The Most Amazing Day
The moment we started talking to Alexa we realized she is the perfect person for the job. She knew all the questions to ask, down to the littlest details we wouldn’t have thought of.
Alexa makes you forget how stressful planning a wedding can be, because she is there for you with advice, guidance, and simple reassurance. She comes fully prepared to every meeting, is super responsive (even at late hours), double and triple checks to make sure everything will be on schedule. She coordinated with all our vendors and put together the most detailed timeline for our big day.
It was the first time that Alexa coordinated an Indian wedding, and she went the extra mile to learn all the steps involved in the ceremony.
What we appreciated the most it was her way of getting things done: in a supportive way. Not bossy, not controlling. We were still in charge of planning our wedding, she just added that extra guidance and support we didn’t know we needed.
Even after all our guests had left, Alexa was still running around with her clipboard, making sure the venue is left in order. :)

When we got engaged, we had about nine months to plan our wedding at Ole Hanson Beach Club, and if I’m being honest, I was overwhelmed from the very beginning. The BEST decision that I made during the wedding planning process was hiring Alexa and her team.

It was the BEST referral ever!! The 3 months between me finding my amazing wedding coordinator till the day of the wedding, we had to go through some serious hurdles, with the venue with vendors with the unique COI requirements that got thrown our way and so much more. Needless to say, my wedding was 100% DIY since the venue was just rental.
Alexa was on top of everything, she delivered way more than our contract. She helped get through all the issues that were thrown our way and made our dream day come true. Everyone who attended the wedding were amazed at how things turned out and I am positive that wouldn't be the case if it wasn't for Alexa. On the day of the wedding, she had both of her amazing assistants on site and they we equally exceptional. She made sure we got to eat and take breaks throughout the ceremony and coordinated with all the vendors on site to make sure everything went well.
