we were just doing month and day of coordination!!!!

On the wedding day itself, everything flowed so seamlessly it almost felt effortless (even though I know it absolutely wasn’t!). I mean she helped set up and perfect EVERYTHING. She handled every detail with total professionalism while still being so warm, fun, and genuinely enjoyable to be around. She kept everything on track without ever making it feel rushed or stressful, and somehow managed to anticipate needs before we even realized them. This was so incredible. I didn’t feel stressed out or in a rush one singular time…. That’s almost unheard of.

Not only is she incredibly talented at what she does, but she’s also just such a kind, friendly, and easy person to work with. She was truly integral to our day being as perfect as it was, and I cannot recommend her enough to any couple looking for someone who will go above and beyond while making the entire experience feel joyful and STRESS FREE! We had the most perfect wedding day that we could actually enjoy every moment of thanks to Riley! WE LOVE YOU!!!

Riley was so professional and made me confident that everything was handled the day of the wedding. In addition to coordinating vendors, she also set up and tore down our decorations which not many coordinators do. This gave my mom much less stress day of, as she made much of the decorations. I didn't have to worry about anything except getting myself ready.
