Best decision we made for our wedding!

As a wedding photographer, I've worked with many planners over the years, and I know firsthand how crucial a great planner is to the success of a wedding. When I first worked with Nicolette, I was immediately impressed by how organized, supportive, and professional she was. In fact, I was so blown away by her attention to detail and her ability to manage the entire vendor team that I knew I had to hire her for my own wedding someday. And I’m so glad I did!

Before we even officially booked our venue (Morgan Estate), Nicolette was already by my side. She reviewed the venue’s contract before we signed and caught several errors that could have caused big...

When I first worked with Nicolette, I was immediately impressed by how organized, supportive, and professional she was. In fact, I was so blown away by her attention to detail and her ability to manage the entire vendor team that I knew I had to hire her for my own wedding someday. And I’m so glad I did!

Before we even officially booked our venue (Morgan Estate), Nicolette was already by my side. She reviewed the venue’s contract before we signed and caught several errors that could have caused big issues down the line. She helped us negotiate terms and made sure we were set up for success from the very beginning. From the moment she came on board, I knew we were in good hands.

On top of that, Nicolette provided invaluable support throughout the entire planning process. She worked tirelessly to make sure every detail was covered—from managing communication with vendors to making sure we got exactly what we wanted. She helped with the design and layout of both our ceremony and reception spaces, from the silverware to the linens, and every little detail in between. I was constantly amazed by how thorough and thoughtful she was in every decision.

When our wedding day finally arrived, Nicolette and her team were absolutely flawless. There were a few "fires" she had to put out behind the scenes, but I had no idea until weeks later—she kept everything running smoothly and never let anything disrupt our day. Her team was incredibly professional, but also so much fun! Our guests kept commenting on how on top of things they were and how seamless everything felt.

Nicolette and her team also made sure we were well taken care of throughout the entire event. We never had an empty drink in hand, and when it was time to hit the dance floor, they made sure we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves, without a single worry. It felt like we had a personal concierge for the whole day!

Nicolette is truly a planner who goes above and beyond for her clients. She's not just there to execute a plan, she’s there to make sure you have the best experience possible. She is bubbly, organized, and has an incredible ability to support both the couple and the entire vendor team. I honestly can’t imagine having a more perfect day without her.

Best decision we made for our wedding! If you’re looking for a planner who will treat you like family, bring your wedding vision to life, and handle everything with grace and professionalism, I can’t recommend Nicolette and her team highly enough. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of, and we owe so much of that to her.

Nicolette and the team at Sparkling Soirees made our wedding dreams come true. I still can't imagine how we would've pulled it off let alone SO smoothly if they weren't around to help guide us from day 1 to the big day. It ended up drizzling during our ceremony and she was able to flip our entire reception from outdoor to indoor. Nicolette & her team made a complicated event flawless

Nicolette is a delight to work with! I was a pretty hands-on bride with a very specific vision. I did partial planning with her and got extra support on the day of since we were doing a park wedding with separate reception at a restaurant. Our logistics for doing this with a 180 person wedding weren't easy, but Nicolette guided us through the process and executed the day flawlessly. She managed multiple vendors and a tight timeline so that we got to enjoy a beautiful day without a hitch, even when small inevitable hiccups did come up. There are a lot of things in the wedding industry you have to accept are going to feel over-priced, but Nicolette was by far the best value vendor. I highly recommend her and her supportive and professional team!

The Only Wedding Planner I would Hire!!

Nicolette is amazing!! If I could hire her to do other events I would!! She made planning my wedding a breeze and it was absolutely perfect!! She was always available to answer any of my questions via text and email. She was also great at suggesting any kind of vendor if you needed any for your big day!! We used Nicolette as a day of coordinator for our wedding. We payed an extra fee to meet with her beforehand and plan out the entire day. She was so accommodating and has such a bubbly personality! Not only did she manage to keep everything going smoothly but she managed to totally obliterate my stress levels the day of and make every guest she encountered want to be her bff (bride and groom included) while at the same time directing them to where they were supposed to be. Nicolette is amazing and the reason our wedding was a flawless gorgeous event. After touring a few different venues, we met Nicolette at a property where she showed us around. We were not the biggest fan of that venue but then she recommended Casa Romantica because she thought it would be a good fit with what we said we were looking for and she was dead on. Throughout the entire process Nicolette went above and beyond to help us through the process. Fairy God Mother

Nicolette and her team were FANTASTIC! I am so bummed we only had Nicolette for the week and day of our wedding. If I had found her sooner I would have had a completely stress free wedding planning experience! If you are looking for a wedding planner or day of coordinator that will give you a wedding day where you can 100% relax and enjoy the day...look no further. Nicolette was my fairy god mother. October 2024 Wedding Mother of the Bride review

The Sparkling Soirées team was incredible to work with from beginning to end. My daughter and now-son-in-law had a specific vision for their destination wedding and Sparkling Soirées not only brought their dream to life, but did it with such positive energy that everyone who attended the wedding could feel it. Carly and Ally managed the entire wedding weekend - full of several events - and kept everything running so smoothly that the bride and groom (and our whole family) could just relax and enjoy every moment. All of the events were designed beautifully, and Carly and Ally made sure every detail was perfect on the day of. Untraditional, timeless & moody

The Sparkling Soirées team was lovely to work with from beginning to end! My husband and I had a few non-traditional ideas that we wanted to pair with a timeless vision. Nicolette not only found us the perfect venue and vendors to bring our dream wedding to life, but she and her team truly delivered a magical setting with so many custom details. Phenomenal

Prior to meeting Nicolette we were very early in our wedding planning so we weren’t going to commit to a wedding planner yet. Prior to meeting Nicolette we were very early in our wedding planning so we weren’t going to commit to a wedding planner yet. However, the moment Nick and I met her we knew she would be the perfect wedding planner for us. She was somehow even more excited for our wedding than we were, which made us look so much more forward to the whole planning process. We knew we could trust her with our ideas, vision, and budget. Every step of the way she and her team were highly detailed and organized, something I know I would not have been good at on our own. We looked forward to each and every one of our meetings with her because they were fun and gave us a good idea of how to make our vision come to life. Fast forward to our wedding day, everything went so perfectly and it was literally the best wedding we could have ever imagined. Every one of the creative touches Nicolette helped us add turned out so beautiful and made our wedding unique. We recommend Sparkling Soirees to all of our friends getting married because they want your wedding to be perfect just as much as their clients do.

Don't look elsewhere -- Sparkling Soirees is the best!

We first had the good fortune of meeting Nicolette & The Sparkling Soirées Team as a part of our friends’ bridal party. It was the best wedding we had ever attended, and it was incredible to see Nicolette’s meticulous execution through the night. Friends and family would constantly ask us how we were coping with the stress of wedding planning, but frankly, it was pretty easy thanks to Nicolette. Importantly, Nicolette has always been a great listener and is careful to use her experience to help us augment and fulfill our vision rather than impose something different or unwanted. She and the team have an unrelenting energy, passion, and positivity for what they do, and they are creative, kind, thoughtful, organized, versatile (e.g., budget, location, culture, etc.), and will do whatever it takes to execute on the vision. Nicolette and her Team’s impact extended beyond bride and groom — we had so many guests share the following the day after: (i) it was a beautiful wedding and we had a great time, (ii) your wedding planner is awesome, and (iii) can we get her number? Selfishly, we want to keep her all to ourselves, but feel it’s only right that others get to experience the Nicolette & Sparkling Soirées show, which is why we are writing this review. One of the best things Carly did was work with us to create a detailed wedding day timeline. She took into account every little thing—from hair and makeup appointments to the timing of the ceremony and reception—to ensure the day flowed seamlessly. Carly walked us through the entire schedule and made sure we were comfortable with it. She was incredibly thorough in checking with each vendor to make sure they knew their role and the timing. Carly also brought up details that I would have never even thought of to make sure that they were taken care of day of!
On the day of the wedding, Carly and her team were absolutely incredible, taking care of everything behind the scenes, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Carly made sure all vendors arrived on time, handled any last-minute changes, and kept everything running smoothly. She checked in with us frequently to ensure we were happy and had everything we needed, all while ensuring that the timeline was followed to perfection.
What stood out to us most was how calm and collected Carly remained throughout the day. Her leadership and attention to detail meant that everything ran without a hitch. The ceremony, reception, and every transition between the two were flawless. Thanks to Carly, we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment of our wedding day without any stress.
