I had the pleasure of working with Kimi through a wedding at the Los Coyotes Country Club. She is one of their preferred coordinators, and let me tell you how amazing she is. We booked her for the ceremony since this was included in our venue package, but we ended up adding her setup service. This was TOTALLY worth it because my husband and I were not stressed on the day of the wedding. All we did was bring our outfits and shoes. (We had dropped off our stuff during the night of the rehearsal.) We had sent Kimi an email on what needed to be set up, and it's like she knew our exact vision. She was extremely helpful and professional during the rehearsal as well. She acted as liaison with the other vendors and even took care of receiving a delivery for chocolate-covered strawberries from one of my students (I'm a teacher). I will definitely be asking for her services when we do a vow renewal years later. 10/10 recommend to anyone who needs a coordinator!

I know they're known for setting up the perfect proposals, but I needed help in surprising our parents with a 50th Golden Anniversary Wedding!! As in, the entire wedding ceremony, setup, & Reception on the Beach! I reached out to numerous companies and tried to source out caterers myself. Eventually, time was running out and the date was approaching fast! I discovered The Yes Girls, and all I can say is how AMAZING & HARD-Working they are. We had less than a month to really get things going. Abby & the Yes Girls came through with all the vendors down to the wire! As worried as my siblings were in locking in a vendor because our date was super popular & booked up, The Yes Girls team made it all work! I am thankful for the consistent communication and transparency in all the vendor charges and edits that were made in the process; even being able to find a way to make a separate invoice to split with a sibling was super, super appreciated! I felt safe, assured, and it all worked out! I could not have been any more pleased.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Amy and her team. They were absolute rockstars—detail-oriented, professional, and genuinely caring from start to finish. Our wedding day felt effortless and perfect because of them. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing; every detail was handled seamlessly. I would recommend All In The Detail Design to absolutely everyone. And as if that wasn’t enough, when I mentioned I never got to try our wedding cookies, Amy had a box sent to my home a few weeks later. That level of thoughtfulness is rare. She truly goes above and beyond.
