We are a couple that loves planning events, but we found ourselves in need of a day-of coordinator.

The moment we started talking to Alexa we realized she is the perfect person for the job. She knew all the questions to ask, down to the littlest details we wouldn’t have thought of.

Alexa makes you forget how stressful planning a wedding can be, because she is there for you with advice, guidance, and simple reassurance. She comes fully prepared to every meeting, is super responsive (even at late hours), double and triple checks to make sure everything will be on schedule. She coordinated with all our vendors and put together the most detailed timeline for our big day.

It was the first time that Alexa coordinated an Indian wedding, and she went the extra mile to learn all the steps involved in the ceremony.

What we appreciated the most it was her way of getting things done: in a supportive way. Not bossy, not controlling. We were still in charge of planning our wedding, she just added that extra guidance and support we didn’t know we needed.

Even after all our guests had left, Alexa was still running around with her clipboard, making sure the venue is left in order. :)

Working with Alexa and her team was truly one of our favorite parts of planning our wedding! Not only is Alexa incredibly detail oriented and experienced in the wedding industry, but she is also a genuinely kind person who showed throughout the process that she cared about our day turning out exactly how we envisioned it. Initially when hiring a day of coordinator, we imagined it would be a quick pass of the baton type of relationship, but Alexa truly went above and beyond in every way. She took care of every vendor issue and question that arose in the last month, which made the communication more streamlined overall. She helped build out a incredibly detailed timeline (down to the minute) for our wedding day, making sure everyone involved knew the expectations. On our wedding day, I had imagined they would be asking me lots of questions about details, but instead, they truly handled every detail and executed it perfectly. Our entire day went so smoothly (which you never hear of!!) and I have had multiple guests tell me how lovely their interactions were with our coordination team. Alexa and her team are truly a gem to work with, which makes us so sad that it is over! We would highly recommend Pretty Palm Leaf to anyone getting married - you seriously will not regret it!

Pretty Palm Leaf Events put together the wedding of our dreams. They are so professional and thought of every single detail before the wedding, during and after. But in addition to that they are also amazing people. Alexa and Tara kept the day running smoothly down to every last detail.
