I cannot thank Adam enough for the incredible job he did on our wedding day! From the very beginning, he was attentive, organized, and truly dedicated to making our vision a reality. His calm demeanor and professionalism shone through, especially when we faced an unexpected power outage during the reception. Instead of panicking, Adam took charge, quickly implementing contingency plans and ensuring that everything continued to run smoothly. He coordinated with the venue staff and communicated with our vendors. His ability to adapt and problem-solve in such a stressful moment was nothing short of remarkable. Thanks to his hard work and commitment, our day remained magical and joyful. We feel incredibly lucky to have had Adam by our side and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator who truly goes above and beyond.

Lauren at Prince Events did my florals and wedding planning services. My florals were stunning and exactly what I asked for. With Lauren leading, the day went incredibly smoothly and on schedule. She took care of all the little details I missed. For example (one example out of many!) I had forgotten to coordinate when the family members were to get their corsages/ boutonnières- she made it happen. She took care of big problems too- when a family member took a fall down the stairs she took charge of alerting the medical staff all while directing crowds away/ towards where they needed to be at the time. Planning sessions with her were magical. She was a joy to work with and she was as enthusiastic about my vision as I was. She really helped made my dreams come to life and thanks to her expertise and creativity we made my fairytale wedding happen. She’s a real life fairy godmother!!!

We had a vision for our wedding, and wanted something we felt would be meaningful and represent us and our lives, but also were on a very tight budget. With our venues in mind (our local public park for the ceremony, a patio at our HOA’s community center for the reception, and an after party at our home) and only 6 months until our selected wedding date, we went to Leilani Social to ask if they could help us make it happen. Kim was assigned as our coordinator, and took the challenge in stride. Another team member worked with us and Kim as a designer, and soon they helped us develop a cohesive vision and start thinking about the logistics, securing vendors, and making the many dozens of small but critical decisions to make our wedding day feel like us. Kim met with us many times leading up to the wedding date, coordinated all of the vendor communications by email, and always made time to address our questions and concerns--no detail was too small. She helped coach us through selecting rentals and the minute-by-minute plan for the day, and when we needed to pivot last minute to doing DIY flowers to save money, she supported us through that, too! This review would end up the length of a novel if I tried to cover everything, but just to give a couple examples: Kim helped us design custom drink menus for our reception, found alternatives for glassware and decor when we found out we couldn’t have glass or open flame at our venue, and made sure we got a refund from our rental company for the few small items that were missing (which we of course, never even knew about because the Leilani Squad just handled it!). The day before the wedding, Kim met with us and our bridal party to run an efficient and helpful rehearsal, exuding competence and kindness while making sure everyone was ready for the next day. On the wedding day, four amazing Leilani Social team members were present to make it all happen. My day as bride started with a sound bath hosted by one of Leilani’s wellness vendors (the wonderful Stephanie with Soul Sounds Alchemy) for myself and my bridesmaids. To be completely honest, I was a bit skeptical at first (especially since it meant we’d have to start our day earlier) but it ended up being so lovely and grounding (thank you, Danielle and Stephanie!). My “lady-in-waiting,” Lulu, was amazing, and she spent the whole morning with us, keeping us on track time-wise and helping with all of the little things that came up, like steaming the skirt of my dress. Kim worked tirelessly to transform our blank canvas venues into the magical settings we had envisioned together for ceremony and reception. Arriving at the spaces and seeing our vision realized was an amazing experience. But as bride and groom, our hope was to truly be in the moment and enjoy the day, and Kim, Danielle, and the rest of the Leilani Squad made that possible. They took care of everything, arranging our many DIY elements, receiving each of our many vendors, making sure our guests got from one place to another, and responding to the inevitable hiccups so that the two of us could just enjoy each other, our guests, and our beautiful celebration. As a note, Kim was the last to leave the reception site hours after we did, making sure everything was in top shape and transporting extra drinks and supplies to our nearby home for the after party. She was a champion, and went above and beyond for us. It was truly the best day of our lives, and truly wouldn’t have been possible without Kim and the Leilani Squad. We can’t thank you or recommend you highly enough!

Honey I love you is hands down AMAZING!! If you haven’t heard of them you are truly missing out. Lindsey is your go to girl, she will make your picture dream come to life. She has that talent, the heart, and that eye to make any of your wants turn out to look like a Pinterest photo. I can’t tell my family and friends enough how much they need ‘Honey I Love You’ for their special day/event.

Nicole is the most positive, energetic, loving and joyful wedding planner you will find. Her professional skill set is second to none and her thoughtfulness of thinking ahead and making our wedding day very very special and memorable as well as the day before and after made us feel very comfortable and at ease. We had young flower girls and a little ring bearer boy which she managed very very well without a glitch. From catering to lighting to DJ to camera crews to guests arrivals she handled them all professionally and kindly. Events by Robin planned our wedding over a year ago. I still have people come up to me and say it was the best wedding they have ever been to. It really was the most beautiful and special day of my life. Robin helped make my dream wedding come true! I had so many different ideas about how I envisioned the wedding and Robin helped make them a reality. She has great taste and I completely trusted her with every detail. From the flowers and the beautiful tables she designed, to the special touches like a champagne wall greeting our guests and an espresso stand at the end of the night, everything was so well thought out and special. Robin is also very laid back, easy to work with and has a great positive attitude. I would highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding.

Karen was an absolute pleasure to work with and played a huge role in making our wedding at Rancho Las Lomas truly seamless. Although we hired her for day-of coordination, she went far above and beyond that scope. Karen stayed in close contact with us throughout the entire planning process, attended multiple walkthroughs ahead of the big day, and made sure every detail was covered. She handled our rehearsal with professionalism and clarity, and expertly managed coordinating vendor insurance requirements with the venue. On the wedding day, everything ran smoothly and exactly as planned, allowing us to fully enjoy the experience. Karen is organized, proactive, and incredibly reliable. We couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for peace of mind on their wedding day.

If you want someone who will put your mind at ease during one of the most important days of your life - hire Ilana. She KILLED IT during my wedding and there was nothing I had to worry about. Everything ran so smoothly and on time. I like to be involved in things so I was expecting to help a little bit before the wedding with set-up or making tweaks but her and her team completely took the reins and ran with it! I didn’t have to worry about anything the whole night and that is because of her and her team!! I got so many compliments from people at how well she did and again, keeping everything moving! My mom especially was really impressed since she's use to planning parties (on a smaller scale) herself. While planning the wedding, we'd have Zoom calls where I would come up with an idea or something I wanted. Never did she seay me from something or say she couldn't do it. Ilana was always positive and jumped into making it happen for me. So thank you so much for literally helping me create the wedding of my dreams and leaving me stress free! Guests after the wedding would still comment on how beautiful the wedding was and how well everything ran. That's exactly what I wanted and couldn't have asked for me.
