We booked Blissful Moments for our full-service wedding planning needs. Lynette was incredibly professional, extremely communicative, and helped all of our wedding hopes/dreams come to fruition. In the recent weeks following my wedding, friends and family have been inquiring about the big day, notably interested to hear about any events gone awry/disaster stories that took place. To their dismay, I have been able to confidentially respond, “Actually, everything went exactly according to plan and it felt like a pretty chill day!” This is because of Lynette Palacios.

My mom and I planned my wedding together for 9 months and brought on Lynette at the 6-weeks-out-mark to be our coordinator. From the moment she joined the team, Lynette was prompt, organized, enthusiastic, and detail oriented. She graciously offloaded our work in the weeks leading up to the wedding so that my family and I could truly enjoy the celebrations without worrying about any logistics.

On wedding day, Lynette handled it all: vendor arrival and setup, timeline management, table settings, chair arrangement, guest greeting— all while constantly ensuring that the groom and I had a cocktail in our hands and all other needs met. She knew our grandparents’ names and even held our grand entrance 5 minutes when she noticed that the groom’s grandmother was in the restroom. She had eyes on it all.

I found Blissful Moments through another vendor that I initially wanted to hire (based off a bridesmaid's recommendation), but that other vendor was already overbooked for 2022.

I initially spoke with Lynette, who gave me a full play-by-play of how the day would run if I hired her to be my coordinator. Given the level of detail she gave during that phone call, I hired her almost right away. I chose the month-of-planning package.

Lynette was available for me via email several months before the wedding. About a month before the wedding, we met at my venue, and she brought her assistant. Lynette then told me on the spot that her assistant would be taking the lead, because she (Lynette) was pregnant and her due date was on my wedding day. I was disappointed at first because I had originally hired Lynette, but completely understood. She told me that she would still be available via email and to keep her in the loop with everything.

When Katelyn took over as the lead coordinator for my wedding, I knew I was in good hands. Katelyn was very communicative, was available for me all the time, and scheduled a FaceTime and a couple short phone calls to go over wedding details. I felt very comfortable handing over my vendor and decor list and letting her take the lead.

We had the rehearsal dinner at a family member's house, and Katelyn drove to meet us there. She was very punctual and we ran through the rehearsal smoothly. I didn't feel rushed and felt confident the wedding party would be just fine, even though we rehearsed in the driveway/street!

On the day of the wedding, Katelyn exceeded my expectations. We followed the timeline closely. When I hadn't arrived to the venue on time, she texted me to check in to see where I was. When the drink in my hand was melting, she would replenish it right away. When the wedding party was getting distracted, she would get their attention right away. Katelyn exceeded my expectations by far and I've recommended her to everyone I know who's having a wedding next year. I hope to see her again at a future wedding!
