If you are planning a Disney Fairytale Wedding, hire Kimberly immediately! We booked Kimberly’s Ever After for Partial Planning Services because we knew we wanted her expertise onboard as early as possible, and it was hands-down the best investment we made for our big day.

From day one, Kimberly was incredibly enthusiastic, responsive, and clear in her communication. As a former Disney bride herself, her deep insider knowledge of the Disney wedding planning process was priceless. She took the time to truly understand our vision and helped us bring every detail to life. Whether it was researching and helping us book outside vendors or keeping us organized during our monthly check-ins, she made what could have been an overwhelming process feel completely seamless and much less stressful.

One of the areas where Kimberly truly shined was helping us navigate our floral review and Banquet Event Order (BEO). She meticulously went over every line item with us and helped us strategically allocate our budget—saving us money where it made sense so we could invest in the special touches we valued most.

We had a ton of DIY elements, personal decor, and favors, and Kimberly along with her husband, Travis, worked absolute magic bringing it all together. They handled full setup and teardown for our Welcome Party at Brisa Courtyard and our three-location wedding day at Disneyland Hotel (ceremony at Rose Court Garden, cocktail hour and reception on Adventure Lawn, and our after-party at Sleeping Beauty Pavilion). Knowing they had everything handled across so many venue transitions gave us total peace of mind.

Kimberly and Travis went far above and beyond in every single way. We truly could not have done this without them, and we cannot recommend Kimberly’s Ever After highly enough to any couple looking to make their dream wedding a reality!

My husband and I got married at Disney's Grand Californian this year and we are beyond grateful that Kimberly was a big part of our wedding. We found out during the planning stages that Disney does not handle personal items and décor and we would have to reach out to an outside vendor.

I have heard about Kimberly's Ever After Planning in the Disneyland Wedding Community and I decided to reach out to her when I realized that we would have quite a few personal items. She responded swiftly and we were able to get situated with Outside Coordination services. She is absolutely so kind, very responsive, and is on top of it. As a former Disney bride herself, she knows how Disney Weddings work and understands how stressful the wedding planning process is.

After we received our BEO, Kimberly was able to arrange a meeting promptly and we went over great detail on the BEO, including which items do we DIY and items we pay Disney to provide. My husband was unsure at first if we needed an outside coordinator, but after our first meeting, he was 100% on board that we needed an outside coordinator.

I wish we did this earlier, but we realized the planning stress was a little too much, so we hired Kimberly as a partial planner on top of outside coordination. She made a personalized custom planning package for us and was able to help take a good chunk of wedding planning stress off of us. We were in constant contact until the day of and had bi-weekly or monthly meetings on various topics in wedding, including signage, floral, and personal item décor.

On the day of, Kimberly and Travis were just absolutely amazing and we didn't have to worry about a thing! We had our personal items in boxes and we gave them creative freedom on arranging our personal items. They were able to set up all of our personal items so beautifully and were able to move everything to reception on time.

They were so attentive and helped us throughout the night. One of my aunts lost her earrings in the Dressing Room, and Kimberly was able to hold onto and return it to her after it was found. Additionally, Travis noticed my husband's boutonniere was starting to fall off during the reception, and he stepped in and reattached his boutonniere.

Kimberly and Travis offered and were able to get me our signature drinks while I was getting touch-ups. I'm so glad they did because I did not have a chance to try our signature drinks.

They were able to get all of the items in both the reception room and the dressing room and returned everything back to our room before the night ended! :)

If it was not for them, our wedding would have been 30x more stressful. We absolutely cannot recommend Kimberly's Ever After Planning enough for planning and coordination services!

I reached out to Kimberley well before I decided I needed her and she was always so sweet and responsive, answering any questions I had and putting my mind at ease and that’s when I knew I had to have her. Her and her husband were the best duo and everything came out a dream, it was also a huge plus that she has worked with the Disney team a million times so they work so well together! 10/10 she’s a must!

Like many of you, I wanted to cut costs down and who needs a wedding planner when you have your mom, best friend, neighbors, and your coffee barista to help? Nope. Think again! I was so overwhelmed with the journey of wedding planning that we almost gave up and eloped. That’s where Kimberly stepped in. She was the calm in the chaos, a true hidden gem and our absolute favorite vendor. She was organized, creative, so kind, and passionate. Above everything else, she is DAMN good at what she does. Her husband Travis came in as the ultimate dream team and the execution of our wedding was FLAWLESS. I can’t thank Kimberly and Travis enough for giving my husband and I the peace of mind that everyone getting married should have. No stress, no fuss, nothing. From start to finish, Kimberly was fantastic to work with. She was enthusiastic and worked hard to make sure our wedding was perfect. She was very responsive and quick to return my questions. She managed the venue and vendors with professionalism and made sure the day ran smoothly. She understood our budget and made sure to find vendors within that. Our wedding was perfect in every way and it wouldn’t have been possible with our her organization and thoughtfulness to get every detail right.

Kimberly was such a dream to work with! I was the maid of honor for my best friend this past weekend and she did everything she could to make sure the day ran smoothly and stress-free not just for the bride, but the bridal party as well. I felt so supported by her all day, no request was too big for her! She was such a trooper and made the day perfect! I was genuinely relieved when I would see her throughout the day because I knew that things were getting done correctly! She was always where we needed her to be! If I had a question or needed some help, she was always super easy to find! She was extremely professional and it was obvious that she has a passion for her work and truly finds joy in making brides dreams come true! 
This was my third time being a maid of honor in a wedding, and I am also married myself and without a doubt, she was the best day of coordinator I have ever worked with! 
She was such a delight, extremely kind, positive, caring, and fun to be around!
