If you are looking for a wedding planner who is the most organized, kind, reassuring, and fun person you will know, then Nicolette is your girl!!! My husband, family, and I absolutely loved working with Nicolette! She made wedding planning so fun and not stressful, because we always knew that she was on top of it and had our backs. Nicolette is amazing at juggling the ins and outs of wedding planning and while also being sensitive and aware of the stresses and overwhelming feelings that can come up throughout the process. She truly is a wedding planner and a friend. We are genuinely sad that our wedding is over and that we aren’t working with Nicolette anymore! She has excellent communication via e-mail, text, and Skype calls and is professional but also fun and positive. We were referred to Nicolette after my brother and sister-in-law worked with her for their wedding last year. We feel like she became a part of our family after getting to know her over the years! We always looked forward to our meetings with her, and would come out feeling like we had accomplished so much and could rest knowing that we were on-track with wedding planning. On the day of the wedding, Nicolette was incredibly prompt+to the schedule+fun when rallying the wedding party. She made sure that my husband and I got to eat all of the food and truly enjoy the party without feeling rushed around, which I so appreciated. She was also so good at helping to calm my worries and plan accordingly for rain that was forecasted for our wedding day. It ended up drizzling during our ceremony and she was able to flip our entire reception from outdoor to indoor. I always felt like Nicolette was on top of it so I never had to worry :) She made our wedding vision dreams become a reality, and it was even better than our dreams! She was also very skilled at sticking to our budget and finding deals along the way. We also worked with Carly during the planning process, who was amazing and so talented as well! We just think the world of Nicolette, and would highly recommend her to any family member, friend, or stranger!!! A huge thank you to Sparkling Soirees for all that you do -

We would like to thank Nicolette Tedesco for everything she did to make our daughter’s wedding perfect. From creating a plan and a budget to being our negotiation partner and managing all of the many details to make beautiful lifetime memories and fulfilling our dreams. She had the energy to work with us late into the night to get everything into our car after the event. Nicolette was amazing orchestrating the wedding and the reception… the ultimate professional. She possesses the rare confident combination of being assertive and sweet and that is not an easy task.
Lastly, kudos to her lovely associate Ally. It’s hard to match Nicolette's enthusiasm and energy level, but she did a great job. If you are looking for the best ever wedding planner who will pay attention to the 1,000 little details for your wedding ceremony and reception, look no further. Indescribably helpful!
Sparkling soirees was exactly what we needed for our wedding. Our day of coordinator Carly made the planning process a breeze. Each meeting with her we were reassured on our doubts and met with advice, tips, and guidance. She left us feeling confident our wedding would go off without an issue. The day of our wedding Carly and her team were with us every step of the way. She seamlessly received our many vendors and kept us on time without the day feeling overly organized or unnatural. She made sure we enjoyed every minute of our day. She and her team beautifully decorated our event space with the materials we provided and brought our vision to life. Our day wouldn’t have been the same without Carly and her team. Thank you :) -

Untraditional, timeless & moody
The Sparkling Soirées team was lovely to work with from beginning to end! My husband and I had a few non-traditional ideas that we wanted to pair with a timeless vision. Nicolette not only found us the perfect venue and vendors to bring our dream wedding to life, but she and her team truly delivered a magical setting with so many custom details. The team coordinated three days of events for our destination wedding and we can honestly say we had the best weekend of our lives. We’re so grateful for the Nicolette and the Sparkling Soirées team! -

As a wedding photographer, I've worked with many planners over the years, and I know firsthand how crucial a great planner is to the success of a wedding. When I first worked with Nicolette, I was immediately impressed by how organized, supportive, and professional she was. In fact, I was so blown away by her attention to detail and her ability to manage the entire vendor team that I knew I had to hire her for my own wedding someday. And I’m so glad I did!
Before we even officially booked our venue (Morgan Estate), Nicolette was already by my side. She reviewed the venue’s contract before we signed and caught several errors that could have caused big issues down the line. She helped us negotiate terms and made sure we were set up for success from the very beginning. From the moment she came on board, I knew we were in good hands.
On top of that, Nicolette provided invaluable support throughout the entire planning process. She worked tirelessly to make sure every detail was covered—from managing communication with vendors to making sure we got exactly what we wanted. She helped with the design and layout of both our ceremony and reception spaces, from the silverware to the linens, and every little detail in between. I was constantly amazed by how thorough and thoughtful she was in every decision.
When our wedding day finally arrived, Nicolette and her team were absolutely flawless. There were a few "fires" she had to put out behind the scenes, but I had no idea until weeks later—she kept everything running smoothly and never let anything disrupt our day. Her team was incredibly professional, but also so much fun! Our guests kept commenting on how on top of things they were and how seamless everything felt.
Nicolette and her team also made sure we were well taken care of throughout the entire event. We never had an empty drink in hand, and when it was time to hit the dance floor, they made sure we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves, without a single worry. It felt like we had a personal concierge for the whole day!
Nicolette is truly a planner who goes above and beyond for her clients. She's not just there to execute a plan, she’s there to make sure you have the best experience possible. She is bubbly, organized, and has an incredible ability to support both the couple and the entire vendor team. I honestly can’t imagine having a more perfect day without her.
Best decision we made for our wedding! If you’re looking for a planner who will treat you like family, bring your wedding vision to life, and handle everything with grace and professionalism, I can’t recommend Nicolette and her team highly enough. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of, and we owe so much of that to her.

Highly recommend working with Nicolette and Sparkling Soirees for full-service planning. Because of Nicolette, I enjoyed the whole wedding planning process and had the wedding of my dreams. I am Japanese American and wanted to incorporate some elements of my culture into the wedding. Nicolette did a beautiful job of bringing this concept to life. Also, she is very skilled in what she does: she is well connected and so her vendor recommendations were spot on, she walked me through every vendor contract so I had full transparency of the agreements, and she handled any challenge that came up with ease. If you want to look back on your wedding and have happy memories of the entire process, I recommend you work Sparkling Soirees. They truly love what they do and they will help you create the perfect day for you. -

Nicolette is the Best
Sparkling soirées is the best! Nicolette was always on top of everything. I hired her as a partial planner since I had already did some research on vendors I wanted, but she blew me away with making sure all the other details came together. She tried to keep me on budget, but I added more in the end. She is the kindest person and made my day so special. If something did go wrong that day, I had no clue. My wedding was beautiful and it was so nice not to have to stress about the timeline or getting the decor in the right place. She is amazing and I can rave about her for days! Nicolette is a delight to work with! I was a pretty hands-on bride with a very specific vision. I did partial planning with her and got extra support on the day of since we were doing a park wedding with separate reception at a restaurant. Our logistics for doing this with a 180 person wedding weren't easy, but Nicolette guided us through the process and executed the day flawlessly. She managed multiple vendors and a tight timeline so that we got to enjoy a beautiful day without a hitch, even when small inevitable hiccups did come up. There are a lot of things in the wedding industry you have to accept are going to feel over-priced, but Nicolette was by far the best value vendor. I highly recommend her and her supportive and professional team! -

No joke- the best wedding decision I made was hiring Nicolette & Team from Sparkling Soirees for my wedding day! I had some *interesting* circumstances with my wedding- specifically some lovely family awkwardness and also health issues. Nicolette handled it beautifully. If something went wrong I had no idea, and I still have no idea. The day was perfect and I couldn't have asked for anything better! I didn't have to worry about setting up the wedding with my decor, or the flow of the day, or even contacting my vendors with the schedule! The main thing here is that I didn't have to worry about a THING! It was the best gift and truly invaluable. My family and friends loved Nicolette and still talk about how great our wedding was even months later. She really listened to what I wanted and created the most perfect timeline for our day. She also had the best tips and tricks specifically for our venue and it was so helpful. Nicolette and her team are amazing!!
First of all, Nicolette is just the sweetest! She is so outgoing and easy to communicate with. We loved working with Nicolette and hired her for partial planning (we had already booked our venue and catering, and I already found a photographer/videographer). I was very busy working full time and getting my Master’s degree, and could not do all the research and planning on my own. Nicolette is very experienced and knows so many local vendors - she was SO helpful in helping us book the rest of our vendors while helping us stick to our budget as close as possible. She would send us a handful of different vendors for us to choose from which helped us feel like we were still part of the planning process. She listened to our visions and ideas, and she was also very honest about the process and all the pricing - she gave us great advice and answered all our questions. We just loved working with her so much!!!
Our wedding was magical and the day could not have gone more smoothly - all our vendors loved working with Nicolette and everything went as planned. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing on our wedding day and was able to enjoy myself. Nicolette is amazing!! If I could hire her to do other events I would!! She made planning my wedding a breeze and it was absolutely perfect!! She was always available to answer any of my questions via text and email. She was also great at suggesting any kind of vendor if you needed any for your big day!! She also goes through the whole process with you so you do not feel overwhelmed at all and enjoy planning your wedding. I definitely keep talking about Nicolette and her great work!! Our wedding went flawlessly and still to this day people have told me it was the best wedding they have ever been to and I strongly believe it’s because we chose them to guide us through each step. If you are looking for a wedding planner who will make you feel as though there's not a single thing going wrong when your hair dresser is 3 hours late, your dad has gone missing when it's time for family photos, and everyone has decided that they're bringing uninvited plus ones, then LOOK NO FURTHER! Seriously, your search is over. Book Nicolette like yesterday before it's too late! We booked Nicolette for month of coordination and our only regret is that we didn't book her for full planning! She went above and beyond the call of duty all while making me think there wasn't a single thing going wrong. She was ALWAYS available, even when she was vacationing in Thailand and I was hoping she wouldn't respond, she was on it! Seriously, they say brides don't eat the day of the wedding because of the stress and how busy you are but, I had no problem chowing down on the best food El Adobe had to offer because I was confident Nicolette could handle everything that was coming her way. Her timeline was immaculate and accounted for the tardiness of not only my family but my hair dresser! She even offered to go out, buy curlers, and curl my hair for me if my hair dresser didn't show. Not only did she manage to keep everything going smoothly but she managed to totally obliterate my stress levels the day of and make every guest she encountered want to be her bff (bride and groom included) while at the same time directing them to where they were supposed to be. Honestly, I can't even begin to tell you how great my experience was because of her and her team. I just hope other couples can have as wonderful of an experience as we did by going with Sparkling Soirees! -

Nicolette is amazing and the reason our wedding was a flawless gorgeous event. After touring a few different venues, we met Nicolette at a property where she showed us around. We were not the biggest fan of that venue but then she recommended Casa Romantica because she thought it would be a good fit with what we said we were looking for and she was dead on. Throughout the entire process Nicolette went above and beyond to help us through the process. She handled all of the extra forms our venue required, remained in contact with all of our vendors and made sure that everything was worry free for us leading up to the event. On the day of, it was cloudy with a high probability of rain...Nicolette handled everything from moving our ceremony from outside to inside to back outside while monitoring the set up process of every other vendor. The entire wedding timeline ran on time (when does that ever happen?!) and she made sure that every little thing was in place. We did not have a worry on our wedding day and we attribute it to Nicolette being absolutely incredible. Working with Sparkling Soirees will be the best decision of this entire process! - J & O (...and it did rain, immediately after our ceremony once everyone had moved inside for cocktails!) -
