Sarah Bond is the owner and lead planner of this passionate company. She started working for a catering company at the age of 16, and soon fell in love with weddings. The perfect planner for you!
Sarah was absolutely amazing to work with!
As a planner myself, interviewing many planners for my destination wedding in Florida was super important to find the perfect match. Instantly I felt a connection to Sarah and she had amazing energy!
She had a great attention to detail and was always able to help bring vision to the most random requests. She offered great local guidance while I was 100s of miles away.
I was able to fully trust her with every little detail which allowed me be fully present in the day. This too allowed my fiance and family also relax knowing that Sarah and her team had all details under control. Thank you Sarah for collaborating with me and creating the perfect day for me and Jesse!

We had a great wedding with Grace & Gold!
We hired Sarah from Grace & Gold Events for our October 2024 wedding in Palm Springs. She was an absolute lifesaver from helping with last minute dumpster orders, recruiting the DJ to help move tables during cocktail hour, to the monstrous task of helping us secure a new, last minute caterer when we had a less than ideal tasting with the first. Her expertise in planning a wedding at our venue was key -- we had to bring in everything and would have been lost and overwhelmed without her guidance. She let us copy her on every email to our many vendors which was incredibly helpful. She even found us less expensive vendors when we were worried about cost. Her knowledge of weddings in the desert helped immensely. When the rental company set things up incorrectly, she fixed it herself! When her assistant got sick and could not make it to the wedding day, she didn't bat an eye and instead enlisted help from the DJ! Our parents were raving about how great she was the next day and we know that our wedding day was amazing and stress free because of her. We love you, Sarah!!

Hiring Grace and Gold was the best decision I made!
Working with Grace and Gold was an absolute dream. I personally worked with Carissa, who is the BEST. She was so professional, attentive, and knew exactly how to bring my wedding vision to life. She was connected with all the right vendors and knew my venue like the back of her hand, which made planning a destination wedding SO much easier. Carissa always made herself available and left no detail untouched. People are still talking about my wedding and how it's the best wedding they've ever been to. No doubt that Grace and Gold / Carissa had so much to do with that!!! I couldn't recommend them more.

The best!
True professionals! We seriously could not have had a better experience with Erin from Grace and Gold! She honestly made out wedding what it was and it would not have been the same without her. She is truly the sweetest human ever but the biggest bad ass on the wedding day! She ran the show! our entire wedding process was completely stress free because of her and we were actually able to sit back and ENJOY our wedding instead of stressing about it! Erin was worth her weight in gold and I could not recommend enough! You would be making a mistake if you didn't book them! Erin's day-of assistant, Casey was also the sweetest and they brought such an amazing energy to our big day. Run, don't walk, to book!

Abby was perfection!!
I originally didn't think I needed a wedding planner until I began to FREAK OUT about everything, as I'm sure many brides do! I spoke with Sarah on the phone and absolutely loved how warm and bright she was. She wasn't available for my date but she said that Abby and I would hit it off and I didn't believe her but boyyy did we!! Abby was just as lovely and professional as Sarah was. I looked through plenty of reviews of Grace & Gold and plenty of other planners and I have to say to #1 Go with your gut #2 make sure you mesh well and #3 make sure your planner is REALISTIC. Sarah and Abby were the ONLY planners I had spoken to that were realistic about my expectations but still made my vision come to life in the most beautiful way. I was such a stressed mess with everything and Abby handled it all. I had zero stress on my actual wedding day and that is how it's supposed to be!! I'm so grateful to have found her and to have had her be my sane through everything. Truly from the bottom of my heart I am so thankful for you Abby! Can't recommend these women enough!

Amazing! Truly brought my dream wedding to life!
I cannot say enough good things about Sarah and her event planning company. From the first phone call, she was extremely positive, helpful, professional, and excited to work with me. I hardly had to consider any other wedding planners! The wedding was in Laguna Beach, CA, but during the year of planning we moved to Hawaii, bought our first home, and my husband and I started new jobs. Needless to say, Sarah was incredibly helpful during the whole process. I particularly liked that I was able to show her my pinterest board and then she picked out multiple vendors for each area of the wedding for me to look through. Everyone she recommended was really good! I also never felt any pressure to spend more money than I wanted, and Sarah always provided feedback when needed! In the last month before the wedding, we had a family health crisis that I had to focus on, and Sarah and Erin (the day-of coordinator) completely came in, took care of all the last minute items, and really supported me during this tough time. On the wedding day itself, Erin was extremely professional, calm, friendly, and helpful. Not only did we stay on time, but we were actually early and my husband and I were able to attend our cocktail hour! So many of our guests said this was the best wedding they have ever been too, and I was completely blown away at how perfect it was! Please work with Sarah and Erin if you want personalized and caring wedding planning!

Sarah is the BEST!!!
Where do I even begin??? Sarah was an absolute DREAM to work with and if anyone reading this is on the fence about working with a Planner or Day of Coordinator - without a doubt, ABSOLUTELY get one, and better yet, make it Sarah! I got married at the Ace Hotel in Palm Springs and Sarah came very highly recommended by the venue. About 30 seconds into my first call with Sarah, I knew why. This woman is a rockstar. She knew the venue like the back of her hand, had amazing relationships with the entire hotel staff, and was just the kindest, most supportive, and most knowledgable person to have on my team. She made my wedding day, and actually the entire month leading up to my wedding, completely stress-free. Handled every vendor or family member gone rogue like a boss and with a smile on her face! I honestly can't say enough good things about her. She also brought a fantastic assistant, Casey, with her on the day of my wedding and they were a flawless team together. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sarah and her team to any friend or family member getting married in the future.

Wedding perfection
Sarah was beyond amazing! I can’t say enough wonderful things about her and her team. She made sure my month and day of wedding was stress free and truly trusted her in every step of the wedding process. I hired her for month of but she still went over and beyond to help me with anything during the process before and always had a smile on her face!
