I first met Bella when she introduced to me to my dream wedding gown at The Dresser (her other job, she does it all). After a thorough consultation with Jen, she serendipitously notified us that Bella was going to be our coordinator for the big day. They worked seamlessly with our venue at The Ebell Club of Long Beach, which Bella called her second home. She continued to impress us with a grand Timeline and online checklist that helped us keep on track with details we had not even thought of. Throughout the planning process, Bella answered any questions and clarified any concerns we had so promptly. On the day of our wedding, I felt like I got to savor every moment with my now husband, family, and friends, because Bella and her team handled the coordination between our all vendors with such precision and calmness. Even after enjoying myself too much and spilling appetizers on my wedding dress before family portraits, she was so quick to clean it on the spot, bustle-up my train, and had me ready for photos all before I made it to my mark. After such a beautiful evening with our family and friends, she even sent us some behind the scenes photos/videos that we got to enjoy before any of our official ones were released. We got to relive the best days of our lives over and over again. In the same token, I would recommend Bella and the Klink Events team over and over again to any couple looking to plan, enjoy, and relive their wedding day flawlessly.

Claudia worked really hard with us for over a year in order to make our special day the best it could be. She really went above and beyond to bring our “Bridgerton”-inspired wedding idea to life with a modern twist. As working professionals with demanding jobs, Claudia was our wedding best-friend who was always there to answer any questions about the process and details. With her wealth of knowledge and experience, she helped us become more and more confident with each passing month that we made the right decision to have her as our partial planner. Her relationship with other vendors shined brightly and she was able to connect us to the most appropriate professionals for our vision. She gave us strong recommendations for our string quartet, DJ, flowers, and cake. As we got closer to the wedding date, we reached out more frequently and she answered us in a timely manner. Our friends and family had very high praise for Claudia’s professionalism, personable and approachable demeanor on our wedding day as many guests struggled to find the venue or had their own questions and didn’t want to bother the bride/groom. Even after the wedding, she was still kind enough to answer our questions about next steps such as name changes and how to send/complete legal documents. Although we had an amazing day and are slightly relieved wedding planning is over, we will greatly miss working with Claudia. She was someone we didn’t know we needed but are so glad to have had the privilege to work with. We hope to continue having her as a great friend in the future. Thank you for helping us have the best day ever!

We were so blessed to be able to work with Helayne. Before we even hired her, she was the first of all the planners we contacted to respond, to set up an interview, and to follow up. I appreciated her drive and organizational skills from our very first emails. Our wedding was fraught with planning drama, and despite the fact that we only booked partial planning services, Helayne went above and beyond to help us out when our planning experience hit the rocks. She is the perfect balance of honest and accepting. I know our wedding was offbeat and one with many firsts for her, but she never made us feel like our choices were any less meaningful just because they weren't "traditional." However, she didn't shy away from having the hard conversations - she told us bad news plainly, and honestly, but always had a backup plan. She doesn't sugarcoat things, which, when you're planning an event, is a valuable asset. Despite our planning drama, I almost began to enjoy watching her handle vendors on our behalf - she has this masterful ability to question people in such a way that she gets a truthful answer from them, even if they don't want to give it. Maybe it comes from her history as a teacher! My mother described Helayne as a military general, and that is absolutely accurate. She is meticulous, prepared, grounded, realistic, and capable. And maybe has a secret twin, because I'm not sure how else she managed to be everywhere at once on our wedding day.
