History
Armand Jay Mastroianni (“Jay”) created his catering enterprise from a love of food, family and fun. He started as a milkman and moved on to owning 37 catering trucks that served Greater Orange County. His family of five have spent the last 50 years carrying on his vision of providing fresh, great-tasting food at reasonable prices.
