We are a couple that loves planning events, but we found ourselves in need of a day-of coordinator.
The moment we started talking to Alexa we realized she is the perfect person for the job. She knew all the questions to ask, down to the littlest details we wouldn’t have thought of.
Alexa makes you forget how stressful planning a wedding can be, because she is there for you with advice, guidance, and simple reassurance. She comes fully prepared to every meeting, is super responsive (even at late hours), double and triple checks to make sure everything will be on schedule. She coordinated with all our vendors and put together the most detailed timeline for our big day.
It was the first time that Alexa coordinated an Indian wedding, and she went the extra mile to learn all the steps involved in the ceremony.
What we appreciated the most it was her way of getting things done: in a supportive way. Not bossy, not controlling. We were still in charge of planning our wedding, she just added that extra guidance and support we didn’t know we needed.
Even after all our guests had left, Alexa was still running around with her clipboard, making sure the venue is left in order. :)
We had total trust in Alexa and her team, which lead to an amazing wedding day that we were able to enjoy fully. -

Pretty Palm Leaf Events put together the wedding of our dreams. They are so professional and thought of every single detail before the wedding, during and after. But in addition to that they are also amazing people. Alexa and Tara kept the day running smoothly down to every last detail. Our friends and family have said multiple times that it was the smoothest running wedding they have ever been to and that’s truly down to our amazing co-ordinators. Every detail from pre meetings, to the day of and post wedding have been perfect. We have truly found friends in Alexa and Tara, and we would recommend them to anyone getting married in a heartbeat. Alexa and her team were so incredible to work with. She coordinated our wedding on 08/21/22, and hiring her was one of the best decisions we made! From start to finish, Alexa was attentive, organized, detail-oriented, and personable. She coordinated with our other vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page, created our wedding timeline, managed our rehearsal, and so much more. She was also super responsive and accommodating to any feedback we had. But more than anything, we could tell how much she genuinely cared about us and our big day. Alexa and her assistant Tara went above and beyond anything we were expecting. Every little detail was executed and our wedding day went so smoothly. We received so many compliments from our family and friends on how organized and on top of everything our coordinators were. I can't recommend Pretty Palm Leaf Events more if you are looking for a wedding planner or coordinator!
