From the moment we began working with Demi, it was clear we were in the hands of someone truly exceptional. As the Mother of the Bride, I can say without hesitation that I could not have asked for a more kind, attentive, gifted, and genuinely caring wedding coordinator to walk alongside our family during such a sacred and joyful season.

Demi’s attention to detail, outstanding communication, and calm leadership gave us complete peace of mind from start to finish. Every interaction reflected not only her elite level of professionalism, but also her heart. At some point, she stopped feeling like “Our coordinator” and truly became part of our family.

As the wedding day approached and emotions naturally ran high, Demi offered an incredible level of care, patience, and grace. She anticipated needs before they were voiced, guided us gently through tight timelines, and supported every vendor seamlessly. Never once did she add pressure to an already emotional day. Instead, she made us feel seen, supported, and deeply cared for. Her ability to balance warmth with follow-through is a true gift, and she exercises it with excellence.

We are also deeply grateful for her wonderful assistants, who reflected the same kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness throughout the day. Their support played a significant role in making everything run so smoothly.

Demi came highly recommended by our wedding venue and from the start, she worked with their staff as seamlessly as if she worked there, too. But it wasn’t until the day of the wedding that I really saw her value.

We’d worked together beautifully the months prior to the wedding and she’d helped me navigate vendor communications when needed, so I thought that the day would go off without a hitch. I had a dodgy family member I’d warned her might start something and Demi assured me she had my back. Surprisingly, it wasn’t the family member but the minister who ended up threatening everything… by not showing up. No minister. No call. No show.
By the time Demi told me something was wrong, she’d already come up with a plan. She’d talked to the catering manager (a lovely man we’d worked with to plan the rehearsal) and found out he was ordained. He’d borrowed a jacket from the DJ, they’d crafted a ceremony in minutes, and he was ready to go.

It took me a minute to process what she was saying but after my soul returned to my body, I took a deep breath and put my faith in Demi.

The ceremony was beautiful.

She took what was the worse moment of the best day of my life and turned it into something manageable. She and the team at the Los Angeles Arboretum kept things flowing beautifully and now I have a funny story to tell about my wedding day instead of a horror story.

My husband Brendan and I are so thankful to Demi for helping us put on our dream wedding! We hired her for full planning services, so we worked together for nearly a year and coordinated multiple wedding weekend events. Demi helped bring our epic LA wedding weekend to life - from rehearsal dinner and welcome drinks in Pasadena, to a Santa Monica beach day, to our wedding at the LA Arboretum. It was no easy feat and she and her team executed it without a hitch. She also worked closely with our parents as we neared the wedding day, communicating across several parties to efficiently get everything finalized. During the wedding weekend, she was instrumental in protecting our peace and ensuring we could stay present while navigating questions, timing, and last minute concerns. Above all, Demi is extremely empathetic, sensitive, and keeps the meaning of this experience top of mind throughout the planning process. We’re grateful we had her by our side on our big day!

We felt an immediate sense of warmth when we first interviewed Demi as out Coordinator. She really gave us space to describe our vision and we appreciated her upfront transparency about costs. (We had interviewed other venders who asked what our budget was before giving a price).

We liked how Demi offered a selection of complementary and non-complementary rentals.

Demi was very thorough in making the timeline and pointing out possible issues and things to think about from her experience.

On the wedding day. My husband and I got to enjoy ourselves! We did not lift a finger to set up or clean. She handled a lot of unforeseen thing seamlessly. Demi's team was extremely organized and took care of everything, and shepherded everyone to where they needed to be.

Hopefully we never have to remarry but if we do, we would definitely hire Demi again!

I could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator. I knew as soon as I spoke to her that she was perfect for the job. Not only was she unfazed by the size of the wedding (about 230 guests), but she also had experience with the traditional Chinese/Vietnamese tea ceremony. Demi was such a pleasure to work with. She was extremely professional and had a ton of helpful tips and suggestions throughout the planning process of the wedding. She is very detail-oriented and after each of our meetings, I knew that I was in excellent hands. I was fully confident that she understood and would faithfully execute our vision. On the day of the wedding, she absolutely went above and beyond. She made sure everything went smoothly and was able to pivot when there were small hiccups. She was respectful and gave clear directions to my family to follow. She was running around all day to make sure our day was truly special and even helped decorate our cake! She stressed so that we could be stress-free and we are eternally grateful for all her help! We could not have done this without her and her team!

Demi was amazing from start to finish! My wife and I did a backyard multicultural and multilingual wedding and it went incredibly smooth thanks to help from Demi and her team! Our wedding involved traditions from Vietnam, Chinese, and Korean cultures all seemlessly blended into one. Demi got us in touch with a tea ceremony officiant, an MC/officiant for the western ceremony, as well as caterers for food, rentals for tables and chairs, and beautiful vibrant decorations for indoors. We definitely couldn’t have done this without Demi and her help!

Working with Demi and her team was a dream! We couldn't imagine our wedding without them, and we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful, perfectly planned day.

Demi did a truly amazing job coordinating our wedding - from the moment she started she was consistently organized and effective, offering suggestions when we asked for advice while making sure our vision was carried out exactly as we wanted. There were a ton of little details that went into planning the ceremony processional/recessional, cocktail hour, reception, photos, etc. Demi was on top of all of it! She even accompanied us to meet with our venue coordinators and was super proactive about asking any questions we hadn't thought of.

Things were already going great, but Demi really started blowing us away during our ceremony rehearsal. During the rehearsal, Demi directed everyone involved in the ceremony processional with such ease and confidence! She's a natural leader and gave us instant confidence that everything would go smoothly the next day. Afterwards, Demi was very proactive about staying in contact with key people throughout the wedding weekend, including our wedding party, family, and vendors.

When the day of the wedding came, Demi and her team went above and beyond, making sure we always felt totally comfortable and blissful. We heard so many positive comments from guests about how active Demi had been behind-the-scenes keeping the day moving smoothly. We didn't even know until a week later that our wedding musician had gone to urgent care the morning of our wedding - Demi just took care of it!

Our wedding reception decor was fairly DIY, but Demi graciously helped us set up lots of bud vases and light candles. Demi is also an expert at DIY herself, and we rented lawn games and various other decor from her. When we entered our reception, we were in awe of how beautiful everything looked. It was exactly as we had envisioned, and we got lots of compliments from our guests about the decor.

We are truly grateful for her extraordinary work, and we can't recommend Demi enough.

I cannot express into words how truly amazing Events by Demi was but I will try. We hired them for our baby shower, and wow did they exceed expectations. Not only was the organization and communication great, but they made our baby shower look like a freaking wedding. See for yourself. The guests had a great time and they kept saying that they felt they attended a wedding. I cannot recommend Events by Demi enough. You can’t go wrong.

Where do I even begin… Demi was a godsend from the start. Our original coordinator cancelled on us and Demi jumped in so smoothly. She was super organized and detail oriented. She also answered all of our questions throughout the process and gave great advice when it came to creating the day of timeline and vision. Having a coordinator is one of the best decisions ever because no wedding is without mishap but Demi gracefully handled the needs that day without my groom and I even knowing of “complications”.
