The planners to have on your team!
I booked on point weddings and events for their assistance leading up to the wedding day. Their help was invaluable and I don’t think I would have been able to accomplish everything without them.
I waited a bit later than I should have to connect with them but Emalee was very accommodating of what I was seeking in terms of services on short notice; THANK YOU!
Jordan was the lead planner. She was organized, responsive, and professional. She always thought of something I wasn’t considering or helped me navigate some of the trivial wedding etiquettes. There was an unexpected family emergency at the end of the rehearsal dinner and Jordan stuck around to make sure everything was ok. The day of the wedding she was on top of all the details, the potential changes, and progressed the day beautifully. Not to mention she and her team made sure my husband and I stayed hydrated with water and cocktails. Their upbeat positive attitudes were appreciated and put me at ease whenever I felt a bit anxious having all eyes on me.
I would highly recommend On Point Weddings for anyone’s wedding/ event needs. Planning a wedding during the pandemic was no easy task but with On Point Weddings leading the way, it was a successful and beautiful wedding.

We went back and forth on hiring a day of coordinator for a long time. After finding Emalee I will forever say it was the best money spent in the entire wedding budget! Emalee was so great to work with! Our wedding would not have been as amazing as it was if it wasn’t for all of her help! From making sure the day ran smoothly to setting up and tearing down decor it was all beyond perfect! She was so fun and personable, making it so easy to communicate with her! I would recommend On Point Weddings to absolutely anyone looking for a day of coordinator! -

We hired On Point Weddings for our backyard barn wedding and we were so pleased! Having Destini & Whitlee taking care of everything for the rehearsal and the day of was a huge relief. They kept us on time and organized and did SO MUCH to make sure the day went off without a hitch. We never would have been able to do it without them. Thank you! -

Flawless day!
Emalee and her team made our day absolutely flawless! From the endless texts and phone calls leading up to our special day, to the beautiful florals she did for us. Emalee even volunteered to make a dust storm perfect for our photos! I couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator! Highly recommend On Pointe Weddings! -

Emalee with On Point weddings was there for me whenever I needed her during the most stressful time planning a wedding during the pandemic this past year. I definitely would have canceled if I didn’t have her helping me! She is extremely knowledgeable and super organized and can help you with whatever you need! On the day of my wedding, if anything went wrong, I didn’t know about it because I was able to just enjoy my day & they took care of everything behind the scenes! We had to change our plans 100 times but we finally ended up with the most beautiful outdoor wedding of my dreams on Captiva Island. My wedding turned out picture-perfect & was truly the best day of my life! I highly recommend On Point Weddings for your big day!

I couldn’t of asked for a better day of coordinator! Our wedding ran flawlessly thanks to Emalee and her team. I told her my vision and although she can on board in the last month she nailed it! Professional, courteous, super reasonable in price, friendly, amazing... the list could go on! She was super patient with me especially about keeping me on a time table! 10/10 coordination!
I absolutely would recommend Emalee and her group with On Point Weddings to anybody needed coordination services. I bought the “Day of Coordination” package and was blown away. Not only did her staff make my wedding beautiful with design and set up, I truly never worried or stressed with them around. They kept our wedding party in check and more importantly on time! We had the most amazing experience and I don’t think I could ever thank them enough!!! -

Originally, my husband and I were supposed to get married in May of 2020. After having to reschedule twice and push the big wedding to April of 2021, we finally had the wedding day of our dreams! Emalee was so nice and easy to work with during the rescheduling process and made sure we were set and ready for our big day. FINALLY getting to the wedding weekend, Jordan, Assistant Planner, took care of everything for us. She was calm and collected when need be and always in the right place at the right time.
As someone who is very much a planner, I had no problem leaving the details to Jordan and Emalee. I'd highly suggest hiring them to take the stress out of your big day! -

Extremely helpful, professional, organized & smooth!
Emalee end her team were extremely helpful from the early stages of planning through the day of the wedding. We had the month of planning package and florals. I had a vision of incorporating succulents into our florals and she was very accommodating and worked with me to make it happen. I had various items that I crafted or bought myself outside of vendor rentals and they set it all up. I highly recommend On Point Weddings for coordination and florals! -

We all know that countless hours of hard work go into planning your special day. Most brides have a total image of what they want their setup to look like. I will tell you that the service provided by Emalee and her girls at On Point Weddings is a must have. Emalee was so great with staying on top of everything and making sure the draft of people and vendors were at bay with no confusion. The full picture really came to light at the hands of Emalee and her helpers. She takes charge and makes it happen. I highly recommend that you have On Point with you on your wedding day to ensure that your vision and plans are exactly what you pictured. I can’t say it enough, MUST HAVE ! -

It is hard to put my experience into words, it was so wonderful. Emalee was more than I could have ever asked for. I had been planning my wedding for 2 years, I had a vision and wanted it to come to life. Emalee was there every step of the way. I had to rent a tent the week of the wedding, due to the weather. She was not only able to get me the tent I wanted, but at a very reasonable price too. If you could see the pictures of my wedding, you would know she made it into everything I had wished for and more. My day was a dream come true and I wouldn't have been able to do it without Emalee! I will recommend her to everyone I know! -

If I can give anyone piece of advice, HIRE A MONTH OF/DAY OF COORDINATOR & make it On Point Weddings!! Emalee and her team not only made my wedding day smooth & incredibly beautiful but they literally had to help me find a new venue 24 hours before my wedding due to severe weather. They delegated all communication throughout my vendors and new venue with such grace & they transformed a space I have never seen before into my own personal boho oasis. I couldn’t have gone through this day without them! My wedding day was everything I could have imagined it to be and it wasn’t even in the original venue. Thank you ladies so much ❤️ -

We hired this company for day of coordination and could not have been more satisfied with their services. Great communication, very friendly, did an awesome job setting everything up. If there were any last minute changes I was asked before an ok was giving ( even when my mom needed to change something they came to me for an ok). I highly recommend them for your coordination needs weather its day of or full planning. You are in the right hands with these ladies!! -
