I could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator. I knew as soon as I spoke to her that she was perfect for the job. Not only was she unfazed by the size of the wedding (about 230 guests), but she also had experience with the traditional Chinese/Vietnamese tea ceremony. Demi was such a pleasure to work with. She was extremely professional and had a ton of helpful tips and suggestions throughout the planning process of the wedding. She is very detail-oriented and after each of our meetings, I knew that I was in excellent hands. I was fully confident that she understood and would faithfully execute our vision. She was respectful and gave clear directions to my family to follow. She was running around all day to make sure our day was truly special and even helped decorate our cake! Demi was amazing from start to finish! My wife and I did a backyard multicultural and multilingual wedding and it went incredibly smooth thanks to help from Demi and her team! Our wedding involved traditions from Vietnam, Chinese, and Korean cultures all seemlessly blended into one. Demi got us in touch with a tea ceremony officiant, an MC/officiant for the western ceremony, as well as caterers for food, rentals for tables and chairs, and beautiful vibrant decorations for indoors. We definitely couldn’t have done this without Demi and her help!

Demi did a truly amazing job coordinating our wedding - from the moment she started she was consistently organized and effective, offering suggestions when we asked for advice while making sure our vision was carried out exactly as we wanted. There were a ton of little details that went into planning the ceremony processional/recessional, cocktail hour, reception, photos, etc. Demi was on top of all of it! She even accompanied us to meet with our venue coordinators and was super proactive about asking any questions we hadn't thought of.

Things were already going great, but Demi really started blowing us away during our ceremony rehearsal. During the rehearsal, Demi directed everyone involved in the ceremony processional with such ease and confidence! She's a natural leader and gave us instant confidence that everything would go smoothly the next day. Afterwards, Demi was very proactive about staying in contact with key people throughout the wedding weekend, including our wedding party, family, and vendors.

When the day of the wedding came, Demi and her team went above and beyond, making sure we always felt totally comfortable and blissful. We heard so many positive comments from guests about how active Demi had been behind-the-scenes keeping the day moving smoothly. We didn't even know until a week later that our wedding musician had gone to urgent care the morning of our wedding - Demi just took care of it!

Our wedding reception decor was fairly DIY, but Demi graciously helped us set up lots of bud vases and light candles. Demi is also an expert at DIY herself, and we rented lawn games and various other decor from her. When we entered our reception, we were in awe of how beautiful everything looked. It was exactly as we had envisioned, and we got lots of compliments from our guests about the decor.

We are truly grateful for her extraordinary work, and we can't recommend Demi enough.

I cannot express into words how truly amazing Events by Demi was but I will try. We hired them for our baby shower, and wow did they exceed expectations. Not only was the organization and communication great, but they made our baby shower look like a freaking wedding. See for yourself. Where do I even begin… Demi was a godsend from the start. Our original coordinator cancelled on us and Demi jumped in so smoothly. She was super organized and detail oriented.
