#2 Choose your Bar Package
All alcohol must be ordered through Fete The Venue.
We offer flexible bar pricing per person for 4, 5, or 6 hours.
#3 Choose your Caterer
You will choose a caterer from our preferred catering options, listed on our website.
Your catering costs will be separate and arranged with the caterer directly.
Linens, napkins, plates, silverware, and glassware will be rented separately through one of our preferred caterers.
Schedule a Tour
We have several tour options either during the week or on Saturdays, as long as there is no prior event.
We are closed on Sundays.
Find your Vendors
We do allow you to bring in your own insured vendors (ie: DJ, photographer, photo booth etc..).
We do require each vendor to provide a Certificate of Insurance, which will be arranged with our venue assistant once booked.
Book an Event Planner/Coordinator
We do require a professional, licensed, insured, event planner/coordinator, a minimum of 30 days prior to your booked event date.
The event planner/coordinator cannot be a guest at the event.
They are required to represent the client for the overall execution of the event.
The event planner/coordinator must be on site from the start of venue access time, through the close of the venue after all vendors are torn down/cleaned up.
