I wish I could give more than 5 stars because SoEventful deserves it! My weekly calls with Tomarah became such a routine that I looked forward to them. Disclaimer- I actually went through withdrawals from my Tomarah calls the week following the wedding. We not only accomplished so much and planned an incredible wedding, but had so much fun during the 9 month process. She was on point and organized the entire time which made my life so much easier and less stressful. How important it was to have her, especially the few weeks before the wedding, cannot be overstated. She helped handle so many of the minute tasks such as preparing our vinyl dance floor for hours the morning of our wedding to make sure it was perfect. Tomarah was an integral part of our day making sure the flow of our wedding went smoothly and that our timeline was followed. I could not have asked for a better wedding planner and event organizer than Tomarah with So Eventful.

Booking SoEventful for the month of package was the best decision we made for the entire wedding!!! I am the bride that loved planning my own wedding, working with our local vendors on the rentals, and organizing everything the way it should be so it could be executed. We were going back and forth for a while if it was worth the money and decided to just book it. Looking back on the month leading up to the wedding and the day of, it was worth every single penny. We get paired with Ashley M. and she was the perfect planner for my personality and wedding I had envisioned. She was the calm to my crazy and was always thinking about things that I wasn’t thinking about but were important details I needed. I was one of the brides whose venue was impacted by the hurricane season and Ashley jumped right in and helped me make a plan of attack before I made any decision. She actually met me on site a week earlier than anticipated to do a walk through and help me see that my wedding was still possible at the venue I had my heart set on for 18 months. Ashley also helped me get in contact with another hair & makeup artist after my original gal was not providing the best customer service or communication. The new gal she recommended was the best and I was so happy with the recommendation and help to get rebooked with such short notice. On the actual day of our wedding, I didn’t worry about anything. I saw Ashley in the morning when she arrived and then not again until it was time to say I Do. She took care of everything and handled anything that came her way. When we did our reception reveal, to say I was speechless was an understatement. Instant happy tears!!!! Every detail I imagined, came true. It was actually more than I ever imagined it was absolutely perfect. I can still vividly remember walking in and just being blown away. It was beyond perfect! Ashley was the silver lining to our wedding day and it would not have been the day we had without her. She is a gem for the SWFL Event Industry.

Ashley is WONDERFUL! My fiancé and I had to reschedule our wedding due to Hurricane Milton which was devastating to say the least. Our wedding planner Ashley has been nothing short of phenomenal. She has had our back through every step of the process, helping us preserve our vision for our big day.

Cece is the absolute best choice for a wedding coordinator! We knew within minutes of our 6 week's out wedding walk through, we were in great hands. I am someone who can be a bit OCD and for me, Cece was a dream come true. We told her our visions, what we wanted the day to really be about, and she made all of our dreams come through. From organizing the ceremony and reception spaces, to wrangling our guests and the other professionals, our day went off perfectly. We cannot recommend Cece and So Eventful more!

Cece - with So Eventful - was absolutely incredible! She went above and beyond and exceeded any expectations we had. She made the day flow so perfectly and did an amazing job also making everything look so beautiful. She even made sure we had drinks and food while we were taking pictures during cocktail hour. Cece and her team were absolutely amazing! We chose the design and day of coordination package and we are so grateful we did. From the planning process to the end of the event Cece remained in contact with us and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Hurricane Ian hit Fort Myers 3 weeks before our wedding. Cece reached out the day after the hurricane checking in on my family and I then went into full wedding mode. She handled my DJ cancelling 4 days before our wedding, venue disruptions and vendor changes from the hurricane. Cece remained positive and jumped in wherever she could to lessen the stress on us. Day of our wedding, Cece and her team went above and beyond. They always made sure we had something to eat and drink, set up our decor more beautifully than we could’ve imagined and kept the stress of the day away from my fiancé and I. Thank you Cece and the So Eventful team I can’t thank you enough for making our special day more perfect than we could’ve imagined!
