Kelly McWilliams and her team are elite. I am still in absolute awe at the wedding weekend they created! Every one my dreams and my partners' needs came to life, and I never wanted the weekend (or the party) to end. First and foremost, Kelly made me feel like more than just a client from the very moment we got on the phone. She made me comfortable like you'd feel just speaking with a good friend, and I knew she was truly listening to everything I was looking for in our planner and wedding. We had come into the process with her after already obtaining a venue and a few vendors, having realized we were in over our heads trying to plan this, especially with being at a distance early on. She took over as a full-service planner immediately. Kelly and Catie helped us connect with top vendors in the area and arrange contracts swiftly, and with her mark of approval and good working history, we were able to be confident in our selections. We were getting the best team together! Calls with Kelly were extremely organized, and the "homework" she had me do allowed us to come into each of those conversations with all the information we needed to make important decisions with ease and no regrets or waffling. She was always able to answer questions, and helped us when our original venue pushed us around or wouldn't respond. When Hurricane Ian hit, the Fort Myers/Sanibel/Captiva area was devastated. We watched from afar, awaiting anxiously, as we realized our original venue in Captiva was no longer in any condition to host our January wedding. Despite having no electricity or water and with a practically non-existent cell signal, Kelly wasted no time in reaching out to reassure us that she was ON A MISSION to make sure our wedding would still happen, despite the tragedy. Within days, she had found us a new venue that was PERFECT in the Sanibel Harbour Marriott, and she was able to arrange the contracts and notify all our vendors about the new location while we still maintained our original date! In that moment, there was no question, Kelly was invaluable. She was worth her weight in platinum, and then some. She attended a second venue tour and menu tasting with us, now that we had to redo a lot of decision-making. She reassured me that all the new changes to the carefully crafted wedding plan would come together beautifully. At this point, she had also hired Nicholas, whose involvement in our wedding planning was just an incredible addition. The pair ensured every detail was managed, and his logistical execution paired with Kelly's design allowed for a gorgeous wedding landscape. They handled every little snag that came up along the way, and were always a text or call away no matter what. They organized everything down to the minute, and no stone was left unturned. When wedding weekend came, they were on site at almost all times. They executed a gorgeous rehearsal dinner (with a surprise theme just to excite us) and a beautiful welcome reception that our guests adored. Kelly and Nicholas ensured I could focus on enjoying the party and my guests, and any time I needed anything, they were there to take care of it, while still taking care of starting to prepare the ballroom for the reception the next night. On wedding day, things were stunning and seamless. The vendors were all on time and everything was set up without me having to be involved. The team she recommended executed beautifully. The design Kelly had shown me came to life in a more stunning manner than I could have ever imagined. The ceremony went perfectly, with every detail covered. Our guests loved every minute of it. Dinner and the reception were unbelievable - if only that night could last forever! We loved it, and our guests are probably now ruined for all other weddings. We didn't have to lift a finger the whole weekend, and my husband and I are so blessed to have work with Kelly and her team. We are going to absolutely miss working with them! There's no question about it, hire Kelly to plan, design, and coordinate your wedding. You will never regret it.

Yolanda was very nice lady She helped us with our wedding cake table and register table and Sweetheart table also. She's great we highly recommend her if your going to devotate your reception room call Yolanda!!! We wa t to say thank you for making our reception room and Special Day Beautiful

Janette did an amazing job. From her carefree spirit as we received various examples of different wedding ceremony styles to her helping the Groom and Best Man on the big day with their boutinierres. Very sweet and so happy we chose her. Definitely would recommend her, and she so sweetly dressed in a color complimenting our wedding colors!!

We were an "out of town" wedding and Courtney was attentive, organized, thorough and flexible to meet with us when we were in town. It was a great experience working with Courtney!

Working with Jenn was a pleasure. She knew about entertainment, food, locations, and busted her butt to give us the custom wedding we wanted and could afford. Her execution the day off was flawless and her knowledge of local vendors was obvious. Melissa and I didn't have any worries the day off and our guests had a wonderful time. Glory at a perfect beginning made our wedding planning so much easier! It was hard planning a destination wedding from so far away while in school and starting a new job. She took care of everything for us and the day of the wedding ran like clockwork. Everything was exactly how we wanted it and more. She was flexible and responsive to what we wanted and had everything figured out. We absolutely loved our wedding day!

Brittiny is an incredible wedding planner, coordinator, and designer! She came recommended to us by our venue, South Seas Island Resort. We feel like we are the luckiest couple to have worked with Brittiny! She had been the South Seas wedding contact for years and years and really knew our venue. Due to Covid, we had to re-plan our wedding and design several times and she was so helpful and flexible. If you are looking for that "honest best friend" type of wedding planner, Brittiny needs to be your choice. She created a customized wedding design package for our needs, was kind to our family, wedding party, and guests, created incredible designs, and really made our vision come to life. We had so many guests tell us this was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. She helped us assemble to greatest vendors, spend our money on the right things, and most importantly, ensured that we had a great time at our wedding. As a very type A person, I felt completely comfortable turning everything over to Brittiny knowing that she would make our wedding perfect! We cannot recommend Brittiny more!

We knew early on that hiring a wedding planner would be best for us as we both work full time and needed guidance. We are so thankful we did! Wedding planners are so essential throughout the whole process. DO NOT cut this cost. Wedding planners make your day enjoyable! Let's face it, you need to be getting your hair & make-up done, not be on the phone with vendors for their arrival or while they are stuck in traffic. Dusty takes the stress away from you so you can ENJOY the best day of your life!! Thank you SO MUCH for making sure our big day went absolutely perfect and so smooth.
