Love Like Crazy

This review is LONG overdue (our wedding was November 2025), but we truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Amy, Erica, Jamie, and the entire Love Like Crazy team! From the very beginning, Amy was quick to respond to my inquiry and immediately made me feel so comfortable and at ease. She was actually the first AND the last potential coordinator I spoke with because after talking to her I just knew I didn’t need to look any further. We booked her team for one-month/day-of coordination and our only regret is that we didn’t book them for full-service planning — they were THAT amazing.

We were so blessed to have Erica as our lead coordinator and from our very first meeting, she completely understood our vision. Erica is truly a force to be reckoned with in the absolute best way! She was as supportive and reassuring as an old friend while confidently taking the reins and handling everything with so much class. As we got closer to the wedding, she tied up all the remaining loose ends with our vendors, handled the details we hadn’t even thought of, and took such a huge weight off our shoulders. Being able to hand over all of that last minute coordination and know it was completely taken care of was priceless. We also had the absolute pleasure of working with Jamie on our wedding day and she was beyond kind and warm and overall wonderful. Without hesitation she jumped right in decorating, helping wherever she was needed, and working seamlessly alongside Erica. Such a powerful team. I genuinely have NO CLUE what we would have done without the two of them that day! Because of Erica and Jamie, we were actually able to sit back, relax, be present, and enjoy all of the little moments we had spent so much time dreaming about. Everyone tells you that your wedding day goes by in a flash, but thanks to the Love Like Crazy team, we remember ours as genuinely the best party we’ve ever been to. We got to be guests at our own wedding and that is such an incredible gift we get to cherish forever. We could not be more grateful to these wonderful ladies for everything they did to make our day so so SO special. They took care of us from beginning to end and gave us the freedom to very simply enjoy one of the happiest days of our lives.

If you’re considering booking Love Like Crazy, DO IT. And if you can, book them for full service because you will absolutely wish you had more time with them! We adore this team and would work with them again in a heartbeat. 🤍

Although Love Like Crazy is known for weddings, we hired Amy and her team for our daughter Gabriella’s Sweet 16, and they exceeded every expectation.

Amy was incredibly organized, creative, and responsive throughout the entire planning process. She guided us through timelines, décor, rentals, vendor coordination, and venue logistics, making every step feel easy and stress-free. She and her husband, James, are amazingly resourceful and have a true talent for bringing ideas to life.

On the day of the event, everything ran flawlessly. Amy coordinated every vendor, managed every detail behind the scenes, and allowed us to simply enjoy celebrating with our daughter. The event was absolutely beautiful, and we received countless compliments from our guests.

Our day was perfect!  Amy and James were so professional, detail oriented, friendly, caring and all the things we needed them to be for our big day.  Amy confirmed with all the vendors, was available whenever needed for questions, they managed the set up, kept us on time, and packed up all the stuff at the end of the event.   I had zero stress about the details and was able to just be the bride on our wedding day. I highly recommend Love Like Crazy for any event planning needs you may have. 

Love Like Crazy was amazing! They were so fun to work with. We were the external bartenders for the event and they were so kind and helpful to us. They are such a fun and friendly bunch and brought this wedding to life. We cannot wait to work with them again!

I’m a vendor- a musician and band leader. My duo was booked by, and worked with Love Like Crazy Weddings and Events. (The end client was a homeowners association; we performed at their Christmas Party, Newport Beach.) Love Like Crazy Weddings and Events was nothing but excellent to work with -- in every way -- from first contact to loading out from event- excellent communication, pleasant, hospitable, and professional. And, the service they provided to the end client was lovely. I’d gladly work with this company again.

The Love Like Crazy team helped make our wedding day truly the most fun and memorable day of our lives! I cannot imagine our special day going any more smoothly. From executing the tiny details to the big picture, it was perfection. Our friends and family are still raving about it! In addition to their coordination and planning services, we rented several items through them, which made the entire planning process so convenient. They went above and beyond to meet our needs. We were interested in having a donut wall, so James built one for us! Some of the items, like our welcome mirror and donut wall, they added custom vinyl lettering to! They were extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and supportive when we came to them with questions or last-minute rental needs.

Perhaps most importantly, Amy & Jamie bring the good vibes and positivity, which were crucial in keeping me calm and relaxed on my wedding day. I researched so many wedding coordinators before choosing Love Like Crazy and I am so thrilled and thankful with my decision. I cannot recommend them enough!
