We genuinely could not have imagined creating the most wonderful day of our lives without our wedding planner. From the moment we started working with her, she exceeded every expectation we had.

What makes her so incredible is that she brings so much more than just wedding day coordination. She has incredible insight, is extremely knowledgeable, and somehow always knows exactly what needs to happen next. She was one of the most calming and reassuring people throughout our entire wedding planning process. Whenever we had a question or weren’t sure about something, she had a detailed, thoughtful answer that immediately made us feel more confident. She created such a stress free atmosphere, which is priceless when you’re planning a wedding.

One thing that helped us tremendously was her detailed checklist of everything we needed to have ready for the wedding. It helped us stay organized, stay on track, and make sure we didn’t forget the countless little things that go into a wedding. For many of us, this is our first time planning a wedding, and there are so many things you simply don’t know to think about until someone with experience points them out. Her insight and guidance throughout the entire process was truly priceless.

Leading up to the wedding, she kept us on track and helped make sure nothing fell through the cracks. She was always professional, responsive, organized, and genuinely cared about making our day special. On the wedding day itself, she was an absolute wedding pro. She managed the timeline flawlessly, worked seamlessly with all of our vendors, and took care of so many little details that we never even had to think about them. She also went above and beyond with all of our DIY details. She helped set everything up beautifully and made sure all of the little personal touches we had envisioned actually came together. She even helped us rehearse and taught us how to do a dip for our first dance! 😂 Those are the kinds of personal touches that really showed us how much she cared.

She also provided complimentary items that made our wedding look even more beautiful, and she had rental items available that we were able to add to our day. The amount of value she provides is honestly incredible, especially considering how reasonable her prices are.

But more than anything, she genuinely cares. She wants your wedding to be amazing, and you can feel that in everything she does. She doesn’t just show up on the wedding day. She invests in you, your vision, and your experience from beginning to end.

From the planning process to the wedding day, she was organized, attentive, responsive, and somehow always one step ahead of us. Any time I started to feel overwhelmed or had a “bridal crisis,” Claudia was there to calm me down and immediately find a solution.

Claudia made it so easy for us to plan our wedding. Because we were from out of state, there were going to be some difficulties with planning but she did so well to make sure we were on top of things.

Her services went above and beyond in my opinion. We hired Claudia about 8 months before our wedding. She started us off by creating a detailed timeline for the planning and did frequent checks to make sure we were still in the right direction. As the wedding date got closer, Claudia would reach out and make sure we were finishing things on time. We never had any trouble contacting her and she was always on top of answering our questions.

The day of our wedding went sooo smoothly, I really have to thank Claudia again. Any issues or concerns that came up, Claudia was quick to let us know and give us options. For any additional requests we had, Claudia was able to accommodate and talk to our vendors for us.

We are beyond grateful that we had Claudia and her team coordinating our wedding day. From our very first email exchange, I knew Claudia would be the perfect fit for us. She mentioned that she had worked at our venue before and had even lived nearby, which immediately gave us confidence in her experience.
We booked her about a year before our wedding, and throughout the planning process she checked in with helpful guidance on what we should be focusing on at each stage of our timeline. She provided a list of vendors we would need and recommended several trusted vendors she regularly works with. We ended up booking the florist she recommended, and they did an incredible job bringing our vision to life.
Claudia was professional, organized, and incredibly thorough in every conversation we had. She was also amazingly responsive to texts and emails, which made the planning process so much less stressful. When she noticed how much we loved the rattan chargers but didn't want to pay the catering company's rental price, she sent us recommendations for similar ones we could purchase ourselves at a much more budget-friendly price.
As the wedding approached, she reached out to all of our vendors to coordinate setup, start, and end times, and she gathered all of the insurance documentation required by our venue, something I was so thankful I didn't have to worry about myself.
Claudia was also incredibly helpful during our rehearsal, making sure we felt comfortable and confident with the ceremony processional. She even helped our first-time officiant (my husband’s brother) by suggesting a few cues for his script and sharing microphone tips that made a huge difference, details we never would have thought of on our own.
On the wedding day, our live musicians had a misunderstanding about where they were supposed to perform. Claudia stepped in immediately, ensured they honored the terms of their contract, and resolved the issue without us ever needing to get involved.
Her expertise and experience truly showed in every aspect of the wedding, and they played such an important role in making the day run so smoothly. Beyond that, Claudia was simply a joy to work with. She made us feel genuinely cared for, and it was clear that she wanted our wedding to be as perfect as we did.

Hiring Claudia was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We booked her coordination package, which had us connecting with her starting about 3 months out. From the start she was incredibly responsive, detail-oriented, and organized. One reason we chose her was her prior experience working at our venue (Casino San Clemente), and it really showed. She knew all the ins and outs, and had great recommendations for what would work well (and what wouldn’t). She put together our timeline, coordinated with all vendors on delivery, pickup, and cleanup, did a venue walkthrough with us, and held multiple meetings to talk through our vision. Claudia was super helpful when certain vendors were slow to respond or missing documentation, handling it all without us having to stress. She always had an answer for our random and specific questions. On the day of, she was on top of everything, kept the whole event running smoothly and on schedule, and made sure we were comfortable and fed — she even had flip flops on hand for the bride. We are so grateful for Claudia and couldn't imagine doing it without her. We can’t recommend her enough.

Claudia worked really hard with us for over a year in order to make our special day the
best it could be. She really went above and beyond to bring our “Bridgerton”-inspired
wedding idea to life with a modern twist. As working professionals with demanding jobs,
Claudia was our wedding best-friend who was always there to answer any questions
about the process and details. With her wealth of knowledge and experience, she
helped us become more and more confident with each passing month that we made the
right decision to have her as our partial planner. Her relationship with other vendors
shined brightly and she was able to connect us to the most appropriate professionals for
our vision. She gave us strong recommendations for our string quartet, DJ, flowers, and
cake. As we got closer to the wedding date, we reached out more frequently and she
answered us in a timely manner. Our friends and family had very high praise for
Claudia’s professionalism, personable and approachable demeanor on our wedding day
as many guests struggled to find the venue or had their own questions and didn’t want
to bother the bride/groom. Even after the wedding, she was still kind enough to answer
our questions about next steps such as name changes and how to send/complete legal
documents. Although we had an amazing day and are slightly relieved wedding
planning is over, we will greatly miss working with Claudia. She was someone we didn’t
know we needed but are so glad to have had the privilege to work with. We hope to
