On Point Weddings is one of the premiere wedding planning companies in SouthWest Florida. With a portfolio that stretches from Sanibel Island providing lavish beach-resort weddings, to Fort Myers Fl providing rustic-small town weddings, we have done them all. The name “On Point” came from our owner, Emalee’s, drive for precision and details. When you hire On Point Weddings to plan your special day, you can leave all the heavy lifting to us. Best decision

My now husband and I worked with Emalee, and it was one of the best decisions I made for our wedding. From the initial consultation to the final moments of our reception, she exhibited unparalleled professionalism and creativity. Her attention to detail, exceptional communication, and ability to anticipate our needs made our wedding day truly magical. We were on the rocks about hiring a coordinator and am SO thankful we ended up working with Emalee. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a coordinator who goes above and beyond.

Ashley is the best!!

Ashley was our day of coordinator and she went above and beyond our expectations. She executed our day perfectly and stayed on top of every little detail throughout the whole day. As a bride, I didn’t have a worry in the world because I was confident she’d handle it! My husband and I couldn’t recommend her enough. Hire a day of coordinator it’s soo worth it!

Best planner ever

Emalee was hands down the best planner ever. She was always willing to help no matter what it was. I didn't stress at all that day even though I'm a huge worry wart. Thank you again for making our day perfect.

Hiring Emalee was the best decision we made for our wedding day! If there was ever any questions or problems they were answered or resolved. She coordinated all of our vendors which was absolutely wonderful and took a lot of our list of stuff to be done. She came in with her assistant and set everything up. She made sure everything ran on time so we could enjoy our beautiful wedding day. If there was any hiccups of any kind that day We did not know about them . She took care of everything for us. We are so grateful for her! I would highly recommend her ! You will not be sorry ! Thank you so much for everything Emalee !

On Point Weddings was the BEST!!

If I can give anyone piece of advice, HIRE A MONTH OF/DAY OF COORDINATOR & make it On Point Weddings!! Emalee and her team not only made my wedding day smooth & incredibly beautiful but they literally had to help me find a new venue 24 hours before my wedding due to severe weather. They delegated all communication throughout my vendors and new venue with such grace & they transformed a space I have never seen before into my own personal boho oasis. I couldn’t have gone through this day without them! My wedding day was everything I could have imagined it to be and it wasn’t even in the original venue. Thank you ladies so much ❤️

Emalee was amazing

The one piece of advice I had received when I became engaged was to make sure I hired a coordinator for the day of. The was the BEST advice I would have been given. I am a big planner and I knew all the details would be taken care of prior but the week leading up to our wedding, Emalee called and coordinated will all our vendors. This was a huge relief. The best part was the day of! Emalee was the real rock star that day. She make every vision I had come to life. She did not bother or add stress, she made sure very little detail was perfect and we could enjoy our mornings getting ready for our big day with our loved ones. This was by far the BEST investment made on our wedding day. If I could give Emalee 100 stars I would!!!

Amazing team to work with!

We hired this company for day of coordination and could not have been more satisfied with their services. Great communication, very friendly, did an awesome job setting everything up. If there were any last minute changes I was asked before an ok was giving ( even when my mom needed to change something they came to me for an ok). I highly recommend them for your coordination needs weather its day of or full planning. You are in the right hands with these ladies!!
