  The best!

  True professionals! We seriously could not have had a better experience with Erin from Grace and Gold! She honestly made out wedding what it was and it would not have been the same without her. She is truly the sweetest human ever but the biggest bad ass on the wedding day! She ran the show! our entire wedding process was completely stress free because of her and we were actually able to sit back and ENJOY our wedding instead of stressing about it! Erin was worth her weight in gold and I could not recommend enough! You would be making a mistake if you didn't book them! Erin's day-of assistant, Casey was also the sweetest and they brought such an amazing energy to our big day. Run, don't walk, to book!

  Abby was perfection!!

  I originally didn't think I needed a wedding planner until I began to FREAK OUT about everything, as I'm sure many brides do! I spoke with Sarah on the phone and absolutely loved how warm and bright she was. She wasn't available for my date but she said that Abby and I would hit it off and I didn't believe her but boyyy did we!! Abby was just as lovely and professional as Sarah was. I looked through plenty of reviews of Grace & Gold and plenty of other planners and I have to say to #1 Go with your gut #2 make sure you mesh well and #3 make sure your planner is REALISTIC. Sarah and Abby were the ONLY planners I had spoken to that were realistic about my expectations but still made my vision come to life in the most beautiful way. I was such a stressed mess with everything and Abby handled it all. I had zero stress on my actual wedding day and that is how it's supposed to be!! I'm so grateful to have found her and to have had her be my sane through everything. Truly from the bottom of my heart I am so thankful for you Abby! Can't recommend these women enough!

  Amazing! Truly brought my dream wedding to life!

  I cannot say enough good things about Sarah and her event planning company. From the first phone call, she was extremely positive, helpful, professional, and excited to work with me. I hardly had to consider any other wedding planners! The wedding was in Laguna Beach, CA, but during the year of planning we moved to Hawaii, bought our first home, and my husband and I started new jobs. Needless to say, Sarah was incredibly helpful during the whole process. I particularly liked that I was able to show her my pinterest board and then she picked out multiple vendors for each area of the wedding for me to look through. Everyone she recommended was really good! I also never felt any pressure to spend more money than I wanted, and Sarah always provided feedback when needed! In the last month before the wedding, we had a family health crisis that I had to focus on, and Sarah and Erin (the day-of coordinator) completely came in, took care of all the last minute items, and really supported me during this tough time. On the wedding day itself, Erin was extremely professional, calm, friendly, and helpful. Not only did we stay on time, but we were actually early and my husband and I were able to attend our cocktail hour! So many of our guests said this was the best wedding they have ever been too, and I was completely blown away at how perfect it was! Please work with Sarah and Erin if you want personalized and caring wedding planning!

  Sarah is the BEST!!!

  Where do I even begin??? Sarah was an absolute DREAM to work with and if anyone reading this is on the fence about working with a Planner or Day of Coordinator - without a doubt, ABSOLUTELY get one, and better yet, make it Sarah! I got married at the Ace Hotel in Palm Springs and Sarah came very highly recommended by the venue. About 30 seconds into my first call with Sarah, I knew why. This woman is a rockstar. She knew the venue like the back of her hand, had amazing relationships with the entire hotel staff, and was just the kindest, most supportive, and most knowledgable person to have on my team. She made my wedding day, and actually the entire month leading up to my wedding, completely stress-free. Handled every vendor or family member gone rogue like a boss and with a smile on her face! I honestly can't say enough good things about her. She also brought a fantastic assistant, Casey, with her on the day of my wedding and they were a flawless team together. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sarah and her team to any friend or family member getting married in the future.

  Wedding perfection

  Sarah was beyond amazing! I can’t say enough wonderful things about her and her team. She made sure my month and day of wedding was stress free and truly trusted her in every step of the wedding process.   When I first started planning, I was wondering why people "needed" wedding planners - totally thought I could manage a 130 person wedding solo, but WOW was I wrong. I didn't realize how bad I needed Sarah until I met her. She is energetic, organized, professional, has a pep in her step and just a BOSS. She took charge when necessary and worked very well with all my vendors. Leading up to the wedding, Sarah scheduled every meeting/phone call, asked questions I didn't even know to ask, stayed organized in the timeline and always updated it as changes were made, made recommendations, handled issues happening during the wedding, and remained calm the entire time!! She is sweet, professional and always ready to rock and roll. She is the reason our wedding was as amazing as it was and I can't thank you enough girl! PS We didn't get a picture together =( XOXO

  Sarah at Grace and Gold Events was everything and more when it came to wedding planning! From the start she was excited and attentive to our wedding desires! We especially loved her willingness to meet with our vendors at our destination when we were unable to make the trip! She offered constructive and honest advice, showed attention to detail and was full of energy during rehearsal and our wedding evening! She is an absolute thrill to work with and went above and beyond for me as the bride... She went out of her way to get blister protector's for me last minute when my wedding shoes TORE my feet up. She's amaze and you would be lucky to have her plan your wedding!

  From the first day I met Sarah, I knew she would be the perfect person to help organize and plan the wedding. She is organized, hard-working and very easy to work with. I had a general idea of the items I wanted and what I wanted included in the wedding, and Sarah made it happen. On the Day of the Wedding, she was solving problems before I even got a chance to ask her about them. She made sure we were well taken care of on the day of the Wedding and everything went seamlessly. I will definitely recommend her and her team to anyone who is looking for an Events planner.   I don't even know where to begin. I found Sarah by accident after signing up for a Calligraphy class at my wedding venue a few months prior to my wedding. We knew we needed a planner but after meeting with a few here and there, we never found anyone we loved and knew we wanted for our wedding. After meeting with Sarah for five minutes, I knew she was the one we wanted for our special day. Sarah thought of every detail, and more. Our day was absolutely perfect. She took care of EVERYTHING! She was always there with advice or any questions I had. Our bridal party, parents and even guests complimented Sarah on several occasions. Sarah, You're the best! Our wedding day was beyond perfect.

  I had the privilege of working alongside Grace and Gold Events at a wedding in March. Leading up to the event, I was beyond impressed with the attention to detail and professionalism that their Lead Planner Sarah demonstrated. She was pro-active in orchestrating timelines, conversations and coordinated so many aspects of our time together before the wedding day actually began. To say I was looking forward to working with her is an understatement and day of she did not disappoint. She was punctual, incredibly kind and cheerful, followed through on all her tasks and was such a joy to work with.   My husband and I used Sarah for our day of wedding coordinator. Our wedding wouldn't have been smooth and beautiful without Sarah's help. She is very detail oriented, careful, sweet, upbeat, organized, responsive, prompt, and very wonderful overall! My husband and I got married at the Nixon Library in Yorba Linda. I brought a lot of my own decorations (I'm talking about boxes and boxes) and Sarah used her creativity to make the entire Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception look beautiful with my (seemingly random) decor. I had specific instructions to get some ideas set up like my games for guests, but she went above and beyond with every detail. She set them up perfectly the way I like and added some more dazzle that took our breaths away. She made sure to take care of my vintage crystal and glass decor without breaking them.
  
  She is very professional, responsive, and great to work with. She got along and worked well with all of my vendors to make sure our day went perfectly. When I had questions, she always got back to me as promptly as she could She helped to come up with our day of schedule while keeping in mind considerations to avoid potential disaster or stress. She's also on time, which is a plus and needed when you're in this business. During our rehearsal, she made everyone feel welcome and comfortable just like when my husband and I first met her.

She truly takes very good care of her brides (like myself when I got married) and always find solutions to quickly remedy any problems.   My husband, Paul and I were about 75% through with our wedding planning and prep believing that we would be okay without hiring a planner or coordinator. Looking back on our wedding day (as we do often, haha), we always discuss and talk about how it definitely wouldn't have been what it was without our dearest, Sarah Bond!
  
  Even though we went with only the day-of coordinator package, it was as if we'd been friends with Sarah since forever! She was instant magic from the moment we met her. Lovely, friendly, honest, sweet, hard-working, talked food and sports with Paul AND extremely detail-oriented (which I am also) and this is when we clicked and knew that we had to book & work with Sarah!
  
  Working with Sarah did not feel like another wedding task; it was effortless and easy and like working with a friend! There are not enough good things to say about Sarah and all that she did to help bring our magical day to life! Fast and prompt emails, texts, calls, etc. Communication was never an issue. Our family and wedding guests and friends (until now) continue to commend our wedding day and how naturally thorough and organized it was. Some even said that it was the best wedding they had ever attended!
  
  Our family and dearest friends loved meeting her and seeing her hard work behind the scenes. Compliments on Sarah still keep raving our way and we love it and bragging about her!
  
  Our wedding was perfect to us. We had tons and tons of fun, felt so full of love and joy that day and did so without having to stress or worry about a single thing. This was important to Paul and I. Thanks to Sarah.
  
  We firmly believe that Sarah was the best investment we made during our wedding planning journey and if we had to do it over again, we'd choose her over & over again! Sarah is first class professional, so wonderful to coordinate/ work with & helped make the best day, our best day EVER! We strongly recommend her for any event!

  We all know that planning a wedding can be stressful. Sarah and her crew made everything a pleasure. They thought of everything and made our Wedding Day beautiful. We only had to worry about ourselves and enjoy the day. They took care of all of the details and there are a lot of details. We had approximately 175 guests at our wedding and everyone had a great time. I would highly recommend Grace and Gold Events for any party. Sarah couldn't have been more professional and she is such a nice person too!
