Planning a wedding can be a difficult task when you live more than 1,000 miles away. You have to trust your Coordinator. Marcella and her team at "A Beautiful Wedding" helped give my daughter the most beautiful wedding. Thank you so much. The event was one to remember forever.

We interviewed many planners in Naples, and Jacqui and Kathie were perfect as a mother daughter team as I knew Jacqui understood my design vision and Kathie and my mom bonded. They were a joy and easy to work with and really understood us through the various design questionnaires we had to fill out. When Hurricane Ian damaged our venue 3 weeks out, they worked around the clock to find a new venue so we could keep our date. They saved our wedding and it truly was spectacular and one of a kind.

I was the third daughter in my family to get married, so I’ve seen my fair share of wedding planners—some good, some not so good. For me, it was absolutely essential to have a planner who was truly top-notch. Carrie was, without question, the best wedding planner I have ever seen. She was calm in chaos, steady when emotions ran high, and made me feel at complete peace on my wedding day. Her creativity is unmatched, and the way she and her husband work together is something special. It wasn’t just me and my family who noticed how incredible she was—our guests raved about her as well, and even seven months later they still bring up how amazing she was. When I say Carrie Darling is worth every penny, I mean it. A wedding planner can truly make or break your big day, and I wish every bride knew how important it is to have Carrie on their team. If you want your wedding day to feel seamless, stress-free, and unforgettable, Carrie is the one. Carrie, thank you for making our wedding everyhting we ever dreamed of! We love you!

Sand Dollar Weddings was my one stop shop. Amber Phillips has a plethora of vendors that she works with. Having her made wedding planning a breeze for me. Amber was given a budget and she stuck to it. The day of my wedding, there was some inclement weather, and the wedding that was supposed to be outside was moved inside without a hitch. From officiating the wedding to planning the wedding to catering the wedding, Amber wears many hats, and she wears them well. I would recommend Sand Dollar Weddings to any bride that knows what she wants or has no clue, because all of your needs will be met.

Stop searching for a wedding planner right now, you have found the best there is to offer. Right from the beginning I knew Stephanie was a perfect match for us, she was able to turn our dreams into a reality. Stephanie did not have an easy job either, I knew nearly every vendor I wanted to use and the groom’s opinion was not one to mess with. Stephanie was able to work with vendors she had never worked with before, flawlessly- her professionalism was top notch. She was even able to communicate our vision with each one, making sure that we were both pleased. Brett (the groom) was not always the easiest, he certainly had an opinion and Stephanie knew this and worked with him to see that he also got a say in things. On the day of, I had not a worry in the world knowing that my wedding was in the absolute best hands it could be in, Stephanie and her husband are a perfect match. They will stop at nothing to make sure their couples are as happy as could be, even if that means keeping the bride away from her large crazy family so she can remain calm. I couldn’t have asked for a better couple to take care of us, we are SO incredibly lucky to have found them. We will forever cherish the memories they helped us create and I know that I now have a lifelong friend in Stephanie. She is just who you want in charge of your wedding! You will not be disappointed nor would she ever let that happen. Thank you, Stephanie, and Dave, we love you and are so lucky you were a part of our special day!

We had the most fabulous wedding and it's largely because of her team. We felt calm and cared for from day one and the event went off without any hitches that were not fixed immediately and were beyond our control to begin with! She even had to hem my dress in a pinch because my bustle failed and it was both memorable and hysterical! We have footage to match! I can't speak highly enough about Kehrin and JSW and wish everyone has a positive of a bridal experience as we did!

Karla was the best coordinator we could have asked for! She is super organized, always fast to answer any questions we had and was so helpful with everything. Our day would not have gone as smoothly as it did without her and her detailed timeline. We could not recommend her enough!

Wid was an absolutely amazing emcee! He was extremely professional and knew exactly when to engage our guests and get them participating. The way he incorporated our Haitian culture into our wedding was incredible and so meaningful to us. As soon as the dance floor opened, he had everyone on their feet and celebrating. Our families could not stop talking about him and how much they loved the energy he brought to the crowd. Wid is truly a professional—he took the time to meet with my husband and me, answered all of our questions, and even made helpful suggestions for our timeline, which I really appreciated. If you’re having a wedding, baby shower, or any event at all, run to hire Wid! 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Yaimara made my wedding pure magic and we couldn't have done it without her. She helped everything to go smoothly and made it so I didn't have to worry about anything - especially for the day of the wedding. I highly recommend YC weddings

Our wedding was in Marco Island on 10-10-20 Danielle is an excellent wedding planner, she is available and there for every moment, but also stays behind the scenes to let the bride and groom truly shine. She is extremely positive and always answers "yes" to all questions no matter what time of day you are asking. Also her manner is perfect for a wedding planner as she bring a positive light and shines down to change a negative situation to a positive one. Of course most wedding planners are always available via phone but Danielle goes so much farther for her couples to pick up supplies and host meeting with vendors, coordinate multiple site meetings, and really just takes so much pressure off of the couple so they can enjoy every special moment. There are tricky avenues that go along with a wedding such as the church, family dynamics, multiple opinions, and obviously tons of coordination with the normal wedding areas, and Danielle executes them all flawlessly, To finish off, Danielle is extraordinary and the wedding planner every couple needs.
