One of the best decisions we made
Hiring Claudia was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We booked her coordination package, which had us connecting with her starting about 3 months out. From the start she was incredibly responsive, detail-oriented, and organized. One reason we chose her was her prior experience working at our venue (Casino San Clemente), and it really showed. She knew all the ins and outs, and had great recommendations for what would work well (and what wouldn’t). She put together our timeline, coordinated with all vendors on delivery, pickup, and cleanup, did a venue walkthrough with us, and held multiple meetings to talk through our vision. Claudia was super helpful when certain vendors were slow to respond or missing documentation, handling it all without us having to stress. She always had an answer for our random and specific questions. On the day of, she was on top of everything, kept the whole event running smoothly and on schedule, and made sure we were comfortable and fed — she even had flip flops on hand for the bride. We are so grateful for Claudia and couldn't imagine doing it without her. We can’t recommend her enough. -

Claudia was amazing from start to finish, she made sure our special day ran as smoothly as possible. Every one of our vendors raved about how organized and detailed her timeline was, many of them saying it was the best they’ve seen. I would highly recommend utilizing her for your big day you will not regret it!!

Claudia brought our vision to life!
Claudia worked really hard with us for over a year in order to make our special day the
best it could be. She really went above and beyond to bring our “Bridgerton”-inspired
wedding idea to life with a modern twist. As working professionals with demanding jobs,
Claudia was our wedding best-friend who was always there to answer any questions
about the process and details. With her wealth of knowledge and experience, she
helped us become more and more confident with each passing month that we made the
right decision to have her as our partial planner. Her relationship with other vendors
shined brightly and she was able to connect us to the most appropriate professionals for
our vision. She gave us strong recommendations for our string quartet, DJ, flowers, and
cake. As we got closer to the wedding date, we reached out more frequently and she
answered us in a timely manner. Our friends and family had very high praise for
Claudia’s professionalism, personable and approachable demeanor on our wedding day
as many guests struggled to find the venue or had their own questions and didn’t want
to bother the bride/groom. Even after the wedding, she was still kind enough to answer
our questions about next steps such as name changes and how to send/complete legal
documents. Although we had an amazing day and are slightly relieved wedding
planning is over, we will greatly miss working with Claudia. She was someone we didn’t
know we needed but are so glad to have had the privilege to work with. We hope to
continue having her as a great friend in the future. Thank you for helping us have the
best day ever! -

The Most Incredible Wedding Coordinator
Claudia is truly incredible. From the moment I booked her, she made me feel completely supported and cared for, always checking in and thinking of every detail—big and small—that I didn’t even realize I needed. On our wedding day, I was completely in awe of how smoothly everything went. Her attention to design, precision, and communication made the day feel effortless and “chill,” even amid all the excitement. She handled every situation with such grace, and thanks to her, our wedding looked absolutely stunning—more beautiful than I ever imagined. Claudia is not only organized and professional, but also kind, fun, and genuinely cares about making your day perfect. I will be forever grateful for everything she did, and I would recommend her a million times over. She is simply the best.

Claudia is THE best around
Claudia is worth more than her weight in gold. As someone who DIYed a lot of wedding decorations, she made the process incredibly smooth. Our wedding went off without a hitch! She is extremely available, a quick responder, very knowledgeable, and extremely organized. I was worried about our wedding budget, but looking back, for Claudia's help, my husband and I would spared no expense. She truly is THE best. Thank You Claudia!!! -

Most magical wedding

Wedding Review
Claudia is the best coordinator that I could have asked for!! She planned my wedding in June of 2025, as the day of coordinator. From the get go, she reached out and planned months before the wedding to ask me for my vision of the wedding. Later, when time was right, she communicated to the venue for me, and reached out to vendors so that I wouldn’t have to worry about a thing. Even when I had a million questions, she reassured me and pointed me with answers! She planned everything so well and perfectly that I had no stress the day of with the logistics!! She is so organized with everything listed down to the T, and well known with other venue coordinators for how well she executes her events! She really is a professional expertise and I would 100% inexplicably recommend her to anyone planning an event!! No regrets, you will want to hire her to take care of you!!! -

Amazing Coordinator!
5 stars definitely does not represent how well of a job Claudia did for us on our wedding this past weekend. Not only did she have everything running smoothly on the day-of, she was so patient with last minute adjustments and even day-of adjustments it didn’t even feel like anything went not-as-planned. Claudia gave very thorough instruction on almost any questions that we had leading up to the wedding and was able to even help us save money by giving advice/suggestions, such as: we don’t really need to pay for extra lighting, typically the venue provides discounts under XXX circumstances, timing for YYY is usually longer than expected, etc. We felt so comfortable going to Claudia for advice and you could tell she actually read the contracts and was so detail attentive. She noticed certain mistakes that we or the venue/vendors made, and it just helped keep stress levels down as we got closer to the wedding. If you want a smooth wedding, use Claudia! -

Excellent Coordinator
We hired Claudia as a day of planner. She was super responsive and attentive since they day we hired her. She gave us many recommendations for vendors we ended up using and were super happy with. Many of our vendors let me know that Claudia was in communication with them and they were all aware of the timeline Claudia prepared. On wedding day, we barely saw Claudia (which I assume means she was busy doing her job) but her assistant was there when we needed her and super helpful- I liked her a lot. -

Claudia is the BEST!
Claudia made our wedding on April 5th, 2025 at Ole Hanson Beach Club in San Clemente absolutely perfect! From start to finish, she made the whole planning process so smooth and stress-free. She totally got our vision and made sure every detail was handled perfectly on the day of the wedding. She made our welcome mirror sign, let us borrow bud vases that we used on our sweet heart and welcome table, and truly brought our vision to life. She gave me great vendor recommendations that I ended up using and had a great experience with.
On the day of, everything ran like clockwork — all thanks to Claudia. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing and got to just enjoy the moment. She’s super organized, calm, and genuinely cares about making your day special. We’re so grateful for everything she did and couldn’t recommend her more!

Book Claudia if you want your wedding day to be perfect!
Claudia and her team made our wedding day at Casino San Clemente on 3/23/25 a dream come true. From the very beginning she was so friendly and always readily available to answer my questions via email and text even though I only booked her as day-of coordinator. She made me feel like I was planning my wedding with a good friend. She never made me feel like a Type A bride even though I probably was, because she was always so calm. She gave so many good advice throughout the process and it just shows how much experience she has in this industry. She's also super organized which helped the planning process run extra smoothly. She offered to rent me a full-sized mirror and make vinyls with our initials on it for my wedding. She even offered to make individual reserved seating signs for my ceremony since I only had reserved row signs, which caught me off guard because she truly did not have to. If you work with her, just know that she will be 100% dedicated to helping you and be a joy to work with in the process.
On our wedding day, we did not have to worry about anything other than enjoying the day with my husband and our loved ones. Claudia took care of everything with grace. I'm so grateful we picked her as our coordinator, it was likely the best decision we've made with regards with our vendors. We highly recommend her if you're looking for someone to help your dream wedding come true! -

The best wedding coordinator. Period.
Claudia and CHill Celebrations made our wedding day at The Richland in Orange, CA in January 2025 absolutely perfect! From the moment we hired her, Claudia's communication was outstanding. She was always readily available via text, phone, email, and even scheduled regular in-person meetings to ensure we were all on the same page. Her responsiveness was truly impressive.
Beyond communication, Claudia's organization was truly a lifesaver. She thought of every little detail, anticipated potential issues, and kept everything running like clockwork. In fact, many of our other wedding vendors commented on how organized she was, which speaks volumes about her professionalism and expertise. It's clear that Claudia is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable in the wedding industry, and this experience shone through in every aspect of her work.

Claudia made our dream wedding come true!
Being a designer, I ended up turning into a bride with a very specific vision for our wedding day. Even so, I was unprepared for all the excruciatingly small yet big details that surround wedding planning. The person who helped all our DIY ideas, our jam-packed wedding timeline, and all our hopes and dreams for the day come together was Claudia. We hired Claudia as our day-of coordinator, but she was way more than that. She felt like our number one cheerleader who exchanged ideas/ suggestions with us months before the wedding. She was our most responsive and detailed vendor. We felt so safe and confident in her hands. She has an effortlessly warm yet confident presence that allows anyone, from Type A brides to chill-as-a-cucumber couples, to feel at ease.
On the day of our wedding, I felt incredibly calm because I knew Claudia had everything under control. One moment that stood out to me was Claudia decorating our sweetheart table with the bridesmaids’ bouquets. This was unplanned, but she quickly wove the bouquets in between some candles to make the table look more vibrant and full. Our reception photos ended up stunning thanks to this last-minute suggestion/change. Another moment was when Claudia talked to me before the ceremony began. She chatted with me and shared a pic of her own wedding dress that looked very similar to mine. It was a simple, playful moment, but it did wonders in helping me regulate my nerves and make me feel confident about walking down the aisle. All throughout our time with Claudia, she was professional, but she also felt like a good friend. Several guests noted how our wedding was the most beatiful and heartfelt wedding they had ever been to. I truly believe this was thanks to Claudia. I can’t recommend her enough. We will always remember her as someone who made our dreams come true. -

Claudia was so great! Would recommend!
Claudia was our day-of coordinator for our wedding this past week October 2024. Since the day we hired her in May she was super organized and responsive to all of my questions. As the day got closer, she help nail down final details and timeline and coordinated this with the rest of our vendors. On the day of the wedding she kept everything moving smoothly and even went above and beyond to get us an adorable welcome sign for our welcome table! We are so grateful for all of Claudia's hard work and would definitely recommend her services! -

Super awesome! Would Recommend
Claudia was nothing but patient, kind, and helpful throughout the whole wedding process.
She always responded to my emails and texts quickly and gave me a lot of advice about what to do during the planning while also communicating with the other vendors.
On the wedding day, she was super attentive and took charge of everything so that I could relax and actually enjoy my wedding instead of worrying about what was happening and my guests.

Couldn't imagine planning a wedding without Claudia!
Claudia is absolutely amazing at her job, which is to put us at complete ease during the planning process and the wedding day. She was responsive, straight to the point, organized, and extremely detail oriented. We never doubted that we made the right choice to get Claudia as our wedding coordinator. The big day went by without a hitch thanks to her work, and I really can't (and don't dare to) imagine going through the day without her. She even went above and beyond and did little things such as make special name cards for our parents at reception. Her passion and determination for her work is apparent. We couldn't recommend Claudia more! -

CHill Celebrations is great!!
Claudia went well above and beyond for us. We hired her as a coordinator for a wedding in May 2024 and she she knocked it out of the park! We were extremely impressed with her attention to detail and her calm demeanor. Our wedding went off without a hitch we know it was in no small part to Claudia's ability to wrangle all the various vendors. We highly recommend CHill Celebrations for wedding planning and coordination duties!

Absolutely the best!
We got married in March of 2024 at the Ebell Club of Santa Ana. We’re so lucky that someone as thoughtful and organized as Claudia Hill was our wedding coordinator. As a husband/wife duo who manage the execution of films and commercials for a living, we had high expectations for the coordinator of our own wedding. We’re glad to say that Claudia did not disappoint us once in the 9 months that we worked together! (Honestly, we were impressed since Day 1, when she shared with us that her past profession was in the Quality Assurance field.) Claudia was detail-oriented, punctual, and communicative the entire time. For a "day-of" wedding coordinator, she absolutely went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable wedding. We are so grateful to her and can’t recommend her enough for anyone who’s looking.-

Claudia is an amazing coordinator and you should hire her for your wedding
Claudia was a phenomenal month-of coordinator. She executed our vision with great detail and perfectly handled any curveballs that were thrown on the day-of. She understood what was important to us but also kept us grounded in what could be reasonably executed on the day of the wedding. Claudia did a great job at setting expectations for us - right from the beginning, she told us when she would be contacting us and what steps would need to be taken along the way. Claudia sent helpful reminders at the 1 month mark, 2 weeks mark, and 1 week mark that included checklists of things that needed to be done ahead of time.
Claudia had perfect attention to detail. We had very detailed instructions on how to set up all of our guest tables, table decor, sweetheart table, welcome table, etc. Claudia set things up perfectly. We decided not to have a wedding party, but she was still able to execute everything all by herself. We asked her to pack up our items as well and she was so detailed that every single item even went back into its original box in the form that we packed them, which was completely unnecessary, but simultaneously amazing. We had so much fun at our wedding that we forgot to take our own photos, but Claudia even had photos sent to us the day after.
Of all of our vendors, Claudia was one of the most detailed and responsive. Without her, our wedding would have been significantly more stressful. If we were to go back in time and do it again, we would hire Claudia without question. -

We Love Claudia!
We are so grateful for everything that Claudia did to ensure that our wedding went smoothly. Although we only had her for a day coordinator, she offered her expertise throughout our whole planning process. She set up meetings with us to plan our timeline, and even suggested ways to elevate our wedding. Claudia is very organized, adaptive, and flexible when it comes to setting up and planning our day. She quick to think on her feet. She is also a great hype woman. She really helped implement our vision to reality and we thankful for her. She went though all of our contracts to double check everything was set to go. If you are hesitant on getting a wedding coordinator, this is your sign to get one and book Claudia because she really takes a lot of stress out of your hands. No literally, you should book her. Highly Recommend
Our situation was a bit unusual. My son was getting married in Hawaii and having his reception a week later in OC at a restaurant we are building that was still under construction. This could have been a bit unsettling but Claudia was calm, prepared, efficient and professional coordinating our vendors, timeline, setup etc. She was proactive and even helped us get a partial refund from a vendor that had a bit of a hiccup. Thank you for handling everything so smoothly that we could enjoy the celebration. Mahalo Claudia! -

Claudia was so amazing to work with. Our first meeting with her was so helpful. She had great questions to really nail down what we wanted for our wedding. She kept in touch in the weeks leading up to our wedding and made a very detailed timeline.

Claudia went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was amazing! Even with hurricane Hillary happening (our wedding was on Sunday 9/20/23) she worked with our venue to make the day perfect. She was not only available to us the day of the wedding, but was also available to us throughout the entire process. We were able to reach out to her for advice on wedding ideas, and she had very helpful suggestions. Splendid job with mixed-culture wedding in California
Claudia was our wedding coordinator and did a splendid job keeping us on track with all our to-dos.
We brought her on board about a month before our wedding ceremony/reception and were nervous about getting everything done on time.
Even during our initial call, Claudia came prepared with information about Indian weddings and asked us very thoughtful questions.
Our wedding reception venue -- the Richard Nixon Library -- had extensive requirements for wedding coordinator and Claudia met all of those.
Despite this being Claudia's first Indian wedding, she went above and beyond to support us, and was prepared for every eventuality.
While keeping us on time for all our events, she was also very attentive to our needs and made sure my husband and I ate during all the occasions.

For my wedding I naively thought I could plan my own wedding and survive balancing a full time job. It was probably 2-3 months out before the wedding when I came clean to my husband that I couldn’t plan my wedding without a coordinator and let me tell you why. Planning a wedding or an event for 50+ people isn’t like planning a birthday party at a backyard. There’s SO much more itty bitty details that I didn’t even know existed to planning an event such as a wedding. But you know who had all the knowledge and resolutions? Claudia. Claudia was our super hero for the wedding. She’s so so so organized both mentally and physically. LISTS! She makes these wonderful lists that puts everything into order and honestly you don’t need to ask anything cause it’s that organized! She’s fast to respond to any, and I truly mean ANY, last minute changes and she’s a rockstar at it. Claudia is also so respectful. She knows how to make the whole event all about you and what you want. She doesn’t judge or ridicule your taste and she really listens to your ideas and incorporates it to the event, BUT I assure you she will twist it up a little so that it won’t be stressful or difficult for YOU. So basically you event everything you want without the stress.
Throughout our event, Claudia checked up on us numerous times. Drinks, more food, next plan of event she was on top of her game. I have heard many stories of the bride and groom unable to eat any of their wedding food, but let me tell you, my husband and I were able to eat everything off our plates without being disrupted.
We cannot stop raving about Claudia and so those all the members of my bridal party. Claudia was amazing and all my friends who will be getting married soon will be referred to Claudia! I suggest you catch a meeting with her! She’s trustworthy, very good at her job, and the most important she LOVES her job. -

Amazing Day of Coordinator!
We ended up hiring Claudia from a recommendation from the venue as we were clueless about needing one and we are glad we did. Despite hiring her a month and a half before the wedding, she did an amazing job at helping us out with our 50-person wedding and walking us through the whole process to ensure that our day would go smoothly. She was attentive and very accommodating to our needs and requests. Claudia provided us with lots of information and excel sheets consisting of timelines and contact information to help us organize the event. She did a great job of helping us ease the stress leading up to and during the wedding. Claudia did an excellent job coordinating with the vendors, performances, and scheduling. Before we even asked, she was already a step ahead of us in regard to where we wanted certain things. Claudia kept us on track and we loved having her as our Day of Coordinator. -

The expert touch we needed!
We were two months from our wedding when we realized that we were so overwhelmed and needed expert help with making our big day happen. Claudia was exactly what we needed. She has a calm demeanor, insider perspective on the industry, and impeccable organization skills. Working with her allowed my now husband and I to focus on ourselves and our loved ones during the wedding. As an anxious and perfectionist bride, I felt like I had to continue working on the wedding organizing process (like communicating with vendors on the timeline), but Claudia always kindly reminded me that that was her job and she was happy to do it. We would not have been able to pull off our wedding without Claudia’s help and wished we had brought her on our team from day one! -

Above and beyond
We are so grateful to have found Claudia to coordinate our wedding! We thought we could handle everything ourselves, but it turns out we needed help... it was super last minute when we booked Claudia and she really came through for us, she noticed things that we overlooked in vendor contracts and found last minute rentals, really went above and beyond the job of a day-off coordinator. Of course, everything on our wedding day was so organized and went smoothly, couldn't have done it without your help, thank you so much! -
