Wedding Planners in Fort Myers

When I decided to have my wedding reception on a lawn overlooking the ocean, I had a vision of a tent structure (no top to the tent) with white draping and chandeliers for a long time. I researched many companies, but not many could provide what my vision was. When I was referred to Eventz Inc. from another local high-end tent company, I reached out to them. I worked very closely with Alyssa who provided excellent service. Alyssa worked extensively with me through my many and various questions on a daily basis, and returned these e-mails and calls very promptly. She tried very hard to work within our budget to produce the best outcome we could get. Although we spent a good amount of money on our reception décor, it was comparable to other vendor’s costs, and I don’t regret a dollar of it! The décor was just gorgeous and I received so many compliments on it. Although I only worked with Eventz with my tent décor for my reception, I am sure they provide the same excellent service with their other services.

Kerrigan was the BEST! She was so organized, helpful, kind, and communicative. We were planning our wedding out-of-state so her recommendations on vendors were so helpful. She organized the most efficient rehearsal the day before. Chelsea was such a kind and calming presence on the day of our wedding, as well. I couldn't ask for a better duo to bear the weight of the day-of logistics. I never had a deep "vision" of what my wedding day would look like, I just wanted it to be happy. I truly had the happiest day and know that Kerrigan and her team have a HUGE role in that reality. My husband and I are so deeply grateful for Kerrigan!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Platinum Beach Weddings and their entire team. I was already very impressed at the pre-wedding planning and thorough communication along with the value of the package we selected. But when a last minute medical emergency arose, the PBW team stepped up like no other wedding team ever could have. We have so much gratitude for their support. Suffice it to say, we still had our wedding with their help and it exceed all of my expectations. Susan was a delight to have photographing and coordinating the ceremony. The decor was perfect and the "petite" bouquet was beyond beautiful. It was a truly special experience. Thank you for making our wedding dreams come true in the Florida sand!

Ashley Mack did an incredible job coordinating my daughter’s wedding day. From the planning stages to the final moments of the celebration, her organization, calm presence, and attention to every detail did not go unnoticed. As the mother of the bride, it meant so much to be able to truly enjoy the day, knowing everything was in such capable hands. She helped bring our vision to life in a way that exceeded our expectations, and we are incredibly grateful for her hard work and dedication. She even arranged a handmade last minute floral basket. Tatiana did such a fantastic job of taking care of the behind the scenes details for my company's Seminar event. Her excellent service allowed me to focus on delivering my best to my clients as she was very attentive to the needs that arose during our sessions and more. I sourced a number of wedding day coordinators during my decision making process. As a professional event planner myself, I was having a hard time stomaching the cost of a coordinator when all of the planning work would already be done for them. All I needed was to hand off my planning and have the tasks executed day of. Bella's Court offered a competitive rate with an incredible value. During our first meeting Candice asked fantastic questions that I hadn't even thought to address. Being from PA, she allowed me to ship many of my items to her house in advance of the wedding date. On the day of the wedding, she completely exceeded my expectations running around like crazy to make sure everything was executed smoothly and according to my vision. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Candice! ABSOLUTELY hire her! She is a work horse and does a fantastic job of pulling everything together and getting things done.

The I Dew team is unbelievable at what they do and exceeded all my expectations. From the planning stage all the way to my wedding weekend Rachael and her team were amazing. I used them for my rentals, flowers, and day of coordination and it was one of the best decision we made (our flowers turned out unreal!). We also had Anjie as our wedding coordinator and she was fantastic! She had everything under control and left me with no worries on my wedding day. I cannot recommend the I Dew team enough!!

My event was perfect due at attention to detail and thoughtfulness through the planning process and actual party
