If you are looking for a wedding planner who is the most organized, kind, reassuring, and fun person you will know, then Nicolette is your girl!!! My husband, family, and I absolutely loved working with Nicolette! She made wedding planning so fun and not stressful, because we always knew that she was on top of it and had our backs. Nicolette is amazing at juggling the ins and outs of wedding planning and while also being sensitive and aware of the stresses and overwhelming feelings that can come up throughout the process. She truly is a wedding planner and a friend. We are genuinely sad that our wedding is over and that we aren’t working with Nicolette anymore! She has excellent communication via e-mail, text, and Skype calls and is professional but also fun and positive. We were referred to Nicolette after my brother and sister-in-law worked with her for their wedding last year. We feel like she became a part of our family after getting to know her over the years! We always looked forward to our meetings with her, and would come out feeling like we had accomplished so much and could rest knowing that we were on-track with wedding planning. On the day of the wedding, Nicolette was incredibly prompt+to the schedule+fun when rallying the wedding party. She made sure that my husband and I got to eat all of the food and truly enjoy the party without feeling rushed around, which I so appreciated. She was also so good at helping to calm my worries and plan accordingly for rain that was forecasted for our wedding day. It ended up drizzling during our ceremony and she was able to flip our entire reception from outdoor to indoor. I always felt like Nicolette was on top of it so I never had to worry :) She made our wedding vision dreams become a reality, and it was even better than our dreams! She was also very skilled at sticking to our budget and finding deals along the way. We also worked with Carly during the planning process, who was amazing and so talented as well! We just think the world of Nicolette, and would highly recommend her to any family member, friend, or stranger!!! A huge thank you to Sparkling Soirees for all that you do

Nicolette and Sparkling Soirées is worth the monetary investment. She clearly had an eye for all things “wedding” and was truly a professional among professionals. She doesn’t miss a beat and assured us every step of the way. She was willing to fight for us with the other vendors and venue and that was more important than we could have ever thought. 

She was very communicative and always willing to hear out what we were thinking. Everything went smoothly the weekend of our wedding.

We would like to thank Nicolette Tedesco for everything she did to make our daughter’s wedding perfect. From creating a plan and a budget to being our negotiation partner and managing all of the many details to make beautiful lifetime memories and fulfilling our dreams. She had the energy to work with us late into the night to get everything into our car after the event. Nicolette was amazing orchestrating the wedding and the reception… the ultimate professional. She possesses the rare confident combination of being assertive and sweet and that is not an easy task.

Lastly, kudos to her lovely associate Ally. Sparkling soirees was exactly what we needed for our wedding. Our day of coordinator Carly made the planning process a breeze. Each meeting with her we were reassured on our doubts and met with advice, tips, and guidance. She left us feeling confident our wedding would go off without an issue. The day of our wedding Carly and her team were with us every step of the way. She seamlessly received our many vendors and kept us on time without the day feeling overly organized or unnatural. She made sure we enjoyed every minute of our day. She and her team beautifully decorated our event space with the materials we provided and brought our vision to life. I’m so glad I went with Sparkling Soirées as my day of coordinator. We’re especially thankful for Carly who helped with the logistics leading up to the big day as well as handled everything on the day of so seamlessly and made sure we had everything we needed. Carly made us feel super supported and at ease the entire day because we just knew she had everything under control. Carly and her team are true professionals and are amazing at what they do. One moment that will always stick with me is Carly coming up to me during the Reception to ask if I packed a second Reception dress (which I had forgotten about lol) because she noticed a second dress in my bridal suite. She asked me if I wanted to change into it and try to get some photos in it before my photographer and videographer left. I’m so glad she checked in with me about it because I ended up loving wearing my second dress (which was shorter and more comfortable to dance in) and she even found my white sunglasses that I had intended on wearing during the Reception lol! Needless to say, Carly and her team were always one step ahead of things and made the wedding day go 1000x smoother! I highly recommend Sparkling Soirées and Carly in particular! They are truly the best!

We had the BEST experience with Sparkling Soirees. Nicolette and her team went so above and beyond in helping our special day run so smoothly! From the first meeting we had, we knew we were in good hands. They worked with our short timeline and for an event that can sometimes feel stressful, made planning our special day so smooth!
The day of our wedding, Nicolette handled literally every detail. I never had to think about vendors or if things were running smoothly, she and her team had it handled! I was able to be so present and enjoy every moment. Everyone was coming up to us all night and commenting on how much fun they were having, giving us props on planning such a beautiful event on such a short timeline, and how smoothly it was going. ALL props to Sparkling Soirees!

Nicolette and her incredible team put love and care into every detail of our wedding. Every step of the way we felt taken care of and that the details were customized so we could have the wedding of our dreams. The day of, when Nicolette realized the alterations on my dress were accidentally left finished by the tailor, she got out a thread and needle herself and sewed the entire under skirt of the dress. This was one of many examples that shows the lengths that the team goes to make sure that the day is seamless and I didn’t even know that there was an issue with the dress until it was magically resolved by Nicolette and her incredible team. We could not have more positive things to say, and recommend Sparkling Soirées to all of our family and friends!
