I reached out to Kimberley well before I decided I needed her and she was always so sweet and responsive, answering any questions I had and putting my mind at ease and that’s when I knew I had to have her. Her and her husband were the best duo and everything came out a dream, it was also a huge plus that she has worked with the Disney team a million times so they work so well together! 10/10 she’s a must!

Hetal and Kumba Events can provide many different services for a wedding. We utilized three services for our wedding: A dhol player, a pagadi/turban-wrapper, and DJ services. The Dhol play was great and added an extra element to the Baraat. The pagadi-wrapper made the Hindu wedding so authentic. And Kumba events provides the safas (cloth) as well. For the reception, Kumba Events provided the up-lighting, DJ, dance floor lights and equipment. We've never seen so many people on the dance floor at once. Hetal did a wonderful job alternating between Hindi/Punjabi music and popular hip-hop songs from today and the '90s and 2000's. And he was an excellent DJ - every transition was smooth and he maintained a great pulse of the dance floor. I would highly recommend him for an Indian/American wedding or any party.

We are extremely grateful for Stephanies professionalism and assistance on the day of the event. Like most couples, we have heard horror stories of how stressful the wedding day can actually be. Stephanie had the time-line down to the minute and were able to simply relax and enjoy our special day. We highly recommend her services!!

i know a lot of people aren’t sure whether a day of coordinator is worth the money. and yes, they don’t come cheap. but if i have learned ANYTHING during the whole wedding planning process, it is that you absolutely NEED a coordinator, and her name is ellen hwang! ellen was simply amazing during the entire process. she literally had two different schedules laid out minute by minute - one for vendors and one for the bridal party/participants. there was never a question of where people were supposed to be or what they were supposed to be doing. although i found out after the fact that there were glitches in my vendor arrivals and setups, ellen ensured that i had no idea of any of the hiccups going on outside the hotel room that i was getting ready in, and made sure that every detail met the gold standard. even when other vendors lacked in service, she picked up where they left off so everything from my vantage point seemed seamless and stress-free! i literally didn’t worry about a single thing the day of my wedding except for concentrating on getting down that aisle and savoring every moment of the day....this is why a day of coordinator is absolutely worth the splurge if not for any other reason! not only was ellen an organizational guru, she was also a therapist! weddings can definitely become political and emotions can run high, and she totally knew when to remove certain family members from situations, and had the discernment to know when to politely refuse some requests and when to honor others. she was able to diplomatically handle all conflicts while still staying true to my vision for the wedding. ellen also gained a lot of respect from all of my vendors. when i was unable to effectively communicate things to them, or got frustrated at how inflexible some of them were, ellen quickly stepped in as my advocate and quickly got things sorted out. they all had amazing things to say about how much they enjoyed working with her and how well organized everything was. she was the glue that held everything together. i can honestly say that ellen was the single best vendor that i hired for the day of the wedding! she is clearly a seasoned event planner and i would wholeheartedly recommend her for any event planning and/or day of coordination needs!

It's hard to find where to begin ! I ordered all my florals and had wedding coordination services from KQ elements .The KQ elements team was so amazing in every way . I came to them 1.5 months before the wedding date and they made everything possible in short time . It really was the dream wedding ! Because of so many covid restrictions and regulations , I was worried I wouldn't be able to have the wedding I wanted , but KQ elements went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I had envisioned . Espy and Hannah , the wedding coordinators/planners, are a absolutely incredible . Their professionalism , dedication , patience , and kindness is beyond impressive . I cannot thank the team enough for their time , effort , and hard work . All my florals were breathtaking. Each ok of my guests complimented who beautiful the florals and set up was . I really have no words ! Thank you KQ elements for making this day so memorable and special ! If you are looking to eliminate stress and have a beautiful wedding , I definitely recommend KQ elements and especially Espy, Hannah , and Jolene !

Donna was recommended to my wife and I by a friend of the family. She was always helpful and responsive to our needs and concerns. She went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed, when we needed it, and took a lot of the stress and guess work out of the chaos of the event.

Jenny and her team made my wedding happen! I got the "Day of" Coordination package, but Jenny worked with me for months leading up to the event. She provided so many wonderful recommendations and resources to help with the planning process. She communicated with all the vendors and made sure there was no stress for me on the big day. Our venue was a bit disjointed in their comunication and Jenny was able to bridge all those gaps, find creative solutions to problems and probably solved so many other issues that I don't even know about. All our items were well taken care of and we always knew what was going on. Jenny took command of our wedding weekend and made sure we were on time and got to experience everything exactly as we wanted to. I'm recommending her to everyone I know that is getting married in the future!!

There really are not sufficient words to capture how strongly my wife and I would recommend Ethnic Essence. From the first moment of contact, Smita Aunty and her team showed themselves to be first-class. Smita Aunty and the Ethnic Essence team (namely, Shilpa and Neha) were incredibly supportive, responsive, helpful, and absolute professionals in terms of turning our dream wedding into a reality. They have an outstanding (and very easy to follow) organizational system, and are always willing to communicate with clients, make necessary changes and accommodations, and handle any requests. Our wedding was the first big wedding in both my and my wife's families, and Smita Aunty walked us through the process and all the complexities of an Indian wedding thoroughly and seamlessly. On the day of, Shilpa and Neha were the two greatest on-site coordinators one could imagine. We truly cannot write or communicate a strong enough recommendation for Ethnic Essence. They are the absolute best, and we strongly encourage any couple looking for their dream wedding to work with them.

Hiring Sharon and the team at Joyfully Co for month-of planning and coordination was hands down one of the best investments we made for our wedding. Sharon was so organized, detail-oriented, and thoughtful. Every meeting with her left us feeling prepared, confident, and far less overwhelmed. Sharon coordinated with all of our vendors, answered countless questions, and created a wedding-day timeline that was absolutely flawless. Most importantly, she took so much stress off of our shoulders, allowing us to truly enjoy the weeks leading up to the wedding and the day itself. On our wedding day, Sharon and her team were absolutely incredible. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. At one point, my bustle came undone while I was dancing, and Sharon was there fixing it within seconds. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and calm presence made such a difference throughout the entire day. We received countless compliments from our guests about how organized, efficient, and amazing the coordination team was. Everything felt effortless because Sharon and her team were working tirelessly behind the scenes. I truly cannot recommend Sharon and Joyfully Co highly enough. They made our wedding day feel seamless, stress-free, and absolutely perfect. We are so grateful for everything they did to make our vision come to life.

Razan was very helpful and pleasant to work with. She made sure everything I asked for and more was at my event which made it truely memorable. I loved that she was very creative and paid such good attention to every little detail when i didn't have time to. I had gotten so many complements which really made this experience with her worth while! That being said I would definitely recommend her to any bride needing to find a good wedding planner! You will not regret it!
