  Say Yes to Sparkling Soirees!

  Highly recommend working with Nicolette and Sparkling Soirees for full-service planning. Because of Nicolette, I enjoyed the whole wedding planning process and had the wedding of my dreams. I am Japanese American and wanted to incorporate some elements of my culture into the wedding. Nicolette did a beautiful job of bringing this concept to life. Also, she is very skilled in what she does: she is well connected and so her vendor recommendations were spot on, she walked me through every vendor contract so I had full transparency of the agreements, and she handled any challenge that came up with ease. If you want to look back on your wedding and have happy memories of the entire process, I recommend you work Sparkling Soirees. They truly love what they do and they will help you create the perfect day for you.

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Carly and her team at Sparkling Soirees! From the moment we hired Carly as our wedding coordinator, she became a true partner in bringing our vision to life. Her attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and calming presence made all the difference in our planning process and on the big day.
  Months before the wedding, Carly took the lead in communicating with all of our vendors, ensuring they were on the same page and that every detail was covered. She was in constant contact with our florist, photographer, venue, band, and others to confirm arrangements and iron out any potential issues before they arose. Carly even helped us select vendors that fit our style and budget, which was an enormous help.
  One of the best things Carly did was work with us to create a detailed wedding day timeline. She took into account every little thing—from hair and makeup appointments to the timing of the ceremony and reception—to ensure the day flowed seamlessly. Carly walked us through the entire schedule and made sure we were comfortable with it. She was incredibly thorough in checking with each vendor to make sure they knew their role and the timing. Carly also brought up details that I would have never even thought of to make sure that they were taken care of day of!
  On the day of the wedding, Carly and her team were absolutely incredible, taking care of everything behind the scenes, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Carly made sure all vendors arrived on time, handled any last-minute changes, and kept everything running smoothly. She checked in with us frequently to ensure we were happy and had everything we needed, all while ensuring that the timeline was followed to perfection.
  What stood out to us most was how calm and collected Carly remained throughout the day. Her leadership and attention to detail meant that everything ran without a hitch.   Amazing experience

  We worked directly with Carly, and had an amazing experience. She was super responsive leading up to the wedding and made us feel so comfortable from our first meeting.

  Nicolette & her team made a complicated event flawless

  Nicolette is a delight to work with! I was a pretty hands-on bride with a very specific vision. I did partial planning with her and got extra support on the day of since we were doing a park wedding with separate reception at a restaurant. Our logistics for doing this with a 180 person wedding weren't easy, but Nicolette guided us through the process and executed the day flawlessly. She managed multiple vendors and a tight timeline so that we got to enjoy a beautiful day without a hitch, even when small inevitable hiccups did come up. There are a lot of things in the wedding industry you have to accept are going to feel over-priced, but Nicolette was by far the best value vendor. I highly recommend her and her supportive and professional team!

  Absolutely Amazing!!!

  Hiring Sparkling Soirees was one of the best decisions I made when wedding planning. Carly was so amazing from beginning and all the way to the end. She handled all vendor communication towards the end so it left a nice breather for me. She ran rehearsal so smoothly and everyone knew how and where to be. She is literally the nicest person and you can tell she not only loves her job but she is amazing at it. Both Carly and Alli ran everything so perfectly on the wedding day, from setup/tear down, to helping bustle my dress and even putting my hair pin back in my hair. I absolutely loved that they also signed our guest book! You will not regret hiring these wonderful ladies. Thank you both so much for helping my day be even more special :')

  Nicolette is the Best

  Sparkling soirées is the best! Nicolette was always on top of everything. I hired her as a partial planner since I had already did some research on vendors I wanted, but she blew me away with making sure all the other details came together. She tried to keep me on budget, but I added more in the end. She is the kindest person and made my day so special. If something did go wrong that day, I had no clue. My wedding was beautiful and it was so nice not to have to stress about the timeline or getting the decor in the right place. She is amazing and I can rave about her for days!   The Best Wedding Decision I Made- Other than Marrying my Husband :)

  No joke- the best wedding decision I made was hiring Nicolette & Team from Sparkling Soirees for my wedding day! I had some *interesting* circumstances with my wedding- specifically some lovely family awkwardness and also health issues. Nicolette handled it beautifully. If something went wrong I had no idea, and I still have no idea. The day was perfect and I couldn't have asked for anything better! I didn't have to worry about setting up the wedding with my decor, or the flow of the day, or even contacting my vendors with the schedule! We loved working with Nicolette and hired her for partial planning (we had already booked our venue and catering, and I already found a photographer/videographer). I was very busy working full time and getting my Master’s degree, and could not do all the research and planning on my own. Nicolette is very experienced and knows so many local vendors - she was SO helpful in helping us book the rest of our vendors while helping us stick to our budget as close as possible. She would send us a handful of different vendors for us to choose from which helped us feel like we were still part of the planning process. She listened to our visions and ideas, and she was also very honest about the process and all the pricing - she gave us great advice and answered all our questions. We just loved working with her so much!!!
  
  Our wedding was magical and the day could not have gone more smoothly - all our vendors loved working with Nicolette and everything went as planned.   We had the most incredible wedding thanks to Nicolette and the Sparkling Soirees team. Our wedding went flawlessly and still to this day people have told me it was the best wedding they have ever been to and I strongly believe it’s because we chose them to guide us through each step. They made sure everything went smoothly from the beginning to the end. I am so in awe of them and you will be so overjoyed if you work with them. Beyond grateful for all of the hard work and attentive to details that went into planning my husband and I’s wedding and the best decision was hiring Nicolette and the Sparkling Soirees team for our special day!

  The Only Wedding Planner I would Hire!!

  Nicolette is amazing!! If I could hire her to do other events I would!! She made planning my wedding a breeze and it was absolutely perfect!! She was always available to answer any of my questions via text and email. She was also great at suggesting any kind of vendor if you needed any for your big day!! She also goes through the whole process with you so you do not feel overwhelmed at all and enjoy planning your wedding. I definitely keep talking about Nicolette and her great work!! You need to hire her for your big day with no hesitation, She does not. disappoint!!

  10/10 Would Recommend!

  I wish my husband and I could give Nicolette and Sparkling Soirees 10 stars for the service and attentiveness they gave. We met Nicolette through our venue (Fete the Venue in Costa Mesa). It was important to us that our Wedding Coordinator knew our venue space and would have our back throughout the planning process.
  
  Nicolette was always there to support us, especially through the tough experience of postponing our wedding due to COVID. She was understanding and empathetic as we sorted through these unprecedented circumstances. She was always organized and prepared to make sure we were prioritizing the most important things in the months leading up to our big day.
  
  On our wedding day, she and Brady kept us on track, while making sure my husband and I had special moments together to soak it all in.   I wish my husband and I could give Nicolette and Sparkling Soirees 10 stars for the service and attentiveness they gave. We met Nicolette through our venue (Fete the Venue in Costa Mesa). It was important to us that our Wedding Coordinator knew our venue space and would have our back throughout the planning process.
  
  Nicolette was always there to support us, especially through the tough experience of postponing our wedding due to COVID. She was understanding and empathetic as we sorted through these unprecedented circumstances. She was always organized and prepared to make sure we were prioritizing the most important things in the months leading up to our big day.
  
  On our wedding day, she and Brady kept us on track, while making sure my husband and I had special moments together to soak it all in.   Hiring sparkling soirées was the best decision we made for our wedding. She handled everything and made sure everything ran smoothly.   Nicolette was by far the best "purchase" I made for my wedding. She was incredibly responsive, detail oriented, and helpful throughout our entire process. Thankfully, Nicolette of Sparkling Soirees is always miles ahead to help you plan your big day! I was the first of my friends to get married, so I didn't have any clue what I needed to do leading up to the wedding. Nicolette was able to guide my wife and I with all steps of the process: from engagement photos and venue selections, all the way through the morning after the wedding itself and beyond. On our wedding day, she went above and beyond to make sure the day was special. Aside from being a true professional, Nicolette has a wonderful personality. She and my wife hit it off when she coordinated my brother-in-law's wedding. That night, we realized we had to have her as part of our big day. That was a good idea.

  If you are looking for a wedding planner who will make you feel as though there's not a single thing going wrong when your hair dresser is 3 hours late, your dad has gone missing when it's time for family photos, and everyone has decided that they're bringing uninvited plus ones, then LOOK NO FURTHER! Seriously, your search is over. Book Nicolette like yesterday before it's too late! We booked Nicolette for month of coordination and our only regret is that we didn't book her for full planning! She went above and beyond the call of duty all while making me think there wasn't a single thing going wrong. She was ALWAYS available, even when she was vacationing in Thailand and I was hoping she wouldn't respond, she was on it! Seriously, they say brides don't eat the day of the wedding because of the stress and how busy you are but, I had no problem chowing down on the best food El Adobe had to offer because I was confident Nicolette could handle everything that was coming her way. Her timeline was immaculate and accounted for the tardiness of not only my family but my hair dresser! She even offered to go out, buy curlers, and curl my hair for me if my hair dresser didn't show. Not only did she manage to keep everything going smoothly but she managed to totally obliterate my stress levels the day of and make every guest she encountered want to be her bff (bride and groom included) while at the same time directing them to where they were supposed to be. Honestly, I can't even begin to tell you how great my experience was because of her and her team. I just hope other couples can have as wonderful of an experience as we did by going with Sparkling Soirees!
